If I could give more stars i would! I was in a a little bit of a pickle since i had a flat tire and the spline line socket needed to take the rims off was stolen last night when my car got broken into. The gentleman working there found the exact one we needed after it wasn’t found at multiple auto part stores. He saved the day with amazing customer service and made the chaos a little less stressful.

The last two times have been there this location is slowly getting worse. On my first tire rotation with this set of tires I had to go back they did not reset the sensors they did not change the air pressure. And I lost one center cap. The last time I was there for my second tire rotation I lost another center cap for my wheels. But before I left I checked and they did not reset the sensors. My son took his truck in for a tire rotation they broke two wheel studs. Stripped another. After they broke the first stud they asked him if he wanted them to continue. What are you going to do need your tires rotated he said yes that's when they broke one more and stripped another this is the only company we've had tires put on the vehicle from. And they sent him on his way. After talking with the manager we were able to get this studs replaced by another company at no cost to us They had the balls to say that you need to change your wheel studs every $150,000 mi. So I called my mechanic he calls b******* on that one. My son and I did replace the brakes on his vehicle but we used a breaker bar to remove the lug nuts and a torque wrench when putting them back on. We had no trouble at all I don't own air tools. Or the new battery operated impacts. Long story short I guess we're taking our vehicle somewhere else to get the tire rotated. Just an FYI if you do need road hazard warranty you are going to have to pay for the warranty on the new tire and mounting and balancing of the new tire at least at The North rancho location.

Not a good experience. Seem friendly but it's all a sales front. This place reeks of greed. They do what benefits them and then make up some bs about why it's needed.

I will never go there again I had my car towed there to fix a flat that I purchased a warranty for and they basically sent me away with the same flat. Would not even put on my spare smh! Pep boys down the street helped me out thank you Pep boys.

My wife needed to stop and get air in the tires because of the time of year here. she stops here and one tire is to low they won't put any air in it. They couldn't find any holes in it and it's not cracked. Because her car has two new tires last year bought brand new , and that was one of them. Every solution was to buy new tires. Two were used and two were new. He couldn't find a problem with the tire other then it had to low of psi. He would t put the spare tire on for her because it's a 2000. But the spare has no miles on it it's a brand new spare. Just because it's a 2000 they wouldn't do it never mind that it's a brand new spare. I understand it must be an insurance thing but I don't understand aren't these guys professionals? If anyone can judge if a spare tire is new or not it should be this guy. So they are qualified enough to tell her she needs all new tires that her are bad. But not qualified enough to tell if the spare has never been used ? ??. Makes zero sense. Other than guess what this tire shop is all about getting our money. Used to be a time when a tire shop was reputable, they were honest and built an honest reputation by doing the right thing and helping everyone the right way and you would get business on that foundation. Now days the number one and only answer and solution is to buy new tires. They are never good enough they need to be replaced. When the honest truth is they can get you to your next payday. This place is as dishonest as most of them. Do yourself a favor don't bother stopping here unless you want to buy new tires.

I took my car to this location to get 2 new tires they only had one left so they were going to look somewhere else or order and give me a call so i can get the second one they never did so i call a week after and riko answer and he was very rude in the phone he said i don’t know they are off loading the truck it will take 2 hours i will give you a call when they finish he never did i call 6 hours later bc he didn’t call same guy answer Riko i told him you said you were gonna give me a call and he said we don’t have time to call you back for a tire

If there was a way I could leave a 0 star review I would I had an appointment at 1:45 to fix a flat tire and had watched about 30 people come in after me and leave before me and they didn’t even touch my truck till I complained at 3:00 about how walkins can get done before me when I had an appointment and all they said was it should just be a lil while longer I didn’t get to leave till 3:30 I won’t be coming back to discount tire agian

Read the reviews. Took a car in, and they broke the TMPS on it, and then said they couldn't fix it. Told me to take it to dealership with no offer to reimburse the cost of that. Told me that management would reach out, and never got anything from them.

Slow, disrespectful, shady. Waited in store 3 hours (after my appointment was pushed back a day already because the tires weren't on time) . I watched as 3 walk in customers that came in after me, had their cars taken in before mine. I watched the staff try to scam every customer in to buying things they didn't need. I won't be going back.

