I came to get a new tire to replace my flat I bought from them. They wouldnt replace it for free because it had "uneven wear" and they would not rotate one of my other tires because it was "unsafe to drive on" theyre not even 25k miles old and it came with a 60k mile warranty. I was told the warranty doesnt mean anything because something is wrong with my car. This place used to be good but now it seems every time I go they just say you need new tires and upsale you as much as possible. Ill be looking for another tire shop. The picture is of my tire that was so unsafe they wouldnt touch it. Not even 25k miles old and it had a 60k warranty

Never really had a bad experience here until today, when I sat waiting in the tire check space for a half hour before giving up and going home to do it myself. Maybe that was the suggestion. What is the point of offering this service if you are going to ignore it. I was not the only one sitting there. Three others gave up too. No telling how long they sat there.

Just had 4 new tires put on my truck. I was greeted immediately. And quick to get in and out. Excellent communication and fast service. I should have apologized about the dust storm when they were breaking my tires down. We live on a gravel road. Would recommend this location as they were fabulous.

This is the 2nd time within a few months that I had to come to Discount Tire and both times the customer service was exceptional. This time Xavier helped me but he was so professional and immediately greeted me when I came in. I never got the feeling that he was trying to up sale me, he seemed to be genuine with his suggestions and was very quick to find the issue with my tire. I will return here for all tire purchases in the future.

Had a great experience here today. Got checked in within 5 minutes of my appointment and was back on the road in another 40 after replacing all 4 tires. Chris helped me with the initial check in and Julian closed things out with me, and both of them were super kind, friendly, and professional. Will definitely be coming back to this location for future needs!

Only place I go for tires for my cars and trailers. They even repaired a lawn mower tire. This store has great no hassle service. I have had to use my extended warranty twice for 2 tires no hassle, no excuses they honored the warranty. I have bought tires from here for several years.

Scheduled a flat repair. Arrived 15 minutes early. Was told there would be a a 2 hour wait. Every discount tire I go to. Scheduling is an issue. Embarrassing.

Trey did a great job getting the right price for my tires. He was very helpful and polite. They work really quick! Ever needs tires you should go here they price match for you if you found tires cheaper somewhere else.

I get all my tires from here now. I ordered my tires from their website and they put them on no problem. They will also repair a nail in the tire for free if it is repairable.

Lifelong customer! We’re so grateful for their free flat repair service. I had a small nail in my tire that they patched up for free. I made an appt online and the service took about 1.5hrs. Not the quickest, but for $0 out the door it’s a small price to pay. Employees are so nice and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. They just wanted me to remember them when it’s time to replace my tires, which we always do!

Super nice staff, very helpful. My TPMS was not reading correctly and my value stem caps were corroded on the stems, they replaced all 4 value stems and caps and reset my TPMS all FREE of charge!!! WOW, This is why we have purchased our last 2 sets of tires from them. Great service. Thank you DT.

The best tire shop you could possibly go to. If you buy their tires they will also rotate your tires for free. They also demonstrate Outstanding Professionalism.

They didn’t repair the tire completely and sent me home with it leaking. I had to sit for 5 hours for this service. they tell me to come back and they will fix the tire no cost. I come back get the repair. Remind you it’s raining. They pull my 2014 jeep out and leave the window down by the time I check their work my whole front seat and car is soaking wet. This is a five star review because I do respect the owners for making things right as they did compensate me $100 and a brand new tire the owners are very respectful and professional. The workers need some more training.

I cannot say enough good things about Discount Tire, this isn't my usual location but the service did not differ! I wish I had everyone's name who assisted me because they were so kind, empathetic, and quick! Helped me patch a tire, I was running late from work and it was close to closing, the store was packed but staff dedicated time one on one time to every customer. Real standup crew!
