Was in desperate need of 2 new tires. Got in around noon, was moderately busy, as expected. Was told by around 2:15, but by 1:17, saw my vehicle being pulled in and 15 minutes later, was done and out. Great customer service from Dean and thanks to Ian for doing the task.

They did it again !!! I had a tire down on my horse trailer. Stopped by to air it up & found a bad valve stem. 4:55 PM. Talked to Josh at the counter.pulled up my accojnt srarted a ticket. Ryan broke down the tire and installed a new stem (they are screw-in type), aired it up and $5.45 later I was on my way. These guys are the best. B

Worked with me even after I couldn’t find the wheel lock and had to go get one. So fast once the car was in the bay. Maybe 20 minutes and I was done. Great customer service from every interaction as well

As an introvert with anxiety, I almost didn't go in cause it was already packed early in the morning, but the staff make the whole thing so easy and I desperately needed new tires. Great experience.

My hubby finally got the Hummer H2 he'd been wanting for years! It came with large tires that rubbed when he turned sharply. The truck vibrated horribly! He bought tires bringing it back to stock. The problem? He didn't need to replace them. He took it to Findley Chevy where they have an individual specializing in H2s and we're able to align it to fix the problem!

Service like WalMart. I would normally expect better customer service. however today when i called and asked for a rotation, they said anytime before 4pm. I arrive at 320pm and after waiting several minutes before anyone comes to the desks, Anthony arrives and i ask for a rotation. He says No. we can't get to it today. I understand things happen, and as frustrating as it is to change a schedule for a 2 hour tire rotation, he didn't apologize after i told him I called nor did he offer an appointment for the misunderstanding. Just said bring it back anytime next week. This is the customer service I would expect at walmart tire center, not Discount.

Super fail location. Pulled up for standard air check/top off. Sign posted to say where to go for site check…. Then no one there. I ask if someone is around for the air station, employee yells for someone else. They come over, eventually (waited for a bit), just to tell me the line starts somewhere else (mind you that for 10 mins or so NO ONE was getting any air) I was literally parked in front of of the air station but they still wanted me to go wait in a line that wasn’t even there in the first place. Needless to say, I just left for another place. Discount. You are known for years because of your fair prices and customer service. You definitely fail on the latter at this location.

Great customer service from Jarrod! After being told there was nothing wrong with my tire on 3 different occasions at the Rancho location, and offered no other option than to just “deal” with my tire significantly losing air, he took the time to listen to me, dipped my tire, actually looked at it, and was able to find a piece of a razor stuck in it, which he then removed and repaired. Thank you Jarrod for keeping me a loyal customer of discount tire (which I have been for 20 years), because if it wasn’t for him I would be going elsewhere.

I called last minute, moving to Another State in 5 days. A plug already in tires and a new Screw in the middle! 😫 They guided me with their knowledge and listened! Specular CustomerService! A 10 definitely! In and out in 1 hour!

I get all the tires I buy from Discount Tire with the Road Hazard. Don't go cheap and go without it, trust me, it's normally pays for itself if you have a single tire with sidewall damage and on 4x4 vehicles this happens often.

Josh was excellent. He was super helpful and made the process super smooth. He was on top of his game and helped me get new tires after I had a screw in one of them. 10/10 would recommend and I will be back.

My father-in-law got a leak in 2 of his tires and Discount Tire took care of both tires for free. They were fast and very efficient. All of the workers seemed nice and friendly.

This shop is a nightmare 2 weeks of hassles. First July 3rd called spoke to Ryan told me he had my rim in stock come in on the 5th when they opened. After an hr there they don’t have the rim Eli told me my Rim looked to just be cosmetic but I work for a tanker shop and my employee used to work for discount tire and said no it’s not cosmetic. Eli tried very hard to persuade me to use a different shop on the 5th as it would be cheaper and faster. I said no I want all my work done in the same spot, so we ordered a rim had the appt scheduled for today at 8:15 am. Show up at 7:50 and what do you know 2nd time no rim. I do thank Anthony for going thru the trouble of actually locating the rim and having it delivered unfortunately it set me back a half of a day. When I went to pick it up it was still in the bay, I checked in at the first counter closest to the shop at 12:20 was told 10 mins. At 1:20 I was asked why I was waiting my car was done, well I was told to take a seat. Nobody informed me and another hour of my time. While the initial conversation Anthony wanted to take care of it I’m not that type of person. But I expect to be treated correctly as a consumer. A discount would’ve been nice but I didn’t want it fully taken care of. But at checkout nothing was mentioned. I paid my bill and finally have my car back. Please train your guys… Anthony in the only coherent one it seems. Just sucks I’ve wasted so much time and they could give two craps. Very disappointed with this location. If you order I’d just call before your appt to save the hassle of showing up to be disappointed. Don’t be like me. Thank you Anthony for at least making the effort.

Worse customer service around. Zero communication with the customer. Dropped of my truck at 9:00 am. Service writers said it would be ready by 5 pm. Showed up at a little after 5. It had not be touched. Nobody ever called me, to let me know the status of my vehicle. I was told it would the next. Sadly to say I will no longer shop there. Good Products - Bad Service.

Absolutely A++++ service. They take the time to explain why they can or cannot fix a flat tire. Their online reservation system saves so much time. Comfy chairs if you are waiting around. Good music. Great location. Fantastic experience! Highly recommend!!

I had to get 4 new tires and they got me in and out in less than an hour. I appreciated the free WiFi for my kids and the efficient and fast service. I made an appointment and they promised that I would be in and out pretty quickly. They made sure to honor that promise.
