Demarcus saved the holiday weekend this year... Thanks for living up to your promise to deliver.... So i called around and everyone said the specific Yokohama tire that i wanted for my Highlander was not in stock and would be looking at Monday after the holidays before i could get a set of 4... Well i called these guys on Michigan Rd, and got someone on the line with a magic hat... He pulled out what i needed same day and got me on the road again with a new set of skins.. the ones that i wanted.. Well on top of that i called him back after my initial talk on the phone and asked if he could get a specific Firestone for one of our service trucks..... And yes he did... had it delivered before i got the others installed even... These guys not only gave good customer service, but they lived up to what i saw was going to be a tough one to live up to. Happy Thanksgiving guys....

Sat in the parking lot for maybe 5 minutes while I waited for my husband to meet up with me after having new rims put on. One of my tires was already flat once he got there. On the brightside they fixed it right away, but if I had no reason to wait I would've ended up on the side of the highway with a flat tire.

Don’t bother making an appointment. Dropped my car off at 2:15pm was told it would be complete by 3:15pm. Came back at 3:15pm they had not even started on my car.

I went to check into the entry-level tires. Braden suggested a mid-grade tire, which he saw had gone on sale THAT day. Ended up being $20 less and 2x better fit

I am a college student at a nearby university. Since my parents typically take care of all car-related issues, I did not know what to do when my "low tire pressure" light kept going off. Thankfully, Caleb and the team took the time to discuss my tire health and fix my tire at no charge. I really appreciate their work!

Always use Discount tires but this is my first time at this location and fyi Appointments at this location mean nothing (appointment was at 12 and it’s 125 and my car still hasn’t been touched). They’ll lie right in your face. They’ll get you to wait 3 hours when they said it would only take less than an hour they lied about rotating my tires insulting my intelligence. The manager is a joke arguing with employees in the lobby. AVOID this place and the little Edgar at the front counter!!!! Keystone or Carmel locations only.

We were traveling from South Carolina to Wisconsin. On the way we were having tire pressure issues with one of our tires. The Indianapolis Store was extremely accommodating and 45 minutes later with two new tires we were on our way to our destination. We have been Discount Tire customers for about 50 years. The experience at this store is representative of why we have been long term satisfied customers. Just wanted to express our Thanks.

Joe Ferguson the store manager was GREAT! The only reason I can't give a 5 star is because of the ATTITUDE of Dameon the person who checked in my truck (reluctantly) and proceeded to charge me for work they never called about. Joe got it taken care of and in a professional manner! 5 stars for Joe!

Never coming to this place ever again. I’m very unsatisfied with my experience. I went in for a rotation and rebalance and got attended by Demarcus which he seem like he didn’t want to be there, and ignored several things I mentioned about my tire tread and air pressure he told me I’ll be out in 20 mins, but lied and I got out 4 hours later because they supposedly found a nail on my right front tire, but I think they took off the wrong tire and it went from there. Next morning my tire was completely flat. They stilled asked me how was my experience what a joke. Please don’t come to this location. Technicians be doing nothing and the front persons seem like they only care about making sells from my point of view. I recommend to not stop at this location for anything and go somewhere else like belle tire or tire discounters probably offering a more professional service.

Called in, asked time for wait in a flat tire, they check me over phone, knew I was driving from 15 minutes away, arrived and provided my key, was told they already called me and I would be put in the back of the line, sat down and received a text my car was ready to be serviced. Proceeded to sit for an hour and then realized they had no plans to work on my car for a flat for another hour and half. I drove out of my way because this location took care of me in the past. Their lack of transparency is why people get irritated. Just be honest about the timing or approximation so we can plan for their delay. 2+ hours to fix a flat when they said under and hour is unacceptable. I asked for my key and walked out. I’ll give my business elsewhere.

Discount has been my favorite tire service place since they appeared in the area back in the early -mid 90's. They offer to come out and check your air pressure and will fill your tires. The best part about it is that all of their employees have great customer service. Make this your place for tire service.

Was in a time crunch to get new tires before taking roadtrip. Ordered a new set from TireRack to be delivered and installed here. TireRack delayed the delivery the morning of my appointment. Instead of rescheduling me, Joe at discount tire sent a driver to get me the set of tires from their location and had them installed in less than an hour. Amazing customer service!
