Wasn’t prepared to leave the house with my babies to have low tire pressure! Went to my go to since they offer free air in tires and unfortunately did not have anything on me to tip your great employees. It seemed to have been a lot busier today with the weather change and it affected everyone’s tires since it felt as though everyone was there so I would like to extend my gratitude to the young man named Kai who took care of all of us one after another. Keep it up everyone!

I had a nail in my tire and came in at 8am to get it fixed. Luckily it wasn't punctured, the nail only went into the tread block. They didn't charge me and there was no upsell, great customer service and I had my car back in 20 minutes. I'll come back here when it is time to replace my tires.

Snuck tire insurance onto the bill without informing me. After I looked at the receipt, went to back to demand a refund, as I never asked for it. They said they’d give it to me for cheaper. No, don’t make me buy things I don’t want by literally tricking me into paying for them

I'm a single mom that doesn't know anything about cars etc..I came in for a tire patch from running over a nail. Come to find out my tire tread was low and needed a new tire. Sal was suuuuper helpful and found the best price that fits my budget . They r pretty busy but I am able to get in and out within an hr not bad for a tire change. Thank u Sal for taking care of me . I'll definitely be back and recommend my friends here! :)

Careful ladies! The men here will try to use your lack of knowledge against you by holding your car hostage until you pay for "said" service or upgrades. Claiming liability and/or safety reasons, etc. Bullshit!! Don't go here. Tried it 3x now on me, my friend and her daughter...

This place is amazing Rocco saved us. My tires were really bad and even though it was almost closing time he took care of us. I am so greatful. He wanted to make sure we were safe. Such a good person. I recommend this place. I will be coming back again. Sep 6 2024

Came in to get my front left tire changed as it was completely bald. I knew my front left was bad as well but had no way of paying for two new tires at the prices I have been quoted from calling around. Talked with Gabe and told him how I live in CA and have to drive back today and he went and grabbed nick (assuming his manager). Nick and Gabe were able to get me an amazing deal on the two tires that I couldn’t say no to. The guys here really do care about their customers safety and not just meeting quotas. If you want a good place to get new tires that won’t try to get all your money this is the place!!!

Careless workers here, they are not careful with your rims and they are not careful with the tools they are using on the parts of your tire like the stem valve caps. Couple of my rims are scratched up, it’s not crazy noticeable but still very annoying as they did not have those permanent scratch marks before. The workers here can be more careful as to not cause damage to customers vehicles. On a positive note the service wasn’t too slow considering it was a weekday afternoon (~2 hours with no appointment)

Rocco is an idiot avoid this place. I took my car in they messed it up and Rocco who i assume is the manager was joking around about it shut up and fix my car.

Great experience all around. Probably one of the best discount tires I've been to. The staff genuinely cares about your safety and experience. Shout out to Rocco for being so nice and same to his partner, forgot his name but he wears glasses. Great job!

Salvador was great to work with. He went above and beyond. I was out in less than an hour for tire balancing/rotation and rear wiper replacement. Will continue to go to this location.

This all started with a stupid thing I did. I called to asked if they had the TPMS sensor for my SUV and spoke with Terry. He said they did and to swing by, they can help me quickly. I arrived and was quickly helped by Rocco. He was very polite as I explained what I needed. He took my information and ensured this would be an easy repair. Based on what I showed him, I may not even need the whole sensor. Ignorantly assumed it was all in one piece and he accommodated me by giving me a fair price for the replacement. Told he their tech will work on it right away, since the tires were already off the vehicle and in my trunk. The moment I sat down, it felt immediate but was most likely two/three minutes, I heard my name being called. Terry happened to be calling my name and said they did not need to change the sensor and promptly refunded my charge. They replaced the broken piece and installed it for me free of charge. Aside from their professionalism, their service is top notch! I'm coming back here for all my tires related business. Especially when I need to replace all four tires. They're simply amazing!

This place has done it again They got slammed by a super rush rt before closing.. I was one of the last ones in, and I still got my tire changed by 530pm. Lord knows, I've had a very long day, and they just saved me not only some time.. but some money as well. Best in the South West for sure

My husband had a damaged tire that had to get fixed ASAP as he was working today. He is military and works shifts and was not able to call in late for a damaged tire at short notice. Nick T dealt with him and not only did he help fit my husband into the schedule at short notice and give a military discount, he had the 2 front tires replaced in under 25 mins and had my husband on his way and gave him plenty of spare time to get to work. Nick helped prevent a cascade of issues with scheduling for my husband at work. This meant 12 other guys managed to get home on time, my husbands stress to be lowered significantly and the risk of a blow-out removed. First time using Discount Tire, we have found our new tire shop. They had exceptional customer service and were all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great work gentlemen!

This might be the best vehicle maintenance experience I’ve ever had. I started by purchasing a set of tires online to replace my old set which were worn fairly well. I settled on a good set of Toyo tires, nothing fancy, at a good price. They had a rebate special so I got an even better deal at time of purchase. I scheduled my appointment at checkout and received several friendly reminders of it. I arrived about 15 minutes ahead of my appointment and was greeted by Nick. He was friendly, discussed a couple things with me and then took my car in right away, ahead of my appointment time. The waiting room was comfortable, with plenty of seating, cool a/c, shades in the windows, and it wasn’t too noisy. Everyone was friendly. Another gentleman checked in with me after about 10 minutes to let me know they were halfway done and gave me an update on time. 25 minutes after I arrived they were pulling my car out in front and I was met by a technician who explained how the warranty/certificates work, installation, and everything I needed to know. He was helpful and friendly and I never felt rushed. My tires look great, the process was super painless and this location especially deserves some kudos for everyone being very on top of their work and super professional. I would highly recommend this location if you’re in need of tires or tire/wheel services!
