Where on earth did they train these people? They were VERY polite and professional. Prices where fair. It took them an hour to change all 4 tires and the spare. I felt like that was very reasonable.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. We come in at 5:00 p.m. on a Friday because it was a last minute tire fix and we ended up needing a new tire. Well we get there at 5:00. They close at 6. :00 so I don't know if they were rushing when they were changing my front tire on the driver side but when they lifted the car up to change the tire out on my Dodge journey. Apparently they weren't aware that the battery is right there beside the tire on the other side of the plastic paneling and they put the thing under the car to lift the car up. They busted my battery and tore a bunch of wires that were there and I guess they were rushing and weren't really paying attention. So now I'm paying out the ass to redo wires and get a new battery and the tire wasn't even put back on the right way. I had to take it to my local mechanic to have him fix it. I'm never going here again. Not to mention my one tire costed $300 where when I called the next day to price check other tire places that were closed whenever I needed one. Their tires were like 120. I'm never going here again. They will ruin your vehicle and they don't pay attention if they're trying to rush out the door to clock out time

Liears they just wanted to sell me a tire, worthless ppl stay away. Asked for air in and the guy put 10 lbs in it. What a joke Edit: few years later I tried again. Refused to put a patch in a tire, I told them I'd sign any liability wavers they refused. I tried to buy a 6 ply tire just one and they wanted $300 out the door. Went to Sams tire in paragould and got a 6 ply tire for 125 out the door and they patched the other flat tire for free because I put a new tire on another rim. Defently shop around.

On November 20th, I visited Discount Tire due to a tire that was consistently losing pressure. After my tire was taken in for inspection, I waited for approximately 50 minutes before a technician informed me that the issue had been addressed. However, upon attempting to reinstall the tire, another puncture was discovered. I was initially frustrated, especially since customers who had arrived after me were serviced and had already left, while I was still waiting for a simple tire repair. However, store manager Val intervened and addressed my concerns promptly and professionally. Val’s exceptional service completely turned around my experience, and I was very appreciative of the care and attention provided. As mentioned, I was initially displeased with the situation, but Val’s efforts made a significant difference. I want to acknowledge that Val is a tremendous asset to your company. Thanks to the excellent service I received, I will continue to do business with this location and will be sure to share my positive experience with friends and family. I had some problems with my first tires I bought. I brought them back to discount and they were awesome about my concerns and they got the situation figured out. Awesome customer service by Val and the crew and I recommend anyone looking for new shoes on their whip to stop by.

Stopped here on a cross country road trip with a giant nail in my tire. Drake came out to check it out right away, pulled the nail out, and made sure it didn’t puncture through the tire. He made what could have been a very stressful delay into a quick and pleasant stop with peace of mind to continue. Thanks Drake!

Waited an hour and a half, watching the kids in the bay play and laugh. Couldn't get a picture through the window. 4 Men standing at front counter doing nothing but standing. No wonder they are slower than Christmas. One point two young men in the bay were swinging orange cones at each other. Work done without problem.

Worst experience I’ve ever had by in a car don’t buy a car from this place. They’re all very nice when they want to sell you a car but half the time the cars don’t work and they fall apart when you leave the car lot then they refuse to fix anything, even though they make you buy an expensive warranty Picked up nail in their parking lot and they refused to fix my tire and then the guy told me that it was only gonna cost me $135 for a tire and the tires over $300. I told him that the reviews on the website were true about how they treat their customers. He said well they tend to the lowest class of customers that there are in Jonesboro to deal with customers that kind of people that they are

If I could give it a zero I would. Sat there 30 minutes before anyone actually spoke to me or the other 3 people in there. Had 5 or 6 guys in the bays with 1 vehicle. Once they did the guy was very nice and polite. But not once did he tell me how long it would be, so I sat there for 45 min with a 2yr old, noticing myvtruck hadn't moved, I had got a text that said it'll be ready at 3:00 when it's 1:00 now. That was crazy, then they send an invoice for a service that was not done to my email. I had called earlier about the invoice, spoke w Alex. Steven called me to tell me that it had been removed and that he could help me as much as the manager could even though I wanted to talk to him. He went on to say they have 4 or 5 techs work on the vehicle that's how they get done so fast. He just wanted to apologize without being sincere about everything except he was there when I was talking to see if they could get me in soon. But apparently you can only be seen at this tire place with an appointment so if you walk in you aren't as important as the person that made an appointment. And aren't taken as a true customer. Customer service lacks at this location and service definitely is not a 10. I WENT TO GATEWAY TIRE, CLINT AND HIS GUYS got me RIGHT IN, even though all bays were filled with technicians, they treated me as a valued customer, was greeted upon arrival and they were still able to get me in as soon as I got there and only took 15mins. Discount tire could learn customer service and appreciation from Gateway tire whose been in business for awhile. I had to pay to get it fixed but was all worth it since their customer service was excellent. I definitely would not recommend going to discount tire ever!!! Such a bad experience!!

If I could turn the rating up to 11 I would! Super busy early Monday morning, however it only took an hour. Very clean environment, happy up front professional customer service. These guys really do put their customers safety 1st seriously and are willing to do all they can to help out in a pinch. A huge THANK YOU to specifically Nate and Steven for all your care and kindness! You are completely my tire guys from here on out. It has been a long time that I have received the utmost top tier customer service and am extremely thankful for you too. I also think it's pretty awesome that you guys have a charging station in your waiting area. The only thing missing is popcorn yo🤪 Thank you for putting up with my shenanigans and getting me on the road safely guys!!

Went to Discount Tire on Friday about 6:20, supposed to close at 6. Had a tack in rear tire, losing pressure slowly. Asked if they could plug it right quick. We don't plug, we'll break it down and patch it. We went into the lounge, about 15 minutes later he came in and said you're ready to go. I asked how much I owe you? He said no charge, when you get ready for a set of tires, don't forget me. Super friendly. Good business man. Could have told me to come back in the morning, but went the extra step to satisfy. Will definitely go back.

You can actually search for your tire availability and get an appointment on their website, which makes things a lot easier. Two tires took around 1.5 hours, which was longer than the hour they promised, but not bad at all. Their seats in the waiting room were comfortable, and the air conditioner is nice in this summer heat.

First off, I wish I could give more stars. So my appointment was at 10:15, in ten minutes they had the tires balanced and mounted and I paid within 10 minutes of them getting our four runner in. Did I mention that they offer military discount AND they TOTALLY respect the Veterans and always offer military discount! From now on we will take our vehicles to this place EVERY time we need tires

Went in and ordered tires. Never heard anything back so I checked in a week later. The tires were never ordered and said they were too busy to talk to me over the phone to order the tires again. Plenty of other places to buy tires local. Took my business elsewhere.
