I needed a new tire. I called and made an appt as I know they never have the continental sport tires in stock for my car. I show up 4 days later for my appt after about 20 minutes then was told oh we don't have that tire in stock...came back the next day...after about 25 minutes was then told tire was mislabeled and it's the wrong size!! Tyler did then offer me a credit for half the price for the inconvenience which was nice. Show up the third time and yes they got me right in and put tire on. I had just washed my car that morning, go to get in it and greasy finger prints all over the door and then discover grease on gear shift as well. Was a disappointment to say the least and I always buy my tires here.

Huge huge shout out to Riley. My car battery died in the parking lot near by and he willingly helped out and jump started my car. I was able to drive to the nearest car shop to get myself a new battery. Thank you Riley!

I haven't been to this location in soo long I forgot how God awful the service is here. Good to see that remains consistent in the tim I haven't been here. Complete laughable incompetence from the head manager all the way down to the person scrubbing the toilets. Idiocy at all levels. Go here and just try to get air in your tires, I promise you will never want to go to any discount tire chain ever again at all. I could have had 2 tires changes for free here and I just went to a different shop and paid full price. Not even worth the "discount tires."

My go to Discount. Right across the street from my house, they always get me in fast. The entire parking lot is filled with places to go while waiting for your vehicle. A bar, fast food, Target, Boba and a bunch more. Also, Zach is my boo bear and always takes care if me.😘 Ps. The free air check takes forever if there's a line. For me it's like 45 seconds so I blame the customers in front of me. 😁

Worst service, experience i ever had. Went in for a tire swap. I had my own tire. They ended up breaking my rim. Now saying well we dont know if we did or if it was already like that. What do u mean if it was already like that. U wouldn’t have put on tire if it was broken. 3 Days later I finally get my CAR back and looks like a shitty job. Worst!!!

Get cameras on your property! I had someone there to remove my brand new windshield shades and the 4 car window covers. I'm a travel nurse just got to this state/city and I feel so violated on so many levels. The sun and heat has been unbearable here and getting into a hot leather seat car is excruciating. Tyler was wonderful and professional for checking my tire pressure (had drove 48 hours from east coast) but my car was unlocked while I was awaiting to get help. 5 Stars (2 stars for him) for Tyler stated they do not have cameras on their property, I'm shocked as a tire repair place that keeps cars sitting in the parking lot after business hours they need cameras immediately. I remember a white older car around 90s sitting directly to my car (whereas it was spots with space but they were parking closely to my vehicle) I recall the guys in there smoking when I walked up I think it was them

As a valued existing customer, I've been waiting for over1 hr so far to have my warrantied tire repaired.. the gentleman who checked me in didn't think it was important to tell me it would be a 2 hr wait... terrible customer service!!!

Great company unfortunately they will not accept American Express over the phone for payment. I will be using another company for all future business even if they are more expensive. Sad when points help out more the the caring of the employees

Went here a few weeks ago because I had a screw in my tire and the dealership said it was “too close” to the side wall to pull out. Tyler was very helpful on the phone with my wife and Riley was great when I took our SUV in that same day. He checked for leaks and when no air was noticeable, he pulled he screw out with no issues. My tires still have a few miles left on them but we’ll definitely be coming back here for a new set when it’s time because of how helpful Tyler and Riley were.

I went to the shop to get a patch and the employee told me that I needed to replace both front tires. He wasn’t able to put a patch because the tire was too low depth. I took it to another discount tire shop, great customer service by the way (second shop) it ended up that my tire was still good and he was able to put a patch on it…

Spent $1300 on 4 new tires for my truck. All 4 came back to me with different tire pressure, all the way from 32 to 39psi. They didn't even put valve caps on all 4, quality control is lacking. I also found the tires for $50/each cheaper elsewhere.

I love this discount tire!! I have had the BEST experience here compared to any other tire service company. The service is a great they are efficient and eager to help! All of the workers aren’t pushy and they are honest about everything. I have tried to buy new tires but they told me it would be a waste since they were still in decent condition! I got wipers and they were great quality for a great price. Overall 11/10 experience would recommend ☺️

Came in to get a plug in my tire replaced with a patch. They told me they cant touch "previous work" on tires because of "liability"... So, i guess next time i will pull out the plug, THEN bring in the tire and literally no one would be able to tell. What a ridiculous policy. Wont be coming back for anything anymore. Called up another tire shop right after, and they helped just fine.

i stopped by to repair a leak. After brilliantly checking my tires and suggesting to buy new tires because they were a different brand and my Range Rover wouldn't drive correctly plus my tire lugs should be changed because they couldn't torque them. Being a return customer i wasn't informed of the lugs being a problem. He made a work order, and two and a half hours later, they pulled my car in. THANK GOD IM RETIRED AND HALF NOTHING BETTER TO DO. Twenty minutes later, your tech refused to repair the tire because a repair was made that he didn't approve. Mind you the repair was fine. At that point, i looked in the mirror to check if i had the word SUCKER on my face. (just to say, i was an auto mechanic an built race cars as a hobby. My 65 GTO turn 10.2 seconds in a quarter mile drag strip in the 70s.) After holding me hostage over 3 hours. I'm told they wouldn't repair my tire. At 73 years old, i had no option but to buy a new tire to get home Nick as a business owner Is your company's reputation worth 350 dollars. Your employees should be ashamed. Hi Nick i would like to thank you for your quick response to my review. i would like to say your attention more than satisfied my complaint and my satisfaction was important. Honest and always on schedule. I have tried to get them to sell me new tires before they were needed and they have always explained it as a waste of money. Love it! They have a great line to update tire pressure; quick and efficient. With the changing temps in LV, very convenient. Their extended coverage is very simple to use. I have been here three times for tire damage and there were no questions, just quick and free service. Don’t overthink it, just come here.
