Got all new tires from discount within 6 months or so. Had a slight leak in one of the new tires so I took it in. Staff was nice and they patched it. Next day it was still leaking. I go back up and say it's still leaking and ask to check the valve stem too. They say there's a split possibly from the patch. Replace the tire (the certificate on tires is definitely worth having, only paid 30$), however the tire still leaks... Possibly bought new tire for nothing???. I guess they didn't check the valve stem like I asked. Id like to mention as small as this is, it's still highly annoying that when they fill my tires they take and swap out my valve stem caps, not once, but three times (with valve caps that aren't mine); leaving two off completely, so I replace them with nice metal ones I had. When I took it back in.... Only the metal one is gone ... Can you please stop taking my nice heavy duty caps. Or leaving them off completely. It's not that hard to take them off and put the same ones back on. Besides that the staff are informative and kind, just sort of annoyed by the ordeal and was left wondering if the man was truthful about the split or if it was just to get me to buy a new tire.

Had an overall great experience with this shop. The manager, AJ was very attentive to the issues that needed resolved, and Zion was helpful to get things started to fix what the dealership neglected to do.

I'm a loyal discount tire customer. I parked my car to travel and saw the tires were soft when I returned. Since they offer free pressure checks and air fills at any location if you buy their tires, I looked for the closest one and they topped me up!

My tire pressure light came on while we were headed back to PA from visiting family in the area. One of the workers there, I assume was a manager pulled my car in, checked all the tires, along with their pressures and told me it was no charge. Very much appreciate the help making sure we got back home safe! Since I don't live in the area this will probably be my only interaction with them but if I did live nearby this location seems like a great place to get your tires. Very nice and helpful here.

William Ferrell and the entire team who worked with me quickly to get back on the road were amazing!! I hit some sort of construction debris on 295 that slashed my tire. With help from many, we took my tire into this location where William quickly got me set up in the system, talked to my tire warranty company and got me out the door in an hour! I then stopped back to have them torque the lug nuts just to make sure everything was tight. I couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend this shop!

To start off I will say in the employees defense at this location they were not rude during the interaction I had with them but be WARNED If you want custom wheels & tires mounted & balanced DON’T GO HERE. I called this store to confirm they could mount & balance 265/35/R22 Tires on 22x9 inch wheels before I made an appointment & drove 45mins, the employee on the phone confirmed they could. I just wanted the wheels & tires mounted & balanced & loaded back up in my truck bed, I didn’t want them mounted on the vehicle I was driving, the wheels were for a custom truck I’m building at home. When I arrived at the store with the brand new wheels & tires they asked what vehicle I was putting them on & I said a custom truck I had at home, but I again said I didn’t need them to install the tires on a vehicle for me. They insisted I had to tell them what vehicle I was installing the wheels & tires so I told them & then they denied me service because they said the tire & wheel combo wasn’t within the vehicle manufacturers recommended tire size (Basically because the tires & wheels weren’t stock size) they wouldn’t touch them. My truck has custom suspension & can fit the custom tires & wheels I ordered no problem. If you want custom sized tires & wheels for your truck or car take your business elsewhere. I drove next door to Goodyear Auto & explained what happened at Discount Tire & they said they could mount & balance them no problem.

spent two and half hours at Discount tires, river city for tire rotate and balance and front end alignment , and take in consideration I had an appointment and my car still was not ready….smfh!!! But you better bet if I was purchasing new tires it would not be this… give me my keys. !!! Stick to tires, if you all only have one bay for front end align work. Just saying! ✌️

I purchased the tires online, and with their straightforward process, it was easy. I then made an appointment through the site, and once I arrived at the store , I was out within 45 mins.......It could not have gone better, and I have a new set of awesome Michelins.

Nail in my Camry tire, had an appointment for 5:30pm on Monday. They didn’t have the tire in stock, completely understandable. The tire was ordered, arrived the next morning (Tuesday) as promised. Service tech called, due to meetings I was unable to leave work at 9am to head over and have tire replaced. Up until now, everyone that I’ve spoken with or assisted me was helpful and extremely professional. Made an n appointment on Wednesday for 2:30pm today, arrived on time, waited patiently in line for about 10 minutes… Gentleman checked out my vehicle, walked me through different options for a replacement tire. I decided to stick with the Bridgestone. Service tech then proceeds to tell me the wait will be about an hour and a half. The lady next to me had a 3:00pm appointment for a nail in her tire, service told her he’ll have her out within the hour. I was so confused. I explained I had an appointment, I couldn’t wait until an hour and a half before I’m even seen, he said well we will be here when you’re ready to replace your tire. That’s basically saying screw you, even with an appointment. He didn’t even offer to put air in the tire. NOTHING! I have purchased from here in the past, recently buying rims for my car. When there was an issue with the rims on my Camaro, I didn’t get upset even though it was an inconvenience to have to go back . The gentleman was extremely helpful and made sure he corrected the issue. This guy’s behavior and demeanor was very poor. Even if you were unable to get me in, there’s a more appropriate way to explain it. He didn’t offer to reschedule the appointment. NOTHING! I am deeply disappointed in the lack of care and service received today. Not sure how I feel about purchasing from here in the future. Really bad service today! Discouraged and Disappointed!

I had a leak in my tire so I took it to Discount Tire. I was amazed at how many vehicles were there to get serviced and how hard the employees were working. The customer service representatives were courteous and attentive. It didn't take as long as I thought that it would especially since I had no appointment. I appreciated that they were able to fix my tire for no cost and I will definitely be getting new tires from then when I need new tires. Thanks again and outstanding job!!!

I've been buying tires through Discount Tire for years, but this was my first time using this store since I moved to Jax recently from central Florida. Couldn't be happier with the service I encountered here. From my first phone contact with AJ, to my appointment with Jose the next day everyone was courteous and professional. AJ ordered my new tire which arrived the next day and Jose had the tire installed and my spare put back under the truck in under a half hour. He also prorated my old tire and saved me $250 on the new $500 tire.
