Corey and Sebastian! Corey was great! No frills, didn’t try to sell me on the most expensive tire instead offered suggestion on best tire for my application. The guy is super knowledgeable on the different tires and applications. Very happy with my purchase! Also, shout out to Sebastian for locking in the install on my Land Cruiser! Not only was he fast, but he also noted a broken rear windshield wiper that he was able to replace for under $11!!!! I will be back for tires on my other vehicle!

Jerry doesn't care about the customer. All he does is try to sell you the most expensive product. If you come here and Jerry takes care of you, please be careful. This is my third time here and everyone's been great. 1 star because of Jerry and I want it to show.

Purchased a tire from here and was told it would arrive at 2pm (same day). Hours had passed and called to make sure if it would arrive at all. As I was talking, Jerry hung up the phone. Tried to call again and he kept hanging up the phone.

I had an outstanding experience at Discount Tire, thanks to Corey! He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect tires for my truck. Corey took the time to review several options they had in stock and even brought multiple tires into the store to show me the differences. It was incredibly helpful to see what I was actually buying and understand the details. I’ve been to multiple Discount Tire locations, but the service here was by far the best. Corey not only helped with the purchase but also gave me tips on getting the most out of my tires, keeping them lasting longer, and reminded me when to come in for rotations. Did me a solid. Walked in with screw in sidewall and low pressure in the late afternoon--AWD pickup with low residual tread on remaining wheels. Boom! Four new tires with excellent tire reviews in under 1.5 hours and they had a full waiting room! Beat price and specs of Costco offers. Tires were upgrade from originals. Could not be more pleased.

Love this LOCATION, they are a great bunch of worker bees, that's for sure. They always get me taken care of as fast as possible. Had a screw in my tire, they ordered me a new one same day and put it on, now that's service. Please be patient with them, service done right and safely takes time.

Most of my experiences have been good as long as I know what I want in advance and have them order it. Came in for a balance after having rim work done. 3 customers before me 6 came after. I got here at 12:30 ,it's now 2:15 and my car has not moved. They sold a bunch of new tires but not collecting anything from me since I paid for balancing already. Failed me, this trip customer service wise. Did I mention I went to eat had 2 tacos and a beverage., walked back and sat and sat. Just when I went to ask for my keys, they moved my car. Think their just having one of those days.

This is the last time I will come here our comment on this place. The whole reason I made an 8am appointment, spoke to the manager etc, was to avoid the CRUSH of non appointment planners that storm Discount at 7:55am. Well, that plan failed on my part even though I was at the facility at 7:53am. By the time I was "helped" every bay was full and I was told "we'll be right with you sir". The whole purpose of visiting was to beat the procrastination folks. Pound sand Discount on Long Point you FAILED a long standing customer of over 30 years. My new Discount Tire location is off 290 now. Don't give these idiots your business. They don't care about appointments.

The employee's name is Corey. He is a very good tire salesman and works hard to make that sale. If you're one of his customers, be very careful. He might convince you that you need new tires when you really don't. Get a second opinion from another tire shop in case you are being pressured to buy a new set of tires. Just my experience with him. I'm a long-time and now ex-customer of this shop.

I went to the Long Point Rd Discount Tire for a leak on a left front tire on 8/2/24. I was told it was repairable and put a plug in it after removing a nail. The same tire has been leaking air this week and I took it to another Discount Tire and immediately told the tire was not put on in the correct direction, then told it was not repairable. My first issue was driving off and realized all tire pressures were off and when I returned they told me they forgot to check the air pressure on all tires. Today I found out they put the tire on wrong after repairing it. I also called today and spoke to assistant manager, Jerry who disconnected the call and when I called back was put on hold and nobody ever picked up. I’m thankful for other locations that take the time to take care of their customers. I spent hours trying to get the one tire replaced because it has to be special ordered from the warehouse. Avoid this store because it’s obvious they’re not paying much attention to their job if they failed to simply check tire pressure before a customer drives off.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Douglas and Jorge at Discount Tire! Douglas took such good care of me, getting me in and out quickly and Jorge expertly swapped out my tire that had a nail in it. Every time I visit this specific Discount Tire location, the entire team is always so kind, hard-working, and determined. They make you feel genuinely cared for each and every time. I won't ever go to another Discount Tire if I don't need to. Highly recommend this location!!! #TheBest
