Dylan is knowledgeable, professional, fast, and efficient. His honesty also showed when he pulled a couple nails out and confirmed they didn't puncture the tire and so did not require a patch.

I bought some new Hancook 6 ply tires back in 2021, and 2022 thought they had a pretty good warranty on them 70,000 mi. Or 10 year. Today on 10/28/2024 I went back to the north nellis store with a Blown tire and was told all my tires with good tread would need replacing with out being prorated. You guys suck, After 35 years ill take my business elsewhere William Fulton

Although, I've had issues with this place they did end up talking with me and tried to make it right. I enjoyed coming here before this occured. The manager seems pretty straightforward and wants to keep customers happy. It would be nice to see some sort of change in the process concerning walk-ins, to prioritize paying customers. Aside from my personal experience, there are reasonable prices here and other factors which is why I chose this discount tire initially.

Excellent service. Everyone was awesome. They offer great service and great prices. I got my tires on sale and was also able to get a military discount. I recommend setting up an appointment to avoid the long wait times.

Taken my lowered car to getthe tires balanced properly. I've taken to other discount tires and issue was never resolved until now. Definitely the only tire shop I trust

Excellent, Thorough and Quicker than expected! I don't think I was in there for 15 mins even and my tire was replaced and they put my spare tire back underneath my truck without me asking. I'm very appreciative! God bless you all!

I travel often via vehicles, though I use dealerships often but Discount Tire is readily available due to a plethora of locations. This particular location on Nellis Blvd in Las Vegas, Nv is prompt, knowledgeable, friendly & courteous. Would certainly recommend if in need of product, service & or inspections

Long time customer came here because I had nails on my front tires. I had warranty on my tires sales person tried to upsell me and told me I needed new front set and replace the lug nuts they previously installed because they are the wrong set. Last time I will be coming to this location

Customer service is poor you spen 1500 on tires and you have a flet they don't never have tires in stock to replace seem like once you purchase they tires become discontinued force you to purchase more

Discount Tires has been a lifesaver. Helped finance new tires when we first came to them and their warranty is really good as well. Matthew D was our technician and he was fantastic. Helped everything go down smoothly with our refund under warranty.

UPDATE as of 7/26/24: I arrived a few minutes early for my 8:45 appointment. Decided on tires at 8:57. I was quoted an hour and a half since it was quite busy. To my surprise, at 9:24 I was driving away with four new tires. Well done guys! It was smoother than expected. I always buy my tires from Discount Tire. I like their warranty work. If it needs a replacement, gets a flat, they fix it for free, quickly and efficiently. The employees are always pleasant. They don't try to sell me something I don't need, which I appreciate.

I came in without an appointment and needed a couple new tires. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out was maybe 30 min maybe 25 honestly. They were all nice and professional I highly recommend this location .

Very happy with the service. Team is great! Had a screw in my tire. Mr Matthew was quick and got me in and out in about an hour with no appointment on a busy Friday morning. No charge as I purchased tires here with the warranty. Highly recommend

Could not be any happier. I walked in on a busy Friday. These people hustle through. They work hard. Even if they make a mistake, they take ownership. I had a tight schedule, and they got the job done in a short amount of time. Originally, I needed only 2 tires. However, we discovered a screw in the back tire. Ended up buying a full set of tires. Great value, great tires, great service. For years, I have gone to discount tire. And every visit is always the same great professional service no matter the location. Keep up the amazing work. Matt, you're a great sales person( knowledgeable and personable). Your team - Dylan, Isiah, Jose, byran, and demir, I appreciate you all for your efficient time efforts. My wife was stressed out about making it to my daughter's school to be on time for a special event. Not only did you all make my day, you made my families day better. Whatever you do don't plug your tire then bring it to them. They can't patch a plugged tire. So instead we're going to throw a perfectly good tire in the trash and order me a new one. Called two other tire chains and they told me they would be more than happy to pull the plug and put a patch in the tire. Not sure why discount tire is not on board with saving one tire from the trash. It's costing them more money not to fix it. I'm sure something will be mentioned about safety. But it's a small hole in the tread nowhere near the sidewall. End of my soap box.
