Excellent service and they will not try to take advantage of you by upselling you when it's not necessary. They have previously plugged a hole for me for no charge and today, without an appointment, got me in-and-out with a new tire in about an hour. Jahmee was fantastic and thoroughly explained all my options. He even threw a lug nut on for free. Thank you!

Couldn't speak more highly of these folks. Needed a tire same-day given we were on a road trip, and Gavin/the team stayed past closing time to fit us in and get us on our way. I'd recommend going here for all of your tires.

Had an 8:15 appointment took 2 hours for one patch. My question is what’s the point of an appointment if you are waiting that long just doesn’t seem right. Go somewhere else discount tire has lost connection with timely service. Or at least a realistic one. I Like the tires and price just need my time to be valued more here. The appointment tracker didn’t work well either. Most companies now have a tv with the order of the customers this helps elevate this issue.

I waited 3 hours for a tire change. The sales rep told me the tire was fine and that the wheel itself was cracked. The wheel was less than a year old. The sales rep stated they don’t offer a warranty and asked if I would buy another one. I declined because why would I buy another wheel from them when the quality is so poor? Then all of a sudden I’m told the tire needed to be replaced. (Insert eye roll) Also, the sales rep tried to lie to me about my tire tread. I just had all my tires replaced within the last 6 months and I barely drive. Just saying anything to try and get more money from me.

No longer dealing with this company. I purchased new, black wheels through them and had them install the wheels and tires. I do Not like the tape balance weights, and for the past three balance/rotation appointments, I have requested NO tape weights (inner clip on weights only). Each time they promised me they would not place any sticky tape weights and each time, I pick up the car with silver (not even black!) tape weights on the car. When they remove the weights it scrapes/scratches the wheel and damages the black finish. The glue is a pain to remove (they never remove all the glue). I will no longer utilize this company due to their incompetence.

Called ahead and told to come on in as a walkin. Wanted a road force balance of one tire/wheel but after 4hour wait only received a normal balance.

Called in the morning to see if they could fit me in. They put me in the line up and called me when they were close - so I had time to get there. Waited a perfectly reasonable amount of time for the work to be done. Listened to the amazingly professional and helpful staff the whole time, especially Eddie (really great on the phone!) and Gavin (no pressure, very helpful, great explanations). Seriously. The products and prices are great. Service after the sale is unmatched. The staff here are a delight. They should all get a bonus.

Gentleman told me a time to come back for a full set of tires. They ended up starting the work an hour after arrival and 15 minutes past the time they told me they would be complete. No one called me nor gave me any updates. Business needs to be more realistic with timeliness and how they communicate actual work times to customers.

Make appointments on line for convenience. They send you text reminders. They own TireRack.com and install your new tires for $100 with lifetime free rotate and balance. I have brought my new Michelin Defenders back twice for rotation . Once I had a road force balance done to eliminate some vibration.

Big thank you to both Dustin and Mitch and their crew. I had recently 2 unrelated tire issues and went both times at this location. I was served fast and I had my car back, and fixed properly, in less than 30 minutes. Price was a deal, with their tire insurance covering the majority of the charge. Fast, clean, cheaper and smart people. I highly recommend this location for your tires needs.

Can't recommend this shop enough. Their customer service is top notch. Prices are fair. I've been a customer for a while and they have fixed a flat that just needed a plug for free a couple times now.

They got the job done. I just didn't like that I arrived after work (worked 13hrs the night before), 9.15a. My tire needed a plug. I was checked in 11.15a, my car was ready, 11.26a. Lol. Waited 2hrs for 10mins worth of work. In my home of Tallahassee, when they say "we'll squeeze you in", they do it.

Pulled up with a nail in my tire at 8:35 am and was greeted by Eduardo, who was friendly and informative. By 9:20 am I was out the door with a freshly plugged tire-at no charge! Thanks to all the staff who were kind and helpful. You are appreciated!

Ladies take a notice of your car watch them guys, u a lady they will try anything. 7300 N.Keystone on 07-22-24 took my truck for topping off tires all 4 of them my gauge was un even .Young black guy came an put air in 2 tires went back to his table an did something came back put valves caps on went to table again come put valves caps on came back said all done.I ask u put caps back on said yes went down street pull over look at my caps they was different caps than what I had metal caps he put on 3gray plastic caps 1 black cap.I ask what happen to my caps had metal one's he said they must had came off.I just seen them when across at Walmart they was on then ,looking at tires need air.This young man stole my metal caps thought that I am senior don't no about my truck.Had truck sense 2016 .Talk to someone there he came out with 2 different kind caps this is all we have here r plastic caps.Those was not caps that the guy took off my truck was metal they didn't bent at all.He wanted my valve caps so he took them that all to it.Sorry to say he stole my value caps

I went,to discount tire on 5/15 to check my air pressure in my car a gentleman by the name of Gavin was reluctant to wait on me I read his lips and he said Dam! He did not wanta service Me..Lied Abt my tire situation only because he didn't want a put any air in it..I will never purchase anything from Discount tire on Keystone 🫤

Terrible experience! If you have a nice car don’t bring it here, I have a 2020 dodge charger scatpack I bought brand new and I recently got the first ever tire change on the car and when the work was done they badly damaged 2 of my wheels. I made a claim, and days go by. finally the very unprofessional rude manager at the keystone location claims they didn’t do the damage and isn’t taking responsibility, I even have before and after pictures of my wheels and the manager is still being unreasonable. Don’t bring your car here if you care about the quality of work! Mind you this car only 13k miles on it.

Very unprofessional shop! These employees DO NOT care about the quality of their work. They will badly damage your wheels and then claim not to have done it. The manager here is very rude, short, and unprofessional and not willing to own up to his shops mistakes. When talking with the manager he takes no responsibility and just talked over me the whole time. You have one singular job you are trained for, it's to change tires and you guys can't do it without damaging people property. When someone works hard to have a nice vehicle and no regard on how a tire is remove the tires on 1,200 $ rims is totally un acceptable.
