Really shitty experience, was told they couldn’t repair my tire because it had a slash in it, which is total bs. Waited almost 2 hours just for 1 tire change. After asking for eta twice finally got my question answered. Could’ve just went to Walmart will not be returning.

The wife had a nail on one of her tires. I was able to set up an appointment. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Fast and Friendly Service.

Would not recommend this location. Purchased 4 new tires. After I paid I discovered my tires were not balanced correctly, I was missing multiple wheel bolts (that were NOT missing prior) and missing custom tire valve caps (that were NOT missing prior), the interior of my car had black stained hand prints everywhere. The employee Christopher who had done my alignment was the reason I had a dirty interior because he did not wash his hands that were covered in debris. My car shook like a roller coaster while driving after I just bought a complete set of new tires and gotten an alignment, it has never driven like that before so I knew something wasn’t right. If you are a lady, do not go to this location because the staff does not care about taking your money to do an incomplete job, ruining your car’s interior, or making sure your car is in better condition than when it came. Will never return to this location!

Update: Robert contacted me from the store today (2 days after my visit) and addressed my concerns. Glad that Discount Tire is willing to work hard to keep a loyal customer. I will be back. Original Review: Discount Tire used to be the only place I would buy my tires, was always competitive or lowest price, plus great value on replacement warranty. Not so much anymore. A couple months ago, shopping for tires for wife’s car and Discount Tire’s were higher priced than competitors. Then again a month later for my daughter’s car. Tires more, installation cost more, replacement warranty more. Purchased both elsewhere after being an exclusive discount tire customer for the last 20 years. Came today with a TPMS sensor needing replacement for my GMC. Cost more than 50% higher than genuine parts at the GMC dealer ($40 each at GMC and $62 at Discount Tire). If they are more expensive they need to drop the “Discount” from their name. On top of that, my one bad TPMS sensor magically turned into 4 dead sensors. Probably would have replaced all 4 at same time anyway, but don’t care for dishonesty in a business just to up-sell. Now afterwards I have 1 sensor not reading at all and the other three showing no pressure. Drove multiple times after they said they will reset on their own. Still not. And after another 30 minutes of driving no signal at all. Checked with scanner by mechanic and he says their tool not picking up sensors at all. Came with appointment, told there was only 1 appointment ahead of me, then watched as 6 cars were pulled in before mine.

We had to go back for a partial refund as they over charged us for 2 tires by ring the wrong size.

Didn’t balance my tire correctly, and I returned 3 times for them to correct it and they still couldn’t balance them.. After my tire had irregular wear they didn’t want to replace them or give me credit for a new set..

I Changed My Review From 5 Stars To 1 Star. Chris Camacho Did My Wheel Alignment, But Couldn’t Complete It To Perfection (No Discount For Imperfect) Because He Said I Needed A Bushing. He Then Recommended A Place That Turned Out To Be In A High Crime, Sketchy Area And Was Only Open At Night. I Have Now Been Told (By A Reputable Mechanic That Works On My Son’s Patrol Car) That I Need Tie Rods And Maybe A Steering Box. Not To Mention Needing A Second Alignment (At Somewhere NOT Discount Tires) After The Tie Rods/Steering Box Are Replaced. Please Forgive Me For Coming Here. It Will NEVER Happen Again! *The Link That Discount Tires Posts For You To Reach Out And Give More Information Shows Up As NOT EXISTING! Please Give The Us A Space For NO STARS! One Star Is Way Too Many!

I don’t know what it is with this company but whenever I get tires from them they always leak air out! Then if you come to get it fixed you’re going be waiting two hours minimum. They take their sweet time….yeah definitely going elsewhere after today! And yes I have the warranty on all my tires

They have a sign for the tire pressure station that says they will be with you shortly but I have been waiting for 25 mins now and counting. I wonder what their definition of “shortly” means. Like maybe they should have someone asigned to this station.
