I've been using the store on 6602 Hwy6 North for over 20 years and have always had five star treatment. I also purchase a lot of tires and they're always consistant at what they do. And what they do, they do best. I got a lot of help today from Blaze, and he has excellent customer service.

Inconsistent service and not usually honest. If you don't know the basics, you can get fleeced in my experience. I've tried this location numerous times over the last 20 years because we have 5 vehicles in our household. I have caught them lying or just being ignorant multiple times. I get that they are on the business of selling tires, but the thing is, tires eventually wear out. So lying to replace them before they're needed isn't really necessary. We will be back if you are honest. Most recently, I took in a tire that had a very slow leak. The counter rep had them submerse the tire in the tank and showed me a tiny bubble coming from the edge of the rim. He told me the whole wheel was bad and that I would need a new one. Of course, I would need a new set of four wheels if I wanted them to match. I asked him why it couldn't just be a bad seat around the bead (where the tire meets the rim) but he insisted it was a bad wheel and he'd seen it many times. So I left and took it to a smaller local tire shop down Hwy 6 and asked them to clean the bead area and re-seat the tire. I haven't had any problems with that tire since. I also had another counter guy tell me a tire wasn't round on my truck, and he couldn't rotate it for safety reasons. Well, roundness is a claim that can be verified and measured in short order, plus I would have noticed vibration or noise, especially at highway speeds. But rather than prove his claim, he said he could tell by looking at it. I pointed out that this tire had recent mud stains on the edges that gave the illusion of a different edge, but that if you looked at real edge of the tire, you could see it was still round. He stood by his clam because he wanted to sell a new set of tires rather than continue providing the "lifetime" balance and rotation. Also their service is fast but can be sloppy. On their last tire rotation on a different vehicle, they chipped the wheels around the lugs and dented my hub covers on two of my wheels. I gave them two stars because their prices are competitive but now I think it should be one because they have been bad on multiple occasions.

Mr. Bryan, one of the gentlemen that manage this shop, had the upmost professional service! His communication and delivery of customer service was impeccable. I highly recommend this location. It was a pleasure to go there for tires.

Service was absolutely terrible. 9/27/24 1:40pm (Bryan) let not one not two but three cars cut in front of me today when trying to get my tires aired up. Why were the 3 cars that came before me serviced first. Bryan is very bad at his job and has terrible customer service as well as terrible sense of awareness. Discount Tires needs to retrain him because he obviously doesn’t know or care about what he is doing.

The front tires on our Class C RV were clearly out of balance (also they were seven years old, don't ask why I didn't replace them along with the four on the back axle last June). We were going to pass right by this store so I gave them a call. I explained our situation and that we were 45 feet long with trailer, so Adrian meet us at the street and directed us to the parking lot behind the store to keep us out of the congestion. The tires were replaced while we grabbed lunch nearby, and we were on our way about an hour later. The new Michelins on front are marvelous, making our return to Waco a breeze. Kudos to Adrian and everyone involved in this tire install!

I bought tires from this place 1-/2 years ago. They are still under warranty. Last week I came in and I asked to have my tires checked because one has been leaking air. I specifically mentioned I have to drive my boss around this upcoming week and want no problems.Also, Let me mention. It is Labor Day weekend. They are currently closed. How convenient. So, I had my tires looked at apparently the problem was resolved.. but I left the drive way and drove down the street and the street and my sensor went off again “tire pressure low” so I took it back. They said it was normal and pushed TpS and off. I asked again, are you sure? I really can’t have problems? Well here we are Sunday, with a leaking tire. Same one. They are closed and I’m severely inconvenienced in many ways. I don’t believe they care about the safety of their clients. I’m not the type of person to normally leave any type of negative review. I am very happy go lucky person, but this is negligence and it is extremely dangerous. I am usually on tha highway working. My vehicle is my home. You are who I’m suppose to come to and trust. You’re supposed to be the expert with this.

I came in to get my tires rotated at 9:30am. The employee named Christian M N checked and he wanted me to replace the wiper blades. I replied that it was replaced a month ago. I got an email saying it would be done by 11:45am. And I sat there and watched as people around me arrived at the same time or later. But all their cars were done and left. A GMC truck that arrived later was parked next to mine but they brought it in for service first. I reported this as negative. They claimed this car had an appointment…? even worse than that, I have been waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes over there with people keep passing by. Just because I refuse to replace the back window ‘s wiper blade and they decide to not taking care of my tire rotation. FYI, i just got my tires replaced at Discount Tires at 40,000 mileage and my car now is only 44,000 miles and I just need a rotation for it. What is wrong with Discount Tires ‘ customer service?? Employees at this location lets customer down by letting me waiting for almost 2 hours and they think it is the right thing for a business to do to their customers?

I had a blow out coming home from work and even though they had closed at 6pm they still worked me in. I don’t know what I would have done, thank you just isn’t enough. I have been coming to this location for years and always have great service, but this was above and beyond.

I liked them better when they put customer satisfaction before profits. I stopped by for a tire rotation. After having my tires I inspected I was told it would be two hours. I said okay just put me on the list. Then he said well let me talk to my manager, not sure we can rotate because you have wear on outside tread. I'm done with these guys. NTB did rotation without trying to sell me new tires.

Bought set of new tires at this store in March of this year. Went for a rotation first week of August. Nobody except Discount has ever touched my tires or wheels on my 2023 Trail Blazer. This time they showed me chewed up lug nuts and tried to sell me a new set by telling me the lug nuts are defective ... in other words someone at Discount doesn't know how to use their tools. Ugh!

Bought tires online and made an appointment for 8:30am. I was told it would take about an hour but I was out of there before 9:00am. Store was super busy but they seem to handle the crowd with ease during the time I was there. Sales guy was nice, offered new wipers for $10 which I agreed to. Nothing else was offered or pushed on me which I appreciated.

Went there to rotate tires of my dodge charger Rt were purchased from them with 45000 miles warranty certificate (paid 144$ extra on last purchase). Has only 20,000 miles. Two tires were 4/32 and 2 tires 3/32 Guy inspected tires and he lied me about tread, he said your rear one tire too low and we can’t rotate your tires and he forced me to buy new tires. and i said i do have 2 good extra tires at home i will come with them tomorrow and the stupid guy still forced me to buy 2 used tires and he said throw your good tires with 4/32 tread. Went other discount tire location they rotated tire with no question.
