Don't come here if you're in a hurry. They told be it will be about 30 to 45 minutes. It's been an hour and my car hasn't been touched. This is the second time I've had this problem. If they would have said it will be over an hour wait. I would have made other plans

They ordered my tires and put them on for me in a timely manner. Had an issue with them being out of balance and missing a stem cap, but they fixed those issues quickly.

I’ve been to this location twice in the past month due to some bad luck. Both times everyone was great and had fast service. Place was pretty busy when I came in but they still had my car ready in less than a hour. Yall are the best, and special shout out to Luis for taking care of me today!

lazy. plenty of tread on the tire still. they claimed they couldnt plug it. wanted to sell me a new one. went down the street and got it fixed.

I went to Discount Tires (7/11/24) because I had a nail in my tire. My dealership said it could not be fixed. I had my tires insured thru you. I experienced the worst customer service IN MY LIFE! First off the salesman tried to tell me I needed 4 tires instead of one. I said ok because they are insured. He said we don't insure these tires but after looking up my info it showed you DO insure them! He kept saying how expensive the tires were. Again I have insurance! Now all of a sudden I only need 1 tire but he still tried to make me pay for it stating that tire mileage is not covered on my tires. After quoting over $300 for the price I decided to walk away. I should not have to pay for a brand new tire when I carry the insurance! He tried to call me back in but I'm done! Had I been a MAN he would not have tried this! I wish I could give ZERO stars! Even that is more than you deserve! I also wish I could get my money back because you are not the people I wish to do business with! My next stop is your corporate offices to find out if this is a normal business practice. You should be ashamed! Disgruntled customer

These guys are amazing. All my cars, RV, car hauler has Discount Tires. Never bad service and they always make if there are any issues. Keep up the good work. Just had my Jeep tires rebalanced. David help to make sure they were good. Oversized tires are hard to balance. They did an excellent job. Well worth buy the lifetime balance. All my cars go here for tires from now one. This place is what customer service should be everywhere you go.

We went in to replace our steer axel tires and was presented with a couple options. We were given all the information to make a good decision and got a deal on the total job. The sale was low pressure, quick, and well informed. Place was clean and accommodating for my family while we waited for the service. The installation was fast and we were back on the road in no time. This experience was about as nice as buying car tires will allow, we'll go back when we need it for sure.

Price was good for low-end tires. Service was good,but claiming to have you in and out in 30 minutes was a fail. Also, you should ask the owner of the vehicle if they want the 'free' windshield wiper blades before removing the ones on a car.

This is the best place to go to get a flat fixed, I went to multiple places in the area, but this was the only place where the staff was super friendly and available. Patched up the tire in no time.
