As I was leaving work, a co-worker mentioned that one of my tires looked low. My car was making noise, so I decided to stop at Discount Tire. Unfortunately, my tire was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. I was in a tough spot because I had to pick up my son from aftercare within 30 minutes, and there was no one else available to step in. If I was late, the daycare could escalate the situation, which was incredibly stressful as a single mom. Enter Jorge, an amazing and pleasant employee. While he didn't promise anything, he assured me he'd try to get the job done as quickly as possible. True to his word, he personally handled the task and managed to change my tire in just 10 minutes. Jorge, you didn't just fix my tire—you saved my day. Your kindness and efficiency mean the world to me. Thank you so much! Discount Tire is lucky to have someone like you on their team.

Great customer service! David was amazing and walked me and helped me through the process. I had my four wheels stolen and he made the process to get me back on the road easy and stress free. Everyone was so nice overall definitely recommend!

Ask them to check tires for issues they aligned one tire which was not the issue I discovered. Also left with low tire pressure. Once they discovered I didn't want to buy a new tire was met with passive aggressive attitude.

Get 4 new tire in 2017, 2021 replace 1 new tire with only $66. 2024 , one of my tire got flat due to a screw, they fix my tire for free. Really impressed with their customer service at DT. This location is the fastest service Ive ever seen.

I bought all four of my tires from here so I came in today to get my free tire rotation. I’m no tire expert 🤓 but tell me why when they were “finished” my one tire with the missing Nissan symbol on the rim was literally in the exact same spot😑 It’s my only tire that’s missing the Nissan symbol, so ummm… thank you for letting me park my car in your parking lot for 30min?!? Bc that’s pretty much all that was done!

I made an appointment online, however, I called when they opened and they said I could come in early and I would have priority. I arrived and was helped within a few minutes. Blake was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He worked with me in regards to safety and price. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me upgrade tires or pressure me which I really appreciated.... He told me if would be about an hour, and after 30 minutes they actually texted me that my car was done. I was so shocked I had to call and confirm my car was actually done and they were. THIS LOCATION HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE & DID AN AMAZING JOB WITH MY VEHICLE TIRES! I would 110% come back and recommend.

I want to leave a review for this location, & I hardly ever do reviews, but I want to thank the staff for taking good care of my car. I was there for a replacement & David went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed.

Due to the change in weather in Houston, I recently experienced low tire pressure and decided to visit a nearby discount tire store. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ricardo, a kind and hospitable staff member who showed great energy and professionalism. He efficiently addressed my tire pressure issue and provided helpful recommendations for the future. I was also impressed by the option to set up an appointment and not have to wait right then. Overall, I was pleased with the service and appreciate Ricardo's excellent hospitality.

Outstanding Discount Tire for periodic sales on rims, tires, and flats fixed if purchased there. Get the warranty when purchasing tires, it's awesome. Service is always prompt. Excellent help.

Ask for Jeremy. I didnt want to buy lug nuts to properly fit oem wheels. he said he would take care of it just to keep me safe and coming back to see him! Great service!!

Did you know that Discount Tire won’t fill motorcycle tires with air? Because I didn’t. I got up early went for a ride and had low pressure in the rear tire. Stopped by for a top off. “Discount Tire doesn’t service motorcycles” I was told. Why not? Liability? It takes 34 psi. That’s not out of y’alls range. Or is it? Maybe I should reconsider where I buy my next set of car tires. For Shame.

I had an excellent experience at the Discount Tire shop on Briar Forest. Jesus (Jessie) assisted me and was amazing! He helped me immediately, remained professional throughout, and ensured my service was completed promptly. Jessie also shared applicable discounts and took the time to compare tires, allowing me to make an informed decision. Highly recommend!

Usually never an issue but today all of a sudden customer service and working efficiently was not this locations priority. A long line of cars waiting for air pressure checks before opening. We all sat there for 20 minutes watching them look at us wait for one of them to come attend the line

Do not go to this tire shop !!! This place is not a professional business ..These people don’t do there job and just sit around talking while your in your car waiting or lobby area waiting for a very long time waiting .. there is other discount tires that’s more professional … couldn’t get any service because of this .. if I can vote no stars I would