The staff at the Rancho location are always professional and polite. The value for what you get is the best. I usually dislike setting appts up online but it was easy to do and a log in is not required. Free air checks and tire rotations are a bonus. We had an issue with one of the tires while traveling and went to a DT store in Utah and they totally took care of us with very little money out of pocket since we had the tire warrenty. Highly recommend DT!!

Very good service. Very good people as far as I can tell. Still though I've been to them several times about a low tire warning on my dashboard and they still haven't fixed it.

2 guys work and 3 guys standing around. They told me. I was second car up after an hour and a 1/2. I've watched 4 other cars go in front of are unorganized management management h Will not get their hands dirty.They will sit and watch Other People work.They don't care about your time and they are overpriced.You're better off going to tire works

I had the best service there !!! I was so upset one day on my way home .. all this construction in Vegas.. I got the biggest screw in my tire ! I had groceries in my car but air was coming out fast from my new tire .. so I stopped and I believe the manager James not only put my groceries in his fridge in the office, he was able to save my tire when another guy told me I needed to buy a new one ! (About 300 I had just spent on a new tire for the SAME REASON!) I've never had such a nice, kind person take care of my situation the way he did. I will never ever forget that he did that for me, especially saving my perishables!! Thank you and your team !! I will definitely be back !!

Less than 2 months ago I purchased 4 new tires. I have put air in all 4 tires 4 times. My check tire light came on again yesterday and I had to put air in all 4 again. Really????

Friendly staff, they were very accommodating for me while I was out of town lining up service work for tires I ordered, however , they used an incorrect lift for my Cadillac and scratched the car severely all the way down the right side under carriage valence . When a tech brought my car around he seemed nervous and kept looking back at the right side of my car , I should’ve known. Will go up there tomorrow and show them and see what happens and have them pull camera footage . Bottom line, incorrect lift and lifting of my car as these CTS models require pinch point adapters to be placed under the proper lifting points as per manufacturer.

I usually love Discount Tires. Today I had an appointment at 10:45am to put 1 new tire on. They didn't even get my car into the bay until noon! Don't bother making an appointment, it's meaningless. I know they are busy, but why take appointments if the window to work on them is over an hour?

This is by far the very best tire shop in the valley. Came in with a flat that they could not fix. Being on a fixed income I could not afford a new tire. So they gave me a fantastic discount and mounted it a hour and a half earlier than I was originally told. I give Devin 5 stars for helping me out of a bad spot. My tire shop for life 👍

I made an appointment and it took a while, but I will still leave 5 stars. Firestone on N Durango lied and tried to scam me into replacing all of my tires. I took the car here and it turned out to be a simple and easy fix. Thank you for being honest and taking care of the problem!

I made a same day appointment for 2 hours later , I was in the area and got to discount about 20 min early. I asked if I could just drop my vehicle off and come back once ready . The man at the counter was happy to accept me early for a drop off . He said " okay see you in about an hour " and literally 15 min later I received a text saying my car was ready . I said " there's no way , something is wrong " and when I went up there the same man said , ok all set everything looks good " by far THE fastest shop in town .

Went in February to get my tire patched and and they tried to make me buy 500$ rims for no apparent reason other than being sneaky salesman. One thing that is bad for business is sneaky salesman that try to take advantage of people. They took an hour to patch it with the shop being totally empty. I tipped the workers regardless because a service is being performed but the individual up front deserved nothing. Recommended a female friend to go in for a tire patch service and they tried even harder with the sneaky salesman tactic on her probably because of her gender and stereotypes. They did not even perform the service and instead tried to sell her a new tire. Ultimately she refused the new tire and no service was performed when they could have easily just patched the tire. They also lost the air plug that goes on the tire. This whole sneaky salesman thing gets this business no where and this is a real honest review not the other reviews persuaded by these sneaky salesman. Avoid this place entirely!!!

These guys are great. I have a slow leak, so I brought it in to have them check. I also had them replace the wiper blades. They checked all 4 tires but didn't discover the leak, but they were quick about it and didn't charge me for checking them.

Discount Tire as a company is great. However, this particular store's service is sub-par. I gave very clear directions on what I needed, and they were not followed, resulting in me having to wait when I picked up my car. I've been there twice in the last two days, and I have to go back AGAIN because they balanced the rear wheels incorrectly, and I have a vibration in the rear.
