Placed my tire order for my ES 350 online and was able to schedule an appointment. Verified appointment with Konner who was helpful, professional, and informative. Because I had an online appointment my car was taken in quickly and my new tires were applied all within the hour. VERY impressive. I won’t go anywhere else.

Got a tire rotation and balance done. Noticed my truck drifting to the left. Found 3 ounces of weight on the front drivers side, 3 ounces of weight on the back drivers side and no weight on the passenger side. Fiancé got her tires aired up and they tried to convince her that her tires were mounted backwards and she needed a new tire (they are not directional tires) until she brought up that they had warranty. Do not recommend this shop.

I had a fantastic experience at Discount Tires recently! I arrived just 30 minutes before closing to get a new set of tires, and the team couldn't have been more accommodating. They worked efficiently and professionally, even putting in some overtime to ensure I was taken care of before they closed. The new tires look amazing, and I can already feel a greater sense of confidence in my family's vehicle's safety on the road. We had a low tire pressure warning come in a couple miles away from this location while passing through Jacksonville and pulled in to get it checked out. Tyler was professional, knowledgeable and promptly checked all tires, added air as needed and understood our concern. Although we just needed a little air, he and the rest of the staff handled our interaction in a manner that I’d consider best in class. They went above and beyond! Thank you!

Discount Tire associates are awesome. Konner checked my tire and found a small screw, besides fixing my car's tire it would need tire rotation and balancing. Konner clearly compromised to complete the repairs but waiting time would be nearly 3 hours, no problem for me since I need to get the repairs resolved. They did a great job repairing my tire. Drew approached me and apologized for the long wait, I was only charged $43 for the tire rotation & balancing, phenomenal price. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but it would be unfair to the local community if I didn't share my amazing experience. Pricing at this shop is very competitive, In the automotive industry where trust, honesty and professionalism is often lacking, outstanding employees are rare gems and must be recognized for the value that they provide.

I stopped by one auto shop but they ignored me when I wanted to get air in my tires, then I came to this location at Discount Tires for a few minutes and they were so nice and even complimented my stickers, I’ll definitely be coming back here! 🔥

This place is managed very well. As the doors open for business you are greeted with a full team ready to help. I watched as the manager assigned his crew jobs and the emploees were more than happy to help. It's great to see a business run like an oiled machine. My tire was done in less than 30 minutes and I DEFINETLY will be back!!!! Thanks Konner for your help and keep up the great customer service.

I ran over a screw and wasn’t sure if it was leaking. Found the nearest DT and it was 12 min away. I got there at 4pm on a Friday and they were BUSY! However they immediately took an initial look at it and confirmed it was leaking. Jammed me into their busy schedule and had it patched up within 1.5hrs and NO CHARGE!! The entire team here was professional, courteous and honestly top notch!!

Called the store was told it would be about an hour/ hour and a half if I was to come in by the manager, so I came in about 10 minutes later. Then once checked in the associate told me it’ll be about an hour plus 45 mins so I paid and waited. Then waited. After more than two hours my car still haven’t even been worked on and was told there were 2 cars ahead of me! I understand being busy and having to deal with a lot of cars but if you quote someone an estimated time it should be roughly around that time, not over 2-3 hrs over the time frame given.

Stopped by to put air in my tires. The young man was friendly and accommodating. I have one stem cap missing and he put one in place and a hub cap was out of place and fixed it. I only get my tires at Discount Tire because of outstanding customer service.

I have bought a set of Michelin’s a couple different times from these guys and always it is the same great service. This is a busy place, but these guys handle it well. Both times the whole process took about an hour to an hour and a half. Very friendly service and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use these guys again and their prices are very competitive.
