This has been the best Discount Tire location I have been too. My tire had a nail inside it and it was losing air very quickly. I went to the shop 20 minutes before closing time. Donika helped me out, was so helpful. She helped me right away, and got me scheduled in very quickly. She also installed new wiper blades on my vehicle. They did an amazing job, and patched my tire up like new. Thank you for the great customer service Donika and Discount Tire team!!

i went to discount tire they treated me with top notch service and helped me get out of a jam as i was an out of town customer with a leaking tire id recommend them to anyone in the area they were excellent peter is my name not my user name on title

I have always appreciated the great customer service in the past, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. A few weeks ago, I visited regarding my Wheel, and unfortunately, the service was lacking. Today, I came in for an estimate on a potential tire issue and also to get air in my tire. Despite there being several staff members present, I waited in the lane for several minutes without any acknowledgment or assistance. I was patient, but it was disheartening not to receive any help. Update: I returned today and was impressed by the excellent customer service from Bill, who attentively addressed all my questions and concerns. Esteban also assisted by promptly filling my tires and providing top-notch service. Overall, my experience was much better returning on a weekday morning.

I’ve used this location since I’ve been driving and now take my families cars whenever needed. They’ve always been friendly, honest, helpful, and efficient. They have repaired many tires for me over the years for free, and for this reason I will always purchase tires when needed from them. Yesterday I heard a hissing sound and noticed a nail in my tire near the outer edge. I know with a puncture near the sidewall it can usually not be repaired, this was close. They could have easily told me it was unrepairable and sold me a new tire but they repaired it for free. They had me in and out the door in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday without an appointment. Can’t recommend this location enough!

I’ll keep this short: My very first appointment here for four new tires was at 2:30 PM on an extremely busy Saturday right in the middle of a storefront remodel. Due to experiences at other places, I figured I was in it for the long haul. Nope. From pulling into the parking lot to leaving: 34 minutes. Hang on…I don’t think you heard me. 34 minutes. The entire crew was polite, professional and well-communicative. I’m definitely coming back for all my tire needs.

So I purchased my tires at Belle Tire (greenwood location) just 6 months ago. I went to leave an had a flat. My husband removes the tire and goes up to Belle Tire an hour before close (where my tire has warranty) only to be treated VERY rudely and told they will not help. So, we went to Discount Tire. Upon arrival Chad was extremely professional and although they had a booked Bay (more vehicles than Belle had) he said, it will take a bit longer but we will take care of you tonight. He apologized for Belle Tire even though that's not his employer and made sure my husband had a great experience. He did an amazing job and will have all of my future business!!! Thank you guys for your OUTSTANDING customer service!

TOP NOTCH! I don't know how I got to VIP status BUT every time I stop in this place, I get immediate service, the most friendly people and very thorough - even on a vehicle with tires I didn't buy there! I once had what I thought was a nail in my tire, the tech realized it was just a squished penny, didn't even make fun :). Today I had an actual screw in my tire. He pulled it out, checked it and sent it back for a thorough inspection to ensure I did not have a puncture. This was on a brand new car and I still did not get charged. I will not buy tires anywhere else! Thank you guys!

Best tire shop out there. They are true to the price match promise, guaranteeing the lowest price. You also get free rotations, balancing, and flat repairs for the life of the tires also making it the best deal anywhere. Friendly and helpful employees to round out a great experience. I would highly recommend discount tire to anyone!

Just bought tires from this location. I didn't mind being upsold tires, as I needed them, but the warranty on the tires was indicated as "included" with the tire. If a warranty is indicated as included and costs extra that can be bypassed, that is an optional warranty. I was not aware of that until I looked over my receipt to what occurred. Every other location I've ever been to has always asked if I wanted the warranty, at least as a courtesy. Is this how Discount Tire does business now?

Little slow but I was a sat walk in and I told them I wanted all black and they had only lame silver and nothing black in stock an didn't tell me when they could get black in so they just threw on silver for the online price. No brand Vision brand made in China.

Service was good. They are under construction and seats were limited. It was really hot outside. They need a cooling fan outside and more seats. Energy and soda drinks would be nice while you wait for 40 minutes for your car to be serviced with one new tire.

Had a great experience with some good people. They got me a set of 4 new tires installed with life time warranty for $500. You should definitely go see them if you are looking for new tires. DO NOT go to 👎🏼🚨tire barn🚨👎🏼

I've been a Discount Tire customer for years, but by far the best experience I've had with the company was at this location on 6/1/24. I had left my car there after a blowout the previous evening and went to drop off my keys and get a new tire in the morning. I was assisted by a very professional and helpful young man whose name was Matthew (I think). I was in and out, and even without an appointment, I had two new tires on my car within 30 minutes. It was wonderful to go to a location with such excellent staff and quick service. I only wish I lived near this one because I would ONLY go to this location. I'm very grateful for the lovely employee who waited on me.
