Wildly aggressive sales tactics, borderline subtly threatening. Multiple lies of calling back, and miscommunication like you wouldn’t believe. Left hand doesn’t know right hand. Idk if management changed or what, I used to swear by this place and had multiple friends go here because of my recommendations - but that was a bad enough experience I don’t think I’d ever come back.

Excellent service at the Dixie location for my tire plug. Fast, friendly and such a clean store. I transfered my tire warranty to this location they are that good. This is the only tire store I need. Thank you all for doing your job so very well.

I had just picked up a car and was driving through Louisville, Ky on the way home. My low pressure tire light had come on just before getting in to the city, so the next day I went to the Discount Tire store on the Dixie Hwy. (9/27/24) and the counter person said park your vehicle out front and we will check it out. The store was busy, but surprisingly, the counter person came back in about 10 minutes and said I was ready to go. No charge at all. This is why I buy my tires at Discount Tire.

Made the mistake of going to Walmart to get to New tires. Waited 3 hours they could not get one off. Went to Discount Tire like I have for 30 years. No problem fixed the issue. Thank you so much to Todd Numikoski to store manger and his crew. Never making the mistake of going anywhere else again. Thanks again guys.

My service was 2nd to NONE!! First off I had never been here before. I was greeted by Fredrick who took the time to examine my truck check me in and explain the process. Shawn assured me I would be satisfied with the work performed. Shawn started in my truck and Dakota and Chris finished it. When everything was done Todd the manager came to me explained everything that happened and checked me out. This process was so thoroughly done I have no choice but to come back when I’m ready to buy new tires. I highly recommend coming here for the customer alone.

Another great experience at Discount Tire. I had a tire leaking air and they checked it out and found damage in the sidewall so I needed to replace it. Was pleasantly surprised that I had road hazard so that tire was free to replace. I replaced the other front tire and happily paid for it. They also installed new windshield wipers for me which I asked them to do as mine were old. They also got the tire pressure light reset for me. Very friendly and honest and easy to work with.

Went there to get my last tire pressure sensor changed and every single employee was polite not only to me but everyone who came in, swift and professional. A little heavy on the up selling but I know how to politely say no so it was fine.

The staff was very helpful. They got me in and out as quick as possible and they didn’t try to upsell me on any product. I got what I wanted and it was fairly priced will be back.

Went to get air in my tire and the employee took something off saying it doesn't supposed to be on there and when I used it it popped off when I was driving. Even tho it was purchased elsewhere, HE broke it and politely told me to take it back where I got it from. SMH😩

The staff at Dixie Hwy store on the 6000 block are fantastic, they all went above and beyond to ensure all of my tires were repaired and safe for driving. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF.
