Nothing short of amazing. That’s how I would describe my experience with Discount Tire in Janesville. If you need tires, see them first. Tonight I pulled in at 5:30, not only did they fix my flat tire for free but I had the pleasure of watching that entire evening crew work as a team. Every young man had a job, and they were all working together to get it done. On top of that they looked so professional. They had the “look sharp be sharp” playbook down. Chris (store manager) you have a great crew out there, Adrik helped me out with my quote and took care of me. Jace chatted with me about a few things, and I shared with him how impressed I was. Keep up the good work fellas. You all are crushing it!

Had a flat tire. Called them on a Friday afternoon and they said they could see me anytime before close. Took it in and it was fixed in an hour… FOR FREE. And they were super friendly. Highly recommend.

Bought tires there 3 years ago. I go to have tires rotated every so many miles. Very professional! They don't treat me like a dumb woman like some places do!

Have gone here many times without issue, but... Waited an hour past my appointment time (12/10 at 11:30) because too many employees called in for the day. And after all the waiting, they wouldn't do the work after all. So, I'm at another place at the moment, and they can't get the wheel off because they (whoever at Discount) cross threaded the dang thing, so now I need new studs. It's... Not awesome... I feel like I should call and complain, but I don't suppose it will help.

I stopped here to look at new tires for my 2023 Jeep grand Cherokee Summit reserve. I have a problem with one of my tires which will be replaced for free, but I needed to also order three additional tires. I really just stopped into find out if they had my tires in stock and could help me. Every team member went above and beyond. They brought my vehicle in tested each of my tires rotated my tires and balanced my tires. They moved the bad tire from the front to the rear so it didn’t impact the vibration so much. I should have my new tires in about a week. So looking forward to getting them changed. Thank you again!

I was told I needed new back tires he told me my tires was at 3 I knew he was a lie because I just got them tires like 6 months ago and just got a tire rotation yesterday lol I took it to a different tire shop they check it and said I was good at 7.5 😂😂they tried to get me to buy new tires when I didn’t need i don’t recommend them💯✔️

Discount tires will scam you. Check tire prices with Discount tires company tire prices. They will replace your censored valve stems with regular valve stems. As they did to my Pontiac G6

I bought new tires at a different shop. I took my arm back three times after this to get the new tires properly balanced. They were never able to correct the issue. 15 minutes at Discount Tires and it was fixed. They have an easy scheduling system, friendly staff that are efficient and they fixed the 1st time! I will come here first when I need a new set of tires. They balance, rotate and repair also.

I came in earlier this week to check a tire for a leak, (online the appt is quoted $0 of course for inspection) they were so nice at first opening the door for me and asking me general questions about the tire and my car. While waiting they wheeled out my tire with chalk circling 2 nails saying it’s not fixable and refused to let me leave the store without buying a new tire from them right there in the moment for $300. A single tire for $300 is absolutely ridiculous, they gave me no other option and I feel taken advantage of. Many better places in Janesville. I will never come back.

Had a tire leak…tire couldn’t be repaired…Adrik really came through for me. Had my existing tire warranty and got a whole new set of tires at an unbelievable price-really made my day. Dan in the shop was so good at what he was doing-very conscientious and of course Jared is the reason I keep coming back, meant him 3 yrs ago on other tire deal for my truck…really great staff-friendly, knowledgeable and very decent…thanks!

Best deal I could find on tires. Was in an out very quick in the morning before work. Brent made things go perfect (for car repairs, which are never fun) and made the service made this place, the one I'll be back to for more tires. Appreciate you all

Perfect experience, as always. I was a walk-in (no appointment) and was greeted in the parking lot by a gentleman named Spence. Both he and my service tech Jace (sp?) gave me updates while my vehicle was being serviced and I was in and out quickly. FREE tire rotation and balance since I purchased the tires at DT. :) Thanks so much to the Janesville staff. ALWAYS so professional and courteous, and the showroom was super clean with open WiFi for me to get some work done. Happy customer!!
