Discovered I had a screw in my tire when I got off work. Called because I knew they would be closing soon. Was told to bring it right in. I did and they fixed it right away. Plus checked out the other tires and rotated and balanced all. I was extremely grateful. 😃

Been buying my tires here for the last 5 years or so. This location in particular has great customer service, no one is sitting around and customers are happy. I usually wait every time because no matter how many ahead of me these guys are producing. Good shop

I came in late in the day with a flat tire, and the team at Discount Tire went above and beyond. They had employees literally running to get the job done quickly for me – and all at no cost! I’ve been to another Discount Tire location before and had a great experience there as well, so it’s wonderful to see such consistent quality across multiple stores. They truly have the best employees who are both efficient and dedicated to helping customers. Thanks for the exceptional service!

Purchased new tires on ‘07 Corolla. Wheel covers on 3 of the 4 wheels extremely close to valve stem & would make it difficult to check air pressure & add air. Employee fixed placement. Valve stem covers received - 2 were silver, 1 black & 4th didn’t have one. Would have given 5 star rating except for these somewhat minor issues due to lack of detail in job performance.

Been waiting for one tire too be put on a rim for over an hour while they got guys some guys standing around or got 3 to 4 guys working on the same vehicle all the while the vehicle that needs the tire is stranded on the side of the road and i told them this when i got there ridiculous.

I truly cannot express how grateful I am to the team at the Discount Tire off Atlantic boulevard. The Uber I was in got lost and I showed up 20 minutes late after they had closed. The team had stayed behind until I got there to give me my key. They were truly my superheroes today and I just cannot thank them enough!

Sadly, must give this location a 1 star. Johnathan was great but the tire work was not. Took in my vehicle for tire rotation and balance. The old stick-on weights were not removed. Upon receiving the car, I noticed that the old weights were literally falling off the rims. Took it back to have it corrected as this happens and was understanding. The car was taken back was reassured they would strip the old weights off and rebalanced tires. Upon receiving the car on the second visit, I did a walk around notice that the rims were not clean of the old weights. In addition to that, the rims were now scratched in multiple areas on all four rims. They took the car back again to have the weights stripped and rebalance again. When I got home, I noticed that one rim still had the old weights attached to the rim. My advice to anyone visiting this location is ensure that whatever work you asked to be performed you look and ensure that the work was done correctly, and that there was no damage to your rims prior to you leaving the location. I’ve been using Discount tire for a long time, and this never happened before. This was my first and last time visiting this location. I recommend going to one on Beach Blvd., the service there has always been excellent.

The owner of this particular shop knowingly abuses their employees. They're mostly part-time high school students. Full-time positions are treated like something they have to "earn" beyond working up to 38 hours a week. I worked up to 50 hours a week at times and still never qualified for health insurance or a full time position. However, the company itself may still be good. I recommend going to the shop on Beach or Orange Park over this one

This shop broke my brake system in my vehicle and then wanted to dispute it saying they didn’t break it. The vehicle was functioning properly when it was turned over to your care. How can you honestly say you didn’t break it? Avoid it at all costs if you don’t want your vehicle to be broken and then the repair dumped into your own lap.

Edit: After this review they got in contact and Keith took care of the sensor issue. Replaced them all and personally checked to make sure they were all functioning correctly before leaving. The guy who worked the front desk was awesome and insanely polite. He deserves a lot of credit. Asked them to retrain my TPMS sensors. They got halfway, they are all cleared now and show nothing for PSI....and it calls for a sensor fault. That was not there before going in. Went in with 4 valve caps, left with 3. They didn't clean any of the mounting compound off any of my white fifteen52 wheels. Got home and thought they were all scratched to hell and destroyed. Took about half an hour to clean them off. At least they got the tires on 🤷‍♂️

First time I got tires put on was during a tire emergency, and I received excellent service. Second time, I got tires for another car and again had excellent service. I could not recommend anyone else. This is the place to go!

Torian and Aaron were amazing!! Our tire got a nail in it and we were running flat with a baby in the car and that’s not fun. They helped us immediately to get back on the road and home safe! Can’t thank them enough!

The team at Discount Tire is absolutely fantastic. I had to order my tires on the internet because they didn't have my desired size anywhere in the city. I scheduled an appointment for Monday morning, and although the tires had not yet been delivered, they put a lightly used tire (on my bad one) and got me back on the road. Once my tires came in, they we're extremely punctual and communicative, and they got me in on the same day. I couldn't say enough good things about these guys.
