Had a little shake after rotation few months back. They handled it fast. No more shaking love this place. Okay update? My tires are barely i think a year old. I discovered this crack in my side wall. Creat customer service but turns out the quality of the tires are trash. Going to call tomorrow and see what can be done with this defective tire it seems to be.

Update: 5 stars, yet again! In and out in 15 minutes and didn't have to break the bank. Thanks so much to Brett and the young man who had to dig through my messy trunk to find the key that was in my pocket the entire time 🫣😂 03/2024 - Great customer service, very timely work. I came in around 9:00am on a weekday and everyone was in and out in under 30 to 45 minutes all afternoon. I stayed so long because I was dealing with a pesky third party warranty company and Damian stepped up and got it taken care of. Thank you guys so much for simplifying a process that I didn't have the slightest clue about. Really took the stress away!

A shop filled with a bunch of Gen Z tards. Waited over 10 minutes just for air in my tires and no one ever came over just looked at me and kept moving. I won’t ever be going back. Who ever dropped off their Red Kia Soul 10/07/2024 around 9:24 am getting your tire replaced and spare taken off the blonde kid wearing a red shirt with hair around eye length was scratching your trunk paint all up fumbling the plastic tub trying to put your spare back in the trunk. Ya might wanna say something.

This store was very busy. I want tho give a special thank you to Nick and to Jason for providing me with excellent service. I had way too many questions, like usual. And they were awesome for giving me the best price I could receive. The store manager was quick to assist and the entire team converted my hectic morning into a worry free inconvenience. No one likes to have to replace tires, but I’m glad I know I got the best service. Thank you all. Especially, thank you Jason for the extra attention to my account.

Excellent customer service. With a screw in my tire, they will PLUG - balance, and install my original tire. They have a regular customer now.

I can barely rate this place. The reason for this rating is that I couldn't even get my van into the parking lot to see if they could air up my tires. My family buys our tires from them all the time. My tires were low and my dad said to go to the nearest one. I'm handicapped and couldn't even get into the handicap parking to park to see if they had time to do it. It was blocked by cars. I went home and proceeded to go to the discount tire store my dad normally goes to which I'm hoping will show up on my timeline. Nothing on the company. Could be the building placement but not my fault

Super helpful staff. They always help me when I come in with a flat or low tire pressure with no problems. When I had to replace 4 of my tires it was super affordable. This will be my forever tire place.

This was the 3rd tire place I went to yesterday for a nail in my tire the first two were claiming a 6-8 hour wait for assistance with this. I went here and they had me in and out in under an hour. I was very grateful considering I had my 4 kiddos with me.

We came here after our tire blew out from driving to Vegas from San Diego. Wait was long even with an appointment but service was fast after. The guy who assisted us was very helpful. Brought the cost down as we had no warranty as well as comped other expenses. We appreciate it :)

I had to give a star or it would let me post. Second time , after tire rotation , they did not secure the tire rim little cap that displays car logo. Watch theft missing report filed abt a year ago. Customer service to many hands in trying to sell. When not needed. I feel cuz I was female! Now I am done doing business with them after 30 years ! Had to give 1 star or it would not let me post the review!!!!!!!

May 14 , 2024 Had my employe come in today for a tire patch, manger Andres checked her in said they will be able to fix the tire without issue, other then you will have to wait your turn. Over an hour later manager Andres notifys my employee that they cant fix the tire it needs a new replacement . WASTE OF TIME FOR MY EMPLOYE WAITING. I have no problem replacing tires if that's the case. The car would have just been dropped off instead of having someone waiting.

I went in for a flat repair my tires were getting old, ended up putting on new tires car handles so nice know was the first customer in it took twenty five minutes and I was out the door.

On 03/19/2024, I went to this location for my usual tire rotation and rebalance. For information, my Infiniti’s 4 rims and 4 tires were bought from Discount Tire. After looking at my tires, which were purchased on 02/2015 and date coded 4514 (manufactured in November 2014), the Salesperson (i cannot remember his name as i was so angry at him) said that he cannot help me as the tires were 10 years old. I told him that the tires were exactly 9 years and 4 months old, but insisted that it was 10 years old as it is 2024 right now, and the tires were manufactured in 2014. We went back and forth inside the store with this argument. He finally said that he was going to have the rebalancing and rotation done. While the car was being worked on, i noticed this Salesperson going back and forth talking to the technician doing the rotation and rebalancing. I did not make anything of it at that time. As I was driving home, the car’s steering wheel was shaking very violently above 45 mph in the freeway. I immediately proceeded to the Discount Tire Store in Blue Diamond as it was near my home. The Salesperson checked the tires and noted that were were close to 10 years old, but were okay to be worked on. He also noted that all the old balance weights were in the wheels together with some newer ones. He said this was strange. He had the tires rebalanced. I watched the technician take all the weights off the wheels and rebalanced them. The car is fine again with no more front end vibration and shaking. Just wondering what the Discount Tire Maryland Parkway location do to my wheels/tires??? There should be repercussions for these acts. Thank you Discount Tire Blue Diamond for fixing the terrible wrong that the other location did.
