I had a not so great experience last week and provided my feedback via the emailed survey. Joel, the manager contacted me as soon as I completed the survey to find out exactly what happened and to see what he could do to improve my experience. I leave quite a few reviews and have never been so impressed with the follow up and effort to make things right. We all have days where we come up short but it's what we do after that matters. I highly recommend this location, Joel truly cares about his customers!

Jayden helped me pick out tires that would work well for what I needed. Great friendly staff that seemed to like their jobs. Clean waiting room and restroom. Terrible country music in the waiting room.

This is a wonderful store. They are very thorough in helping and explaining everything, and if they can, they repair your tire for absolute free! The customer service was excellent- I was helped by Victor and he was awesome. Kind, courteous and incredibly helpful. Definitely coming back for any of our tire needs!

This place was awesome! I needed air in my tires and I pulled right up. They put them back to the PSI. They were needing to be at and didn’t charge me a thing. Was on my swift way to my next thing. So professional and kind and I’m so grateful! Thank you so so much!

My wife took our vehicle in to get two tires patched over the weekend. Wait time was not too bad. Checked all 4 tires, patched the two that had leaks, serviced the TPMS and filled up the tires and balanced them. When my wife went to pay the bill, they gave her a receipt of work and did not charge her a dime. Thank you so much for the quality work and for offering these kind of services for free. It's tough out here and it's really cool to know your shop values taking care of people. We will be sure to do business here going forward.

Avoid this location if at all possible. They are the slowest location I have ever been to. I went in to have a tire that was leaking air looked at because it is under warranty with them and set there for an hour and forty five minutes for then to tell me it will be another 45 minutes. I ended up leaving and going to the Pendleton Pike location where it was taken care of immediately. It would probably help if employees like Joel were actually working instead of standing around talking to other employees.

Highly recommend this place! I have been going to Discount Tire for 4+ years now and would not go anywhere else. They are the only ones I trust and have provided excellent service to me, my grandparents, and my mother. I visited this store two weeks ago and had a nail in my tire. I called and was able to schedule the appointment ASAP. Everyone who worked there was very helpful and polite. Ryan offered amazing customer service and was extremely knowledgeable, answering all my questions. The best part is the flat repair was free! It's a great store with employees who make an otherwise stressful situation manageable.

I had just clean my 2018 Camero and the guys just lean and put his hands all over the side of my car .you don't have to touch a car gorgeous putting air in tires well back to clean my baby again.

Walked in Monday morning. Three guys working the desk. They were busy but nobody in line in front of me. Didn't get greeted or told to wait by any of the staff. Stood there patiently for ten minutes and left.

Went there for air in tires. Was told to wait at tanks. Waited for 10 minutes. I saw multiple people walking around and outside. They looked at me and went on. Very disappointing. Always buy my tires there.

As a former mechanic, I was impressed by how well the shop was run. Clean shop floors, organized, mechics were busy, and tightened the rim bolts in order and verified with a torque wrench, which is rare. Staff was friendly, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and the waiting area was clean. This place looks like an honest shop that you can rely on to do quality work.

I called yesterday and spoke to team member Victor. I needed four new tires. He was very helpful on phone and able to give me an estimate of what to expect. He was also able to get me scheduled within 24 hours. The service at the store was even more helpful. Victor and the entire team at this discount tire store was amazing. I’m happy with the product but more impressed with the customer service!

I dropped off my car after hours at the store at 10610 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46229 because of a flat tire. They called me the following morning and told me they would take care of it that day. They replaced the tire and even rotated the tires. Outstanding customer service!!

It's always a good experience there I know people get impatient, but that's what I like about him is they take their time with each person. The only problem I do have, is when you make an appointment. You still have to stay in line even after on line you've signed in and said you're here. You still have to wait in line to let them know. And when you let them k n o w. So when they came up to me they said they'd have me in at a certain time and I'll let them know that I guess have an appointment online doesn't qualify for anything I do just as well just coming in as a walk-in and they said oh you've got a an appointment I said yes I've been here 10 minutes before the appointment well that got me in an hour earlier. I just think it should be a better process

I've been to several tire shops but always go back to Discount. They are usually pretty fast even with a line as in fast I mean usually an 45min-1 hour to get anything done which is faster than most shops. Employees are helpful to make sure you get a good deal and make sure to get the road hazard it's saved me several times when I got a flat.

So glad to see Braden and Logan promoted from within the ranks. But, sad to lose first Braden and now Logan from Washington Street. Today, my 97 year old neighbor was quite upset after another shall not be named store did not take care of her. I called Brandon at Discount Tire. He and Logan had her in and out with the nail removed in 2 hours. She was so happy when we picked up her car. Why I won’t recommend anyone else.

be prepared to wait longer than they say and pay more than what they say. No discount for wasting my time either. I do not recommend. brought my car in at 2:30 they didn't even move my car into the shop untill I asked for key back at 5:00. Caused me to be late to an appointment. Very frustrated. Don't expect this place to make it right. Frustrating spending $600 plus dollars and receiving this type of service.

Something is always going down on the east side, that means fun things in your tires! I have had nails, screws, road debris, semi tire debris, etc. This location (and other discount tires) are here to save the day! They had me in and out before my appointment time and answer all my questions. Great service and people. Get the warranty, do it. Thank me later
