Outstanding service! My appointment was for 8AM opening time. My truck was in the bay and being worked on a few minutes before. The guys doing the work really hustled. In 24 minutes, they had all of the tires changed, balanced and mounted with new tire sensors programmed and ready to go. I couldn't believe how fast they were. I watched them as they worked and though they were fast, they were conscientious and did a great job. Can't ask for better.

First off, I will start by saying that the staff here are outstanding, friendly, and courteous. With all that being said, I do have some concerns after having my car in for a full tire change. 1. The techs work very quickly and I think that in the process of rushing to get the job done, mistakes can be made. In the process of removing my wheels, some of the lug nuts were stripped and they had to be repaired as I was informed. The last service on my vehicle was at Harper Audi who had not noted any similar issues. As far as I’m aware, this was fixed, but this could likely have been prevented if more care was taken. 2. One of my wheels had some scuffing. 3. I had a set of $30 valve stem caps that were mis matched and lost during the service unfortunately. All in all, not a terrible experience, but little key points of attention to detail such as issues like these do take away. I would still return to discount tire despite this just because of the friendly staff.

Took my truck in for a simple fix tire rotation told the guy before he even started I had spacers behind my rims . Truck ran smooth no issues. When I get the truck back he hands me my spacers and tells me if I put them in my tires will fall off . That’s funny they have been in for 6 months and my truck ran great had them put in because I was having trouble with my tires cupping. As soon as I pull out my tires are grinding and my steering wheel is shaking take it right back and they refuse to put my truck back the way it was when I got there . So I had to take it somewhere else and they put my spacers back in and told me I needed them . What happened to the customer is always right . How could you let me drive off and not say a word about how my truck was handling. Just had an alignment done truck stared Steered perfect when I left it was trying to pull me off the road . I will never go back and u will tell everyone I know not to go there . All you had to do when I brought it back was make it right but you let me leave in a death trap and didn’t say anything. now I know why that dude was sitting there trying to feed me a bunch of lies that I knew Weren’t true . A.J. and Frank are the two guys I’ve felt with at this location (yes I’ve unfortunately had to visit them twice in the last month). However, the entire staff is phenomenal, super friendly, very helpful, and all work together very well. Awesome customer service and even better operation! If I’m in the area and have tire issues, there is no where else I’m going!

It's okay. The only problem was they used two different types of balancing weights on my tire. The ones that clip on the rim and the ones that stick on the inside of rim. Called them about it and they hung up on me very disrespect

I have been a customer for over a year now at this location. I am always pleased with the service and the quality of product. However just recently my husband got a flat tire on the side of the road after hours. We had to have the car towed to the location and leave it over night which was undesirable situation to begin with. The next morning they took care of our car and replaced the tire (which was under warranty- highly recommend the warranty) with such high level of customer service. It was simple quick and easy once discount tire stepped in. They just went above and beyond.

Professional, kind, and quick. We're from Illinois and always use discount tire there. We were heading home from our honeymoon and blew out a tire. I called this store as we were putting the donut on, and they said bring it in and they'll take care of us, and they did. We were in and out within an hour. I wish the people in Illinois were as kind, helpful, and quick as these guys were. Thank you!!

Sign outside said beat any tire price guaranteed they did I got a price from Firestone but how they beat it they gave me a smaller tire not the same size Firestone did but I was on a budget so I needed tires my was bald slick son starting to drive so needed tires so they beat the price but in sneaky way so watch if u go to this one on Norris freeway Just left discount tire Norris freeway they fix the mix up real nice about they took care of the difference in the tires too tires look good BUT THEY MADE IT RIGHT THANKS SAM AND HIS CREW

Best tire store I’ve ever been to! We had a flat and I came here the next morning. They welcomed me in promptly even without an appointment and had the problem diagnosed in 5 minutes. I was back on the road 30 minutes later. The customer service was amazing. I worked with Sam and he took great care of me.

I recently got tires here a few months ago, and this is the second time now they've broken my studs and lug nuts. Less than 6 months ago I came in for a tire replacement and then took it to my Hyundai dealer for a separate issue. Upon them removing my wheels, they noticed one of my wheels had all 5 studs broken and I needed a new hub assembly. That was an $800 fix, and Discount Tire paid for the damages. Fast forward to about a month ago I had gotten a nail in my tire and took it to Discount Tire to be patched. While there, the service advisor said they'd like to do a tire rotation for free with my warranty, and I agreed and warned him to let the tech know to be careful as last time I was here, they broke my studs. Service advisor seemed unbothered about it. I got my car back and then went to have my brakes done, where it was discovered that once again, one of my studs was broken and stuck inside my lug nut. I again took it to Hyundai for the repair and they had to move my hub assembly to get the remaining stud out, costing $455. Discount Tire paid that. I'm beyond frustrated that this has happened to me TWICE now at this location. Your techs need to slow down and be more mindful of over-torqueing and cross threading!!

Would give more stars if I could. Came in with two back tires, only to find out they were worse than I originally thought. They were busy, but still managed to get me in. The staff member up front helped me find tires within my budget and broke down the pros and cons. Currently sitting in the waiting area with my daughter and feeling more relaxed knowing my vehicle will be safer to have her in. Thank you all so much!

These guys worked very hard and stayed late to help remove a steel wheel that was rust frozen to the hub. Most places would not have done this. Highly recommend this location
