My experience with this shop is always GREAT!!! Logan the store manager and his team were so busy today but got me in and out quickly. The team always seems to be in good spirits. Everyone is so helpful and ready to get the job done. Best tire shop in town!!! Thanks so much to Logan and his team!!! Simply the best!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at Discount Tire. When I first brought my car in, they assured me there were no nails in the tires. However, just a few days later, I discovered two nails in the rear tires. When I returned, they insisted on replacing the tires and charged me for two new ones, even though the issue should have been identified during the initial inspection. This feels like either negligence or an attempt to upsell unnecessarily. I trusted their expertise and ended up paying for something I didn’t need. I won’t be returning and would caution others to double-check their inspections and recommendations before proceeding with repairs or replacements here.

I recently visited the Discount Tire Shop in Middletown, Louisville, to get my car's tire pressure fixed, and I was very pleased with the service. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, quickly diagnosing and addressing the issue with my tires. I was riding around on a spare tire, so i decided to stop at discou t tires on Shelbyville road to see if they could plug it for me and how much. Somebody said I'm sorry we're closed. But before I could've even aplogise for coming in so late a girl said we still have 10 and said can I help you. Thank you jennifer you made my stressful day so much better and they dint even charge me for the plug. Ih

Had a tire plugged here, they greeted us out in the parking lot. They were very helpful and made sure to answer any questions we had. They did a great job. But didn't put enough air pressure back Into tire. Other than that, great work

Xavier went absolutely above and beyond to help us out. We came out of dinner to a flat tire and showed up at their shop right before closing and he made sure to get us taken care of. Extraordinary customer service and a great guy! Huge thank you!!!

Well Last night was an even full one pop a tire and the second one was almost done had to find tires and quick Discount Tire is the place, with prices through the roof they have performance and affordable prices, I used their website to purchase the set of tires and Kirk took care of my car after it was done Michael brought it to the front and done profesionals and great prices

BI've been there twice in the past year getting new sets on different vehicles. Every single person in that store hustles and is a hard worker. When I need tires it's the only place to go, it is extremely well run.

Edit 7/27/24: came back for a simple mount and balance on some eBay tires. Once again, INCREDIBLE service, great work. Truck rides like a dream. Quick, honest people. Couldn’t be happier. Always excellent customer service by this Discount Tire. I live 30 minutes away now but continue to come back. I’ve bought probably 10 sets of tires in my life and have NEVER had a shop actually line up the dot on the tire with the valve stem like the manufacturer recommends. (The dot on the tire indicates where the valve stem should go, this is the lightest part of the tire and helps with balance since the valve stem and TPMS throw the weight off. When lined up, the tire supposedly balances easier and takes less weight) NO other shop has ever done this and I hate to be picky and ask for it - super happy to see they did it on their own. Especially on these big heavy tires it’s a bit of extra work but the attention to detail is amazing. As expected, tires drive smooth and true. I was unhappy with the last set of tires I bought - they switched them out with no fuss. Thanks guys!

Shout out to Logan at this location. He was juggling multiple roles the 1.5 hour I was there. It was definitely a busy day for them, but they seemed to have a good system and flow that worked. I don't think I heard the phone ring more than 2 times before someone made it a point to grab it. I went in for a nail I saw in my tire which apparently came out along the way but didn't fully puncture the tire to where it needed to be repaired oddly enough. They were doing a great job of getting people in and out with what seemed like zero hassle

Went to discount tire in Middletown today for first time. I was extremely impressed by their approach, knowledge and professionalism. The shop was Spot less, managers were great and techs were awesome. I’m 64 and been in many shops but this was one of the best.

Had a blown tire. Had to put the spare on. Rolled in around 5:30pm and they had replacements on by 6pm on a weekday.

THE best place to buy tires! Matt and Adan were super professional and knowledgeable on tires. Bought two new tires after one was going flat. Great pricing and super great customer service. Doesn’t get any better than that!

Had an appointment and prepaid tires for 11:15am. They didn't take the car back until after 12:30. Staff seemed to prioritize phones over people who were actually there. Overall bad experience.

Over the years I’ve brought three vehicles here to get new tires and each time they have always had the best prices and excellent service. I ordered a new set of tires, they got them in three days. I scheduled an appointment to get them put on, then I showed up gave them the key and they had me back in my car in under 40 minutes. I can’t recommend them enough.
