Stopped here on my way from California to Iowa. With the snowfall in Colorado, I wanted some better tires. I called the day before, and they didn't have my tires in stock, but they got them from another store. First thing in the morning, they pulled my truck in, and in under 1/2 hr, my tires were rotated, and a new set installed. Couldn't be happier. Thank you.

We took my car for tire change this week due to passenger front tire leak. Same day my rear passenger tire started leaking , this happened on the highway, I had no issues with it prior to the new tire installation. I have not been able to drive the vehicle due to leak, today I took it back to check, I was informed there is a leak on the rim and need to be fixed, or buy a new rim. They damaged my car and no accountability!!! I am beyond frustrated! The damage happened right after they had my car in their shop! Same day!! And the store rep was no help at all!

Had a blowout today on a RV about 9 miles outside of Vegas at 4:10 PM (Saturday afternoon). I called this discount tire location and they were able to locate me 6 new tires and the team stayed until 6:30 PM (they close at 5:00 PM) to get me taken care of. I’m back on the road tomorrow, so waiting until Monday would have been extremely inconvenient. I highly recommend Manny and the entire Discount Tire team at this location. Above and beyond, thank you for the exceptional service.

I took my car here to buy 2 new tires which I did on 9/27/2024 when my car was done the tire pressure monitoring system was not working anymore what’s so ever . The employee told me to drive it for a day and it should start working again, I return the next day 24 hours later 9/28/2024 and it’s still not working so I explained to the employee that there’s still an issue with my tire pressure sensors which I’ve never had any issues with prior. The employee then tells me to take it to Cadillac to get it fixed, well that just set me off as my car was returned to me with a issue I didn’t have before dropping it off and now your telling me to spend more of my time , gas and money to have Cadillac fix a issue you caused? I’m furious that after buying tires from here my entire adult life this is how you treat customers after causing my tire pressure sensors to not work anymore! I promise you discount tires I will ensure everyone knows how you break something on a car then tell the customer oh well pretty much , I will never return to any of your locations neither will anyone in my family as well, I will also be posting on every social media platform I can lay my hands on along with reporting this to the better business bureau and local news station! I’m absolutely appalled the way your crew here at the blue diamond locations could care less and take no responsibility for there mess up and refuse to correct it to ensure they keep their customer base happy and satisfied!

We had a screw in my tire on a trip coming home from California. This was the nearest discount we could find, and feel like I got absolutely taken advantage of bringing my car into this location. They charged me for a warranty when I did not ask for it. Pushing me to purchase 4 tires, when I only needed 2. They quoted me a 3 hour service, when in fact they exceeded the 3 hours to 4 hours. Super angry with this service. Find any other discount location to fix your car.

We made an appointment to fix a flat tire. After 90minutes of waiting, I stood in line and asked the estimated time of completion and what’s the point of making an appointment if you need to wait the same time as any walking customer. They said, we got behind, it should be done in 15min. They finally took the car in, they remove a good tired and were taking it inside to fix, I waked over and told them that the flat tires was in the trunk, they were trying to fix a good tire. Very unorganized shop. RECOMMENDATION: Do not use this discount tire or any other for that matter. Use other shops!

After waiting in line for 20 minutes I was told that it would be 2 hours before my tires could be rotated even though I had an appointment. I told him I couldn’t wait that long as I had other appointments lined up afterwards. I asked if there was any way I could make an appointment where I didn’t have to wait two hours and he just shrugged his shoulders. As I walked out I saw a line of cars being serviced as walk ins. Yes, they prioritize walk ins over appointments. Appointments don’t mean anything at this location. I would not recommend Discount Tire, at least not this location.

Got a flat tire and fortunately was close to this Discount Tire store, it held barely enough air to drive my car in and they got me in and out right away so I didn't miss my appt.

I am very disappointed. I brought my car in and bought 4 new tires for $1100 and driving it home found that the tire sensors are not working and the car is pulling to the right. The job took 4 1/2 hours. So I bring it back today and am told at 8;30 that it won’t be done until 11:15. Why wouldn’t I be given priority? They should have done the job correctly the first time. This is a big waste of my time. I do not recommend.

These guys are the good guys. The other Tire shop near the area wanted to sell me new tires and told me my tire is unrepairable. Discount Tire specifically this store has honest staff and good work quality. Thank you Andres, you guys are the best!

