Bullshit store! I love discount tire, but not this location. This location is trash. I bought 4 new Michelin tires from discount tire all the same date. I drove 25K miles, the tires are good in the front (measure at 6/32”) but bald in the rear and measure 2/32”. The 2 in the rear should be warranties for not getting the full service life out of them as they were placed on the car at the same time. Instead, this discount location wanted to charge me $502.21 for 2 new tires. They are only charging me that because I’m in a bind with a flat (was my original reason for coming in) 🙄

Came in out of town for tire rotation/tire check/balance. Left relatively quickly with how many cars were in the queue. Appreciate the expeditiously executed service to get me on my way.

Great experience! Greeted at my car, technician scanned my plates, inspected tires and found issue within minutes. Had me in a bay within 5 to 10 minutes. Repairs done and out within 30 minutes all on my lunch break! Could not ask for more...

Brought my Lexus in today for rotating balance. Gio was very informative and helpful. He quoted me tires for my Cadillac. I had several questions about the aspect ratio of the tires he took the time to explain in detail the different sizes of tires that would work on my vehicle. Thanks Gio for a great experience.

So I came to the store when they opened and I was looking for air in my tire only they told me where to go park and wait for 15 minutes till someone shows up meanwhile someone pulls up in front of me and the person comes out and helps them so I will never go back to the store

Really Discount tire?? I got two now tires and paid over 1200 and asked you to save my old tires because they have over 50% life… and then i get this… you guys damaged my tires.. that’s totally unacceptable. And who is paying for the damage? ME because you guys won’t do nothing….

Tire light came on, friendly staff member checked all tires, and took care of me for no cost. It was hot outside, and, mid afternoon and he was still providing a service with a smile.

Great place to get any service on your wheels. Manager and his coworker were very helpful and understood that I needed help with a recent purchase and handled it very well. It’s also close to the gym so I can go pump some iron while I wait.

Even though they were so busy Matt differently got me out in a timely manner and fixed the issues I was having . I want to also say that the technician are amazing and be mindful and tip them because I definitely appreciate great service

Got a nail in my tire and needed it fix, called beforehand and they answered all my questions. Got there and they asked me more questions and told me I can come back and only took about an hour for them to fix. Very happy with their customer service!

I was told 30-45 minutes on my tire rotation. Turned out to be 3 1/2 hours later only to find out that they only rotated one side. This location has gone downhill in the past few years. Won't go back.
