I been here 2 an a half hours paid in full for my tires 642 dollars I was told I would be out by 2 but it’s 2:52 an my car still isn’t in the bay I got here at 12:30 I dont think I’ll be back here again because of this I’ll find another tire shop

I bought 4 new tires at the Liberty store. I like that they rotate your tires for free. And go out of there way to provide service after the sale. They are the best bargain for your money and they put your tires on while you wait! Excellent service! I can't say enough! They will dispose of your used tires for a small fee!

I just wanted to share my experience I had with this company a few days ago. I needed to get a tire valve replaced. I called them and they answered right away and told me that they were busy but they would still get me in. When I got there it was pretty busy, but they had 3 guys working the front helping customers which was awesome to see. I was told they could replace the valve and have the tire returned to me before they closed. Within an hour I checked my phone on the status (they send you a link to track the progress) and they were complete. I went back to the store and they loaded my tire up in my car and didn’t charge me for the service! My day started out terrible and this place managed to have it end on a great note. The fact that they provided amazing customer service, get to my tire on a very busy day for them in a short timeframe, and not charge me for their service speaks volumes on how that company runs! I will go out of my way to do business at this location in the future because they actually care about the customer. Whoever is running this place is doing a heck of a job and they have a great team there! Thank you all for an amazing experience.

Great location and fantastic customer service. I only come for tire mounting and balancing, and the turnaround time is always lightning quick. Took them about 45 minutes the other day on my RAM 2500, and I was impressed with how fast they got it done.

I’ve bought two pairs of tires from them. Went in for a rotation and one of the lug nuts broke off in the wheel(not at all their fault). They sent me off to another shop who ended up having to replace the whole wheel and a lug nut stud. Discount tire paid for repair and stood by their reputation. They definitely earned a long term customer, me.

Jazzy was great (and has been in the past). I walked in, told him we were needing 3 full sets of tires and a couple of alignments. We knew what we wanted already. He told me the benefits of the tires that we picked, walked me through pricing. Day of, he walked me through purchasing new lug-nuts, super simple. Took the other vehicles in a few days later; our truck started leaking within a few hours of leaving. Joey was quick to get us back in and the problem taken care of. I appreciate them both being easy to work with and making sure we were completely taken care of.

Had my truck there to get an alignment, asked for info on before and after.. they provided the after only, which wasn't even within minimum specs. Then decided one extra go, had two tires put on a car and an alignment. Scheduled for 5p. Got a call and said tires are early, can go ahead and come in early to get it done. 2hr45min later (45 min AFTER original scheduled time) car had tires on but still sitting in lot with no alignment.. every person in the store when we left (without alignment) was there at least 20 min before we left (hours AFTER we got there). Won't be back to this location, which means no more "discount" tire alignments.

I want to give a big shout out to Mario R!!!!! He is amazing he went above and beyond for me today!!! Yesterday I placed my order and appointment online for today. I only wanted to replace two tires but I really needed to replace all four it just wasn’t in my budget. Mario was very genuine and concerned about my safety driving on bad tires. After exhausting all solutions he said we will go head and start working on your vehicle to replace the two tires. So as I sat and waited in the lobby trying to budget to figure out my next appointment to replace the other two. Mario comes to me with an affordable deal that would allow me to get all four tires replaced. I was overjoyed and pleasantly surprised I had no idea that he was still trying to work a deal out for me. I tell you that made my whole entire day!!! Thank you again so much Mario for all your efforts to provide such great customer service and going above and beyond for me I am truly grateful!!! I will recommend this location to others!

These guys are the best. They are always friendly and fast. I took a tractor tire to them that was off the rim. In less then 10 minutes they reset the tire, patched a hole, and I was out the door, for no cost! I will gladly use them when I need new tired on my truck.

I love the discount tire on 4831 North Oak Trafficway, Kansas City, Mo 64118 they got the exact tire I wanted. The next day it only took them about 45 minutes to install the tires. They also rebuilt all four of my valve stems free of charge, they are metal. That would never happen at the dealership. I asked the dealership how much it would cost to rebuild a valve stem. They said you’d have to buy the whole thing, including the TPMS Sensors and have them installed by them for $150 a tire. My opinion you can’t go wrong with this Discount Tire they always take care of me.

I want to preface by saying the service was great. My rating is a reflection only for the price. My appointment got cancelled last minute by another shop so I called Discount Tire and they promptly got me in. The service was good, staff was friendly, transparent and the store was clean. I probably won't use them again but in a pinch (like this time) I would.

Nick at the Roanridge Rd, Kansas City store was fabulous! In addition, he was honest, thorough, friendly and empathetic. I was having a BAD day but he was so kind and helpful that he shined a little sunshine on my terrible day. Service was fast and top quality. Great experience as always. I had a screw in my tire. Nick took a look at it and removed it because it didn’t go in enough to cause a leak. He tested the tread and educated me with no pressure on the tread left and I decided to get four new tires. Everything went smooth and I felt great about the purchase.

I don’t often leave reviews but I feel inclined to do so after a very positive experience with my service yesterday 7/16/24. I needed to replace a tire and panic-called 3 different places that all suggested I try Discount Tire. When I called (25 minutes before close), the man I spoke to was very kind and patient and explained what options I had then let me know if I got there before they close at 6, they could help me out. When I arrived, I was greeted by Nick who was quick, knowledgeable, extremely kind, and all around just blew my mind—when I think of excellent service, this is the service I imagine. I paid, sat for 20 minutes and was greeted by a technician who had my car ready to go. Even 25 minutes after close, he thought to ask “is there anything else I can do for you?” which really exceeds expectations. I did not catch his name—but shoutout to him! This experience alone has ensured I will return for years to come. Thanks to all of you for staying late and taking care of me. Grateful you all were there!!!!

I had a difficult situation with my transition to used tires and rims, but thanks to this crew at the location on Roanridge Rd in Kansas City MO they were patient with me as i dealt with 4 or five different associates, Nick, Mario, Jazzeye, and a couple of others that i d remember, and the crew in the garage. They were unbelievable in helping me to a solution. I do believe the General Manager was involved as well. i would gladly recommend this crew to anyone with their wheels and tires. Thank you to this crew!

I recently went to Discount Tires to get my tire fixed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff. The store manager Nick, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout my entire experience, especially since a fix went to have to buying new tires. This store will truly work with you and your budget. Detailed Review: 1. Warm Welcome: As soon as I entered the store. 2. Product Knowledge: Nick was impressively knowledgeable about the different tire models available for my car. He patiently listened to my requirements and recommended a few options that fit my needs perfectly. His understanding of my needs and wants for my car and driving style was impeccable. 3. Patience and Understanding: I appreciated Nick's patience in answering all my questions and working with me as I wasn’t planning to have to buy new tires. They did alright. Bought tires that needed to be ordered in. They had them within the week. Had them mounted and balanced. Had a vibration issue so brought it back in for rebalance. Didn't even make it out on the street before throwing weights on two out of the four. Redid that. Still not sure what is going on with the tires but I still get vibration (not as bad as before) when going over 75.

I would like to give a shout out to Nick and the crew at Discount Tires. I was really impressed with my experience buying tires from there. Usually I buy tires from Amazon and have my fiancé install them as he is an auto tech. After checking around I found that Discount Tires actually has better pricing plus rebates. This is very surprising! They also have a great warranty program. This is a solid place to buy tires so if you are in the market- me and my fiancé highly recommend them!

Words will not do it justice. I came in looking to replace a tire. Nick greeted me and addressed all of my concerns. I wouldn’t go to another tire place ever after the respect and treatment I received today. Great staff and over all a nice location.
