Picked up a nail in one of our tyres and opted for Discount Tire. Super fast service and great staff who are a credit to the company. The tyre was plugged quickly and efficiently, we were back on the road within the hour. Highly recommended, thank you!

Ok. I have in the pass bought my tires from discount tires, here, Rapid, and in Utah. I have to make medical trips to Denver, Cheyenne and Rapid with my traverse, I was concerned with my tires, so I went to our local discount tire. Bought the whole set of tires, I wanted a different set, but no. But I had to leave 4 am tomorrow morning. So I dropped off my ride, and I later gotten a text message thar ir was ready, I went over there, went in the store, looked for my ride, yikes....my handicap placed vehicle was parked the forest away from the handicap parking area that were all empty. So inconsided, take my money. Make me walk all the way. Here I walk with the help of a cane. &$&÷&÷&÷&÷8

TJ aired up my tire today, my tire was unusable and they got me a new one. They were wonderful i would always come back now just because of TJ and will be sending my family and friends to your store. Your amazing tj. I got 2 special need kids and today was really hard day and when my tire went flat i was over edge with stress before that! Thank you so much you have no idea how blessed i feel and i am ! Bless you.

Excellent service, and the waiting room is very clean and inviting! They just put a warranty on all of my tires (that I did not purchase here), so if I get another flat, they repair or REPLACE it for free! I'm a customer for life.

Tells you they will do your tire/wheel work over the phone and then you get there and won't even try to touch aftermarket wheels which tells me they have incompetent tire techs that can't do it. I'll stay with big o tire!

Tires we’re decently priced, but when my wife took her car in the tried to sell her new lug nuts on a brand new car saying the factory ones are crap…no sir do not let them scam you on this…first of all a correct size socket is made for these chrome lined lug nuts which if used properly these lug nuts can last well over 100,000 miles….they claim moisture gets in them and freezes and bulges them out….again no sir…chrome lined lug nuts are sealed against the bevel in the rim and if the lug nuts are properly put on no moisture will get in them…also they did not clean the inside of the rim and balanced them anyway which in turn can cause them not to be in balance when you wash them…also they left bead lube residue all over my rims…come on have some courtesy and wipe it off….i have always used a discount tire because of them using hunter tire machines which are top of the line….i will from now on go to rapid city and no longer shop at the shop in Gillette

Great customer service! These guys want to earn your business and loyalty. T.J. went above and beyond for me never purchasing tires through them before. He quoted me new tires and let me know the best ones for my car. Seth was a great help as well telling why my value stem caps were a pain to get off and replaced them for free. They have earned my business and I will be going back to them when I need new tires!

Ordered 4 tires. They arrived within 1 week. Set up appointment for the next day. Took an extra 5 tires to be unmounted. That’s 9 off and 4 on within 1 hr! Customer service was excellent. I will shop there again. This is my second set of tires bought from them. Great prices and service both times.

This Discount Tire store is fabulous. We had a tire get a screw on the freeway and at 5:00 pm they worked so hard to make sure we would be finished and back on the road as quickly as possible. They are kind, hard working and really went above and beyond for us and every customer I saw go through the store. Very impressed!! Highly recommend their work.

We were passing through town and needed a set of 4 camper tires. I called about two days ahead and they told me they would have them by the time I arrived. Two days later I arrived and within 90 minutes I was back on the road. What more can you want from a tire shop ?

Lee B. got us in right away on a busy Friday afternoon for a tire rotation and balance while in the midst of our 7 hour road trip to Yellowstone. Our truck was taken care of within an hour with excellent customer service!

Service advisor came outside to greet me. He was friendly, helpful and transparent in his communication. He got me set up with exactly what I needed and recommended options for other services outside of their scope. Would go back again next time I need tires.

This place really has great customer service! They were very helpful, informative, and flexible. They even stayed a little later to get my company truck finished, and helped a lady with a bad leak after closing. Seriously have not been to a better place, highly recommend.

Extremely satisfied with the service there. I had taken a tire in and the technician came out to my truck, took the tire in for me and even loaded it when I picked it up! The tire repair was free and they were very polite and efficient!
