I moved here from the bay area recently and this is the equiyto America’s Tire. I got a flat driving through construction and thank goodness I bought the warranty. This place got me in and out quickly and I only had to pay $37 for the warranty on the new tire🙌🏼 Always get the warranty, it’s worth it!!!

One of the slower tire pressure check lines in town, and their cramped parking lot makes the problem even worse as the line snakes around the tiny lot towards the street. Good luck getting your car in here for an appointment if that line is long at all. Probably not worth it to come to this location right now. Pick another one.

I’ve been buying tires from Discount Tire on Lake Mead for my wife’s vans and my trucks for over 20 years. Always great service, on time appointments, and fast turn around. Highly recommend them.

I walked in at 547pm due to a flat tire I just got..20 miles from home w no one really to help me..these guys went out of their way to fix my tire even though it was time to go home..this is why I have only used this company for 33 years..always top notch customer service 👌..thank you again and again.

Found a piece of metal about an inch had penetrated my tire. Took it to Discount Tire to get checked. I was told it may be wide that the tire may have to be replaced. I could only hope for the best. After two hours, they called my name they said my car was ready 10 minutes after they brought it in. Thankful they didn't have to replace it! I did want to say that their customer service was awesome all around with myself and others! Thank you everyone that I interacted with! Keep up the great work!

I went there to get my tires done like I always do all my Chevy bolt. Everything seemed to go good I ordered them ahead of time and they came in quite quickly. I was sitting in the lobby and I've already been there about 2 hours and noticed people that came in after me were getting their cars. So I looked around and sure enough my car was sitting there no one even informed me that my car was already completed. Then I take off and I noticed that the tire pressure was low on every tire. They were running a 34 PSI when it's supposed to be at 38 PSI. Then I noticed that they didn't recalibrate my tire sensors for the air pressure they put the tires from the back to the front and didn't recalibrate it so I had to buy a tool myself to do it myself since I don't have time to sit around for them to do it and take about an hour. Really not happy but this service at this store. Every time before this has been fantastic maybe they're under New Management.

Misleading business practices! I called to ask if they can patch & repair a nail I my tire, and even offered to pay for it but they told me no it’s free of charge! I arrive and now they refuse to repair the tire because “worn tread” when I recently replaced the tire. The service man tried to upsell me on replacing the tires, and I found this to be incredibly misleading to the services provided after I called and OFFERED to pay for the service!

My tires were in bad shape so I went to discount tire and the service was good. It took a little longer than I had hoped but I just showed up without an appointment and overall I highly recommend.

this morning at 10am i called and asked if this location was able to install tires on my rear beadlocks, i was given a guaranteed YES as long as i was they’re before 1pm. i purchased tires from discount tire on craig since they carried the size i needed, then drive to this location on lake mead where i was guaranteed installation for my bead locks and front tires (non- beadlocks). once arrived at the store we where told by Juan (who said he was one of the managers??) that they would not/could not install them, leaving me very frustrated as we where told it could be done prior to purchasing $1000 tires. so then we asked if they would be able to install just the front two tires (non-bead locks) for a discounted price because of this inconvenience. Juan then told us he wont even do the front tires for no reason. at this point my husband and i are more than frustrated spending so much money in the company and not being helped. so we asked to speak with a real manager Patrick who was quick and kind to resolve the issue and install the two front at a discounted price for the major inconvenience. overall i will not be returning to this location discount tire nor will i be referring this location to any friends or family in the future. very disappointed.

I went in with a screw in my Tire, thought I would have to replace it but Juan was able to see that it didn’t puncture the tread and was able to take it out no prob, saved me a new tire… 🛞

Wow! phoned W.Lake Mead Discount Tires around Noon... temp was already 106 and inching higher, so maybe the heat discouraged some customers from going outdoors --I scheduled an appointment for 3 this afternoon!. Arriving exactly at 3, I was VERY pleased with desk mgr., and especially I'd like to recognize the superior service from Sean who worked to fix my problem...All with whom I came in contact were courteous, working -- and not just going through the motions to look busy--never the case at this location--all in all, a very positive experience. thanks to all of you working in this HOT Las Vegas summer!
