I would like to take the time out to give a big thank you to the team at Discount Tire. I wish I would have gotten my Service Advisor and Tire Technician's name. As many people know getting tires can be overwhelming with selection, price, and making sure you are getting a quality product. I found my tires online, set my appointment, and arrived. I must say they were pretty busy but not slow. once I spoke to my Service Advisor he took care of me and gave really good customer service. He even apologized for the amount of time I had been waiting. Once my vehicle was taken to the back my Tire Tech also apologized for the wait and they would get my vehicle ready asap. Well I don't know if they had a Tech on each wheel but once my vehicle made it inside the shop area it wasn't even ten minutes before my Tech pulled my vehicle back around finished. If I get the names of my Advisor and Tech I will update my review. Thank you Discount Tire Team. My vehicle is riding smooth, and my garage has that new tire smell.

Adrian was extremely helpful when I purchased TWO new full set of tires for my 2022 Honda CR-V and for my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500. They explained any safety concerns and solutions, letting me have full range to work within my budget. AND they provide a veteran discount! Thank you again Adrian!!

Mickey and the team do an outstanding job if you're not buying your tires here and getting your tire service here you're losing out. They can handle anything from a Chevy to a Ferrari and everything in between. Very knowledgeable, none better in Houston.period.... outstanding Dale darr😁

Joel, Morgan, and Mickey. You guys truly do care about your customers and I am so grateful. My two front tires were at a thread life of 2 & 3. It all started with Joel recognizing the severity of the tires. He did not recommend for me to drive off specially in the rain. Next Morgan and Mickey were extremely kind enough to educate me about my tires, what Discount tire offers and their warranties. This is why I always change my tires at Discount tires. Thank you all so much.

I came in Tuesday 5/2 and purchased my mom some tires for her car, they didnt have them instock so they ordered them and said they would be there Wednesday and would give my mom a call when they arrived. Wednesday comes and they give my mom a call at 8:40 to tell her the tires are there and ready. My Mom arrives and they inform her that she had a bubble on her current tires and its good thing she got new tires, and before they put the new tires on they looked at the DOT # on the tire (4 numbers, 1st two numbers let you know the week, 2nd 2 numbers let you know the yr it was made… average tire life is 3-5yrs) and saw it was a 6yr old tire. Most people would have just put the tire on and let her leave, but not BILL(with the glasses) he let her know and called me also to inform me of the situation, he said he would order my mom another set of tires from the warehouse and should be in by the same day, where he went above and beyond was he didnt let my mom leave with the tire that had a bubble on it bc its a hazard, he placed a used tired on for her temporarily, just so she could drive safely till the new tires came in…. Bill, thank you for looking out for a customer, but to me she is my world. You dont know what that little bit of honesty and kidness meant to us.. I know people are so quick to write negative things but dont show the same energy to when they reciprocate great customer service. So thank you bill, i hope your manager knows that he not only has a great employee but a person who generally cares!

I know they fill tires for free, but they left off 2 of my fill stem caps and said my rear windshield wiper needed to be change on a brand new suv. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.

Excellent service today from front and back of house. Mickey up front was great, and had the coolest shirt, and got my emergency handled same day like it was Amazon! Ryan my service tech was friendly as well and paid good attention to safety points. 😁👍

I had a great visit to this place last week. What started out as a tire pressure check ended in me purchasing two new tires. I was impressed with the great service I got from Jonathan. He was so friendly and professional, and service was fast and efficient. It was probably the fastest $600 I’ve ever spent.🤭 I was in and out in under an hour. I got lucky that day because they weren’t very busy. I wasn’t happy about the unexpected expense, but I’m glad they had what I needed in stock and I didn’t have to wait long to get it. Good job this time.👏🏼👍🏼

Today was one of the most gut wrenching days of my life. I was on my way to an interview, when I had a flat tire. God is amazing! I had a flat tire, right in front of this Discount Tire. I went in the store this morning, but it was super busy and I was still trying to get to my interview. I left my car and walked. After my interview was finished, I made it back to the store. Morgan came to assist me with my car. He was so welcoming and understanding. He assisted me, as if I was his mother or his daughter. It felt good because my day was long and hard. He worked with me to get my car back on the road. Morgan, may God bless you for your patience and kindness! To the three men who put my tires back on, thank you! To the man who was dismissive and rude, when I asked to change my name in the system, I pray you never have a day like what I experienced. You were very rude and crass and all I asked for, was to update my name in the system. I would recommend this store and their staff to assist you!

Morgan is the best! He was very polite, knowledgeable, and did his best at helping me out with my tires. I will definitely be a return customer for any of my car needs.