This location used to be great at traveled across town just to have them do my tires. It is very very bad here now. Horrible service. Could not get no help. After I bought tires. Brought my car in to have them rebalanced tires and rotate said it would be done in an hour. 2 hours went by they didn't even get my car in yet. Horrible

Andres was awesome! Got me some new wheels and tires same day — my car has an uncommon bolt pattern but he was able to get some wheels from the warehouse in north Vegas. He made great recommendations about what kind of tire to choose to suit what I was trying to achieve look wise. I would definitely visit this shop again, thank you!!

Called in for a quote on a repair . The guy said that there's no availability for scheduling however I can come for a walk in . Manny checked us in and took care of us . Gave us a wait time and was done an hour early . We appreciate their warm yet professional approach .

I stand in line for 15 minutes with guys walking in and out just ignoring the fact that I was waiting to check in for my appointment. Finally you have someone ask if anyone is picking up a vehicle and someone behind me says “Yes”, so they obviously get helped out first which makes sense. However, they say that they are also dropping off another car. They then got helped out with dropping off their other car and I had to still wait to drop off my car, even though I had an appointment. I understand they are really busy right now, but the business should think about getting a check in kiosk or something because these guys are all over the place and people are getting forgotten/missed. If you go here I recommend showing up a few minutes early to your appointment to wait in line. After 20 min I had to cancel my appointment because it wasn’t worth waiting any longer.

I would like to warn you guys that they won’t tell you at the beginning that they are late until you ask. If you have a fixed schedule that you need to go somewhere next, please bear with them because they would probably be behind their schedule for over an hour without any advance notice nor apology. I have an appointment at 12pm for tire installation. I arrived at 11:50am and checked in at 12 o’clock sharp. I am informed my estimated completion would be at 12:43pm. After waiting for a while, (at 12:50pm) I walked out and checked if my car was finished. I found out it was still at the same spot without being done anything. So I came back and asked the front desk and they said they were behind the schedule. Then I asked to get my key fob back because I was not willing to wait anymore. He said we were about to pull in my car and it will take only 15 minutes to get the job done. Ok I waited. Finally, it was done at 1:15 PM.

The problem that I was facing with these guys is that I have fault sensor when they checked my car they said two sensors were out. I came up with $175 when I came to pick up a car which was ready in 20 minutes, I asked for my old sensors. They just gave me one and they said they lost second one which is hard to believe when this happened only in 20 minutes how can you lose another sensor so basically I I just got one sensor in charge for two will be asking for reimbursement

I would recommend the discount tire on Durango and warm springs I came here at about 12pm to get a replacement tire, they estimated me at 150 for a prorate tire. That didn’t sound right I told them it’s fine I will go else where. Come to find out the kid helping me didn’t even know what prorate meant. I had to come back and wait 2+ hours because they messed up and gave me the wrong info new tire was only 54$. Only helpful personal in this entire staff and building is Zachary. 2+ hour wait for 1 tire replacement when they messed up originally won’t be coming back. Andresss is new but he doesn’t know what pro rate means.

The 1st issue that I have here is the lack of diversity, not one African American working here yes they have a women but no blacks. The second issue I have is the fact that you SCHEDULED me for a 4:15 appointment to simple remove a nail from my tire and when I get here early you tell me about your other scheduled appointment and you will TRY to get me in by 5:30. We will see how long for a simple job and update my review as needed.

With construction in the building to aftet holiday craziness. The lines where out the door as expected. But all front end sales reps did their best. Paul who help me from ordering and keeping me updated. Respectful and not rushing the process no matter what customers. Emily who did her thing and help get the best prices. Stanley highly patient with a rude customer when I was picking up my truck. Customer wanted it his way all the way but due to policy Stanley had his hands tied behind his back. Guy stormed out of store and Stanley was like sure I don't want agree but here is your keys. It did get heated but still act professionally in front of other customers. As the tire techs awesome on them grinding away as they are being watch like a fish in a bowl. Being judge, thinking people thinking they are being ripped off or not doing it properly. Only Con is the check in system. On busy days a ticket system or electronic check in. It did look like needles in a hay stack to find who was next since people are not that commutative. Hook these employees with some sema tickets!
