Love this location of discount tire! I bought a full set of tires so routinely visit for the complimentary rotations and balances. Recently had an issue with a lost hubcap and within an hour they called to place the order and let me know it was ready. Kyle was very helpful throughout this process! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Typically a good service center. This visit there was the issue of replacing the wrong tire, so I had to wait extra time after I inspected the vehicle for things to be corrected. I also had to reset the tire pressure in all tires as the service attendant inflated the tires incorrectly.

Stopped by to get my TPMS on the spare activated on my 23 outback wilderness as my “stealership” would charge $102 to do it, although they should have done it before they sold me the car. Anyway, Discount Tire took care of that for me free of charge. It feels good not to be taken advantage of. Thanks guys! I will purchase my tires from you in the future.

I just wanted to shout out Melvia up there! I had flat tire due to nails from my construction site. My tired were still in the warranty window. Melvia answered the phone, told me to come in and greeted me with a smile. Took my tire got it plugged, filled up, and back on my truck quickly and with a great attitude. People like that should be recognized and appreciated.

I want to extend a huge thank you to Bishop for taking excellent care of my son, who lives out of state, during his recent tire replacement. Not only did Bishop facilitate the replacement of a new tire, but he also took the time to have the spare tire checked to ensure it was operational and to have the remaining tires inspected on the vehicle. It's comforting to know that my son is in good hands even when I'm not nearby. Outstanding service and meticulous attention to detail from the entire staff—highly recommended!

Called in the day before to make sure they had the tires I wanted in stock, and made an appointment for 8 am right when they opened. Got there at 8:10. I asked Kyle the manager how long it would take and he said 10:30 at the very latest. I was surprised to hear it would take that long, been coming to discount for a number of years and never had new tires take longer than 45 minutes when I had an appointment. But didn’t want to complain cause I assumed they were just busy, I had to reschedule two meetings I had because of it. I then sat there for almost 2 hours and saw people come in with no appointment to get tires rotated, tire leaks checked. Then watched all of their cars go in and come out of the bay while mine sat in the lot. Finally at 10 o clock I asked why my car hadn’t gone in and they very clearly had just forgot about it. They said it would come in right after the car in the first bay was done. Sure enough the first car leaves and the car of a girl who had walked in the shop maybe 5 minutes prior with no appointment gets pulled in for a rotation. I asked them again why her car went in before mine when she just walked in and they said sorry hers is just a rotation it’ll be quick. Even more infuriating is when they finally get my car in it takes them maybe 15 minutes to get the new tires on and have my car out. By this point it’s 10:45. I had been there for 2 and a half hours with an appointment and watched maybe 10 other people with no appointment get taken care of before me. Dropping 1500 dollars on tires is painful enough of an experience, then watching everybody else get their free maintenance checks and services done with no appointment is just salt in the wound. I own a business in the home service industry where customer service is everything. Kyle the manager is the one who dropped the ball. Checked me in then maybe made this mistake of not putting me in the queue and didn’t follow up on the progress until I had to ask what was taking so long. Then a girl employee whose name I didn’t catch came in and sped up the process in the bay and fixed the problem for him. If she hadn’t done that I would be have been there for far longer.

They always do a great job, I recommend dropping the car instead of waiting. The one hour waiting is a true 2 hours waiting.
