Just got new tires and i almost crashed into another vehicle because my vehicle went to the side when i hit the brakes.... Why do they always give priority to the people that buy expensive tires? 😅😅why do the people that work here always have a lazy attitude? And try to make you feel bad because you want the cheap tires??? No sean o.g.t's Make sure that your people is doing the job right. Just go to Walmart across the street they can do it better.

This location at Beltway 8 and Wallisville is the worst and it sucks that it's the only location close by. The old location on Sheldon Rd. always did great work and had respect and care for their customers and their vehicles...this location DOESN'T!!! Within 10mins of getting back home from buying and having a brand new tire put on ... I go out to put my grandbaby in her carseat and get myself settled in the car to drive in the heavy rain across a tall bridge and Thank God 🙌🏼 My low tire pressure light alerted me before I left the driveway that the brand new tire was almost totally FLAT 😡 How you gonna work at a tire shop and not realize the valve stem needs to be replaced because it is leaking air loudly?? Y'all just don't care about customers after they make the purchase... They're all about how many sales can be made and how many cars can get quickly in and out of the way for the next one in line!!! My tire was leaking air sooo quickly that even after it was refilled at home to the proper PSI I barely made it back to the location approximately 8 minutes away before it was almost completely flat again!!! Please teach your techs to SLOW DOWN and PAY ATTENTION before someone is seriously injured or worse because you were all in a hurry to get 'em and get 'em out while raking in the money!!! and while we were sitting there waiting for our issues to be corrected, another customer came back and also pissed off, because y'all had messed up part of his truck because of y'alls rushing!!! Btw, thanks for the "free" wipers y'all threw in for the "inconvenience" of making my family's vehicle unsafe on the road ... that totally makes up for it 🙄 Because I've never had issues with any other Discount location EXCEPT FOR THIS ONE... I will be checking out the newest location in the area even though it's a bit more of a drive

Victor was the gentleman that helped me with my purchase. He was VERY ɓ. He got me a GREAT price on the tires I wanted. Explained everything and told me the wait time- hr and a half. A customer came in complaining about something and Victor went above and beyond to not escalate the situation. And I sat there, all the other reps were just and helpful and very knowledgeable. My experience today was that these guys were working very hard but all were very efficient and professional. I will be recommending this Discount Tire.

Good evening. I am having the worst experience a person could have with Discount Tire. Last week we took our tire in for a leak. We were told the tire had a bubble inside and it needed to be replaced. The tire we need they did not have in stock and would have to be ordered. 2 days later we go back to get the new tire only to find out our Lincoln Navigator rim had been stolen from their location. Someone please tell me how do you loose a rim. No one at the location could answer that question and the cameras do not work. That was an inside job for sure. And to this day the rim has not been replaced. Great customer service from Discount Tire by Wallisville. ☹️

I’ve been going to this location for the last 15 years for all 4 of my cars. Recently, I had an incident with one of my car’s tire that required some consideration and discretion. One of the managers there by the name of “Victor” was very sympathetic towards the situation and he really helped expedite the process and took care of the situation immediately. Victor was very courteous and attentive to my needs and concerns. I would highly recommend this location due to it management team, like Victor, as well as other members and staff.

Actualización: La persona que me atendió me dió lo del costo del medidor del sensor, por eso modifique mi calificación de 2 a 3 estrellas. *** No cabe duda, que aunque la mona se vista de seda mona se queda. Desde que compré las llantas actuales, pedí que fueran el mismo número que las que me quitaron, y pusieron las que quisieron. Me fui engañado. 290 y Maxwell. Hace poco tuve problema con una de ellas, la lleve a la agencia del 59 sur y Kirby, pues no pasó nada, simplemente se siguió bajando. Para poder repararla paso un mes en que tenía que inflarla todos los días. Por fin, tuve tiempo para pasar a la que está por 8 East y Spencer, efectivamente, por fin se resolvió lo de mi llanta, pero que creen, me perdieron el sensor de mi llanta. Ahora ya no me sirve el aparato que mide el aire de mis llantas por qué hicieron favor de perderme 1. Trataré de hablar, a ver si de casualidad, lo tienen. Consejo: No les crean que les instalaron las que compraron, revisen antes. Y lo mismo con las reparaciones por qué como sea les van dejando otros problemas. Si no es Juana es Chana...

Double check your air pressure. I went for tire rotation and balance and they over filled it. It’s suppose to be 35, not 52. Smh no wonder my car felt off.

This was my first visit to this location, and overall, I was satisfied. From the greeting at the door to the efficient service for my tire rotation, everything went smoothly. However, my only concern was observing several male workers not washing their hands. I witnessed one attendant sneeze and repeatedly wipe his nose with his hand without using sanitizer or soap. Later, I found brake dust residue all over my steering wheel when I got into my car. Despite these issues, I would still recommend this location.

Ya tengo 6 años con ellos muy buenas llantas servicio rápido te recomiendo que pagues por la rotación y la garantía de la llanta asta que ya no sirvan las llantas así puedes hacerle rotación y balanceo y arreglar las llantas ponchadas de por vida ya no tienes que pagar la garantía es una buena recomendación
