Love visiting discount tire, the technicians are always so helpful, friendly and timely efficient. Omar was so nice when I came in today with a flat tire. He turned the inconvenience to a quick fix and also helped me get new wipers while I was at it! So great.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves it! I've been to several Discount Tire locations, but this one truly stands out as the best. If I could give them a 10-star rating, I would! After spending a week driving all over Houston because other places said my tire couldn’t be fixed due to a missing wheel lock (which the dealership lost), I was frustrated. Other shops told me I’d have to leave my car for an entire day, which wasn’t feasible for me. As soon as I pulled up to this Discount Tire, I was warmly greeted. A young gentleman offered to check things out while I waited inside, and within minutes, he came back to let me know they could take care of it quickly. The manager, who wore glasses, was also fantastic and clearly leads a great team. In under 30 minutes, they had everything fixed for a great price, and I was back on the road. Truly an exceptional experience!

I got those tires from this store 3 years ago. I've been doing my rotation and balance every 5k miles. As soon as the sales person knew I have a CC with them, my tires are 6 years old, cracked, slippery and NO SERVICIBLE ANY MORE for my own safety. Service was as expected. The app (journey tracker) said that it was out of the bay before my tire was on the car. Don't tell me my car is ready before you put the tire on

THIS PLACE DO NOT HONOR CERTIFICATES instead they make excuses and try to sell you new tire. Also I love it when they get my clean truck all dirty and greasy on a tire rotation and balance! I dont think anyone at any level cares at this store and you will waste your time regardless if you have an appointment or not.NEVER BUYING AGAIN ANYMORE HERE!

I had a smooth experience ordering online through their user-friendly interface—coming from a UX designer, that says a lot! I even got an extra Labor Day discount. They also price-match, which is a great bonus. When I arrived at my scheduled time, the customer service was top-notch, very kind, and double-checked everything. I was in and out fast—arrived at 9:10am, left by 9:45am. Professional service all around. Highly recommend! 🦾🤝🏻 🚙 🛞 P.S. You can split your payments with Affirm program within checkout.

Given they are busy..you would think someone could realize they need more chairs instead of making people stand..Friendly enough staff... Came for a damaged tire..and told it would be 2 hours to put it on.. interesting considering they have a glass window where you can watch them...working...but also goofing around pushing each other and three people standing not working?..also they told us Gulf Freeway location that we bought two tires from overcharged us $15 per tire as they ring them as the wrong tire and I would need to go to that location to get refund. Also told Gulf Freeway put new tires on the front instead of back which is wrong, but this location is going to replace the damaged tire in the front again..?

Brought my suv here to see if they could replace or repair my tire that had 2 nails in it. Henry took good care of us, and explained everything very well. My tired was repaired in about an hour. Overall this location has fast and great service, would recommend to fix or replace your tires!

Well all I can say that my experience was definitely 5 star.... I was in Houston for the 4th of July Holiday. I noticed I need 1 tire but was ready to buy two. I WENT To another location was treat horrible. So looked online to find another location that might have the size I need in stock, that's when Alex answered my calls and my prayers He was able to confirm the size I need was in stock and gave my GREAT DIRECTIONS and told him " Am on the way!" (like I said am from out of town). When I arrived to my surprise I was greater my Alex who had a smile on his face, he confirmed my size and fitment for my truck. I paid and he told me " You can here inside or in your truck and we will get you as soon as I have bay open." I waited in the truck, a few moments after another young man greeted me at the truck and was ready to take it in. I waited inside as my 2 tires were Installed. ALEX brought my truck out and gave me the keys. In and out and about 45 minutes total from walking in the door to driving off! This location is the real deal, if you need tires go and Ask for ALEX, you'll be glad you did: Professional service and pressure free! ALEX is the GOAT AT THIS LOCATION! GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE! To Alex thank you sir for the great service and attention to detail.Next time I am in the Houston Area this is where I will be going! Thank You, Thank you, Thank You!!

During the service, my seat fabric was torn, which was not noticed until after I picked up my car. When I brought this to their attention and requested to file an insurance claim for the damage, they initially attempted to decline the claim, stating it was not covered under their policy. While the detailing itself was passable, the way they handled the damage was disappointing. Despite their eventual acknowledgment of fault, the initial resistance to cover the damage left a poor impression. This incident has made me hesitant to recommend Discount Tire for their detailing services, as their customer service and willingness to resolve issues promptly fell short of expectations.

Guy said I needed new tires and were in the “red” when I bought them from another location last year. Proceded to tell me cheaper tires are best when considering options.. I never get cheap tires. Was insisting that I buy new tires and would not check my tire out when it had gone low and I have the warranty on all four tires. I left and went to another location. New location said tires are in the “green” and in great condition. Don’t believe these guys they don’t know what they are talking about. Just want commission. Go to the one in the heights for better service and no gaslighting.

They did a great job at installing my tires. I even requested one of my old tires as a backup and put it in a plastic bag. I recommend this place!
