I have very good experiences with Discount Tires on Westheimer at Blue Willow .I have always used DT for all my family's cars for 30 years. And Andrew is absolutely the best service manager !! He is always patient and explains everything clearly ! Thank you Discount Tires !

Bought 3000 set of tires and they never thought to ask if I wanted air sensors replaced. Needless to say, went two weeks ago and got tires balanced and rotated by them, quencidently all four sensors went out magically that same day and time i got my tires rotated. Went today and of course I'm the idiot that didn't ask for new sensors for my new tires. When they were done. I noticed that they scratch 3 of my four rims. These guys are idiots and definitely do not care about your stuff. To them your just another idiot, and they can't wait to hurry and get your stuff done. Guess I didn't spend enough money with them for them to be careful and respect my stuff. Don't go to this location!

His extensive knowledge helped me choose the perfect tires for my vehicle without any pressure. The service was prompt, and Jelani kept me updated throughout the process. Incredible customer service! I picked up a nail in my work van on my way into town this morning. The roadside assistance people couldn’t find my policy and so I was left trying to find a tire shop to help me. I called five other places before I changed my search to heavy duty tires and discount tire showed up. I called them and Andrew told me to come on by. They took care of me in less than 45 minutes and got me back on the road and back to work so I could make my next client on time. Customer service here is beyond outstanding! And they also had my tires in stock for my big van, which is pretty rare. Many thanks to all of that into getting me back on the road. Highly recommend!

Brought my car to DT and spoke with CARLOS V to see if my tire could even be repaired or have my spare could be put on. While checking in my car, CARLOS V tries to upsale me on windshield wipers and tells me that due to how new my existing tire was he could add an additional discount to replace the tire (good info but let’s see what the problem is first) and adds further that if I by the windshield wipers he could add an additional discount. I repeat my self and tell CARLOS V again that I came in because I only needed to know if my tire was fixable and if not to have my spare put on and that I’d consider the other information when we figure out what’s wrong. I ask CARLOS V what the wait time would be and he replies 45 minutes. I ask CARLOS V if I could leave the vehicle while they check it out and give me a call about the situation and that I would make my decision then, to which CARLOS V says yes, no problem. Before I leave he asks if i still want the windshield wipers, and I tell him not at this time, and further reiterate that I would like a call (CARLOS V repeats my phone number back to me to confirm its correct) before we take any action on my car. When I come back to pick my car, after having received NO CALLS OR NO EMAILS, I’m greeted by another gentlemen who finishes out the close out process and tells me that I owe them $54.71. He then proceeds to tell me how good the deal was and yada yada yada. And I express that I was supposed to receive a call about what was even wrong in the first place. At this point everyone is confused and obviously left with no choice but to pay, I give him money, get my keys and leave. I briefly came back inside because I definitely wanted to talk to the manager at the time of 1:40 PM. But he was already tied up with another call. In the midst of waiting for the manager, CARLOS V comes out of the garage and starts to look for my folder, which was already taken care of, and tells me that they tried to get in contact with me and so they just went ahead and replaced the tire. Already too mad and not wanting to cause a scene I left. It was definitely nice to know that, THEY KNOW BEST HOW TO SPEND THE CUSTOMERS MONEY!!!

Came in to get a flat patched on my tire, they said they would have my car finished within 45 minutes. Waited over 3 hours for them to say that they couldn’t patch it…They took off my tire and tried to force me to buy a new tire by saying they installed a new tire on which I never agreed on or was asked for approval! Could’ve easily saved me the time by letting me know beforehand they couldn’t do it instead of wasting my time…

Don’t ever go here for air in your tire you will leave needing more and they will make sure of it I went here for air they said they couldn’t air the tire because it needed air I’m confused isn’t that’s the point of putting air in the tires, my car was riding perfectly fine until I pulled off their lot my car started shaking really bad and I had a nail in my tire which I did not have in my tire prior to coming there. I went a second time for air and they said the same thing next thing you know I have another nail in my tire and the tires on my car was completely fine until I left their location to look at my tire and it’s completely flat they are literally putting people lives in danger for money and that’s not okay . I will be filing a complaint against this company.

This discount tire is amazing!! Especially Dylan and Andrew, excellent customer service. There was a wait but every tire place has one. Overall professional, accommodating, and willingness to work with you. I would most definitely come back again. Plenty of parking and space for all of the cars

I really love this store. I stay popping a curb & getting a flat tire or STAYYYY getting a nail in my tire. At least twice a month. They are the nicest group of people in houston hands down. Ive been to so many stores all over and they have poor attitudes no matter what time of day…. Idc if im on 290 in cypress i will have my car towed to this discount tire location… they always take care of me.

We just had a nail in our tire and had to have the tire replaced. It took only approx 40 min from driving up to the store to driving out. Great service !!!

I had a terrible experience at Discount Tire today. Despite their pride in offering free tire pressure checks, I ended up waiting in line for 45 minutes with only two cars ahead of me, and the line wasn’t moving at all. Resulting in me leaving this location with a nearly flat tire. (Unsafe) Unfortunately, no associate greeted me or provided any updates on the wait time. This is disappointing because I’ve had a good experience at this location before when I got a tire replaced, and it’s very close to my house. I hope they address their service or staffing issues soon, as this visit was quite frustrating.

I drive a 2023 Nissan Kicks and a pop up on my car screen showed that my tire pressure was low on the passenger back right tire. Now, this is not the first time it has happened. The first time I went was when I was with my husband and it was the front tire left of the drivers seat. Very nice gentleman checked it and informed us the tire had a nail and they patched it easily and went about our day. So I assumed the same solution was going to happen given the first experience. Mind you, I came by myself this time. Another gentleman assisted me and checked my car and I asked, does it need a patch or do I have to get a new tire? He said “I can’t really tell we have to inspect it more.” I was a little confused given then first experience the gentleman knew right away and was able to answer my question. He then informs me I need new wiper blades, that I have to change them every 6 months. I said yes, because even though the pricing was debatable, in my head I think it’s what my car needs and I want to maintain it nicely. He then comes back from inspection and says the nail on my tire is in a red zone and that I needed to replace it. He shows me prices and tells me they don’t have my tire in stock, that we’d have to order it for later in the day because the tire was uncommon. For one tire he was showing me prices of $151 and $217. I thought it was a little overpriced and so I contacted my husband and my dad and they got suspicious and suggested I just put my spare tire and they were gonna go somewhere else to make sure I wasn’t I guessed being haggled. My dad took it to a mechanic and they were able to patch it without a problem so now I’m very disappointed. My husband and my dad have been to discount tire and they were always offered a discount and have a great experience but when I show up they don’t offer it and want me to spend more money it also seemed pretty sexist in a way. At least from my perspective.

Used to be great customer service. The staff was just chilling and wanted me to wait 1 hour for Tire Rotation and balanced after I denied the windshield wiper. He told me only $14.99 and came out $43 dollars to change it Going different Discount Tire.
