I will start with the good. My tires showed up quick and the shop got me in early from where I had scheduled my appointment a couple weeks out. I travel for work and would not be available any earlier, but they made it happen, for that, thank you. Moving on, during the tire change process one of the TPMS sensors was damaged and did not work afterward. It worked fine when I got there, and was documented as such. However when I brought it up that it was damaged, I was spoken down to as if it were my fault. They did replace the sensor free of charge. However, that sensor did not work either. Almost 5 hours was spent in total. I took it to another shop because at this point I felt as if I were being jerked around. They were able to determine that the sensor is an OEM product and I will need to go to the dealership. Thanks Discount Tire. Now I will have a huge bill that will be more than I saved on the tires I am sure. Oh, never-mind the fact I have to figure out when I can get this done. My wife and I both have been customers for 20+ years and have spent 10s of thousands with the company. Our last visit to this location had hiccups we assumed was just a bad day, and this time was horrible. I also have over an hour round trip to get to this shop in which I pass many of your competitors. We have always been loyal customers as can be seen in our account histories across 3 states where we have lived.Needless to say we will be trying a competitor for the first time next year when we need new tires on the other car. Thank you for the years of great service, but the service is going the wrong direction now.

The absolute worst I went to get air in my tires . I had to practically beg for someone to acknowledge I was there only to still wait another 25 minutes for no one to come . Never again

I got a new set of tires and sensors installed. John and the rest of the team were very efficient, patient, and helpful. I’ll be back for services needed in the future!

I came here at to have my tires replaced. They offer complimentary water bottles and Wi-Fi. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Christian kept me updated with their progress and asked if I had any questions. John let me know about other things that needed attention. I was in and out of there from 11:15-11:40. They weren't able to do a realignment on my car, but recommended a place I could go. Thank you Discount Tire!

I was very impressed with this team at this location. They were able to get me in and out in no time when I had animals to finish transporting. The animals were disrupted as little as possible. They went above and beyond to get me back on the road.

If a zero star was a rating, discount tire on stage eared it today with flying colors. Went in the have 4 tires installed, no issues there, but the fact that they lost hardware and damaged one of my wheels to the point where I can't even put my center cap back on is unacceptable. From working for discount tire for 6+ years I understand the goal is to get customers in and out as quickly as possible and safely and sometimes mistakes are made when removing or installing wheels. We would go out of our way to notify the custome and do what we could to make it right. But today was not that case. The technician that worked on my vehicle broke one of the mounts clean off, and said nothing. Upon returning to the store to address the issue the service advisor told me that they were like that prior to them working on the wheels and there was nothing they could do about it! none of my wheels were damaged prior to my visit and the break was fresh you see where the metal was flaking off from it snapping. I can honestly say after spending thousands of dollars, and being a loyal customer for decades I will no longer bring my vehicles to them.

This location at first installed two new tires diagonally (one on the front right, one on the rear left). When I returned, they three of my locking lug nuts off the two tires they had to rotate disappeared. However, upon being notified, they not only replaced said lug nuts and gave me a new key, but when I told them I had all locking nuts that didn't match the new ones they gave me, they gave me a FULL SET of 25 locking lug nuts. For free. They're good people and they do good work, just do your due diligence as a driver and customer and make sure to check behind them.

Clay went above and beyond to make my experience quick and painless. I’d give 6 out of 5 stars if I could. I usually go to Walmart auto center on Raleigh-Lagrange and have for 5 years. Went in this morning and there were 5 cars there, and they refused to take anymore for the rest of the day. At 9AM 😂 so I decided to try discount tire, there was maybe 30 cars there and I was still in and out within an hour. Definitely coming back here next time I need tires or wiper blades

I ran over something metal on my break I came in and spoke with Mr. Ever for a plug and they blessed me with a new tire for a real good price I highly recommend you come and see these guys! Very professional,fast, and nice! Thank you Discount Tire!

I really don’t appreciate being scammed and lied too. I went in to get a simple flat repair. A nail that I removed and plugged to make it to Discount Tire. 1st red flag the “ salesman” asked me if I had thought about replacing my wheels. I just said there’s nothing wrong with my wheels and declined. I just need a quick flat repair as soon as possible. Ok. Then he proceeded to show me prices of wheels.!? While waiting for my car to be done I overheard one of the technicians telling a lady that there was a nail between her side wall and tread, and it couldn’t be replaced. They would have to sell her a new tire which if it was true, then yes she would. Fast-forward they pull my car around and the technician tells me that they had to replace my tire because they found a nail on my side wall. And I who had just plugged the tire and inspected it knew that was crap. So I asked to see the tire. Now I don’t have a problem getting a tire replaced instead of repaired because I bought the certificate to cover for that issue but now I have to buy a new certificate for the new tire about 19 bucks not a big deal. But when they bring me my tire, it doesn’t have a nail or a hole on the sidewall. And now the excuse is the “gummy plug” that I used will allow moisture to get into the steel belt and they can’t fix that. How was a rubber plug gonna allow in any more moisture than steel nail? When I called him out for lying to me, he said he had several that day that had nails in the side walls.. I’ve never heard of so many nails targeting side walls like this! So just a lie and a scam to get you to cough up 20 bucks for a certificate so they can warranty the tire. They have lost my business. Edit. Responded to the owners comment and have not received any contact.

Need to get outta town on family matter They got me right in & out 15 minutes Even tho some entitled broad was yapping about being first. All she wanted to do was attempt to destroy the managers day first thing. If your at the door your first in line. The shop has been redone with updated equipment. Everyone was polite & went straight to work. Thanks to all.

Would have given 5 stars as they were fast on a busy day, but.. discovered why fast: all four new tires/wheels weren't balanced properly and had to have another business fix because, live some distance away and didn't wanna bring the vehicle back in to have it fixed. Called the store, person said sorry. That's it??? Never again.

I never look forward to waiting 3-4 hours to get new tires but this Discount Tire Bartlett place had their stuff together. Had an appointment today at 8:15AM and they had the truck back at 8:20AM and I was driving off the property at 8:45AM with the Michelins and they were crowded. Almost unbelievable they got to it that fast. I did book the appointment on line a week in advance which may have helped. These folks are on their game. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Good job folks.

I went to this location 1st this past Saturday. No customers were in line. There several associates walking around not assisting anyone. A older white guy walked in and he was serviced immediately after i had been standing there for close to 10 minutes waiting on someone to assist me. I left and went to the north germantown location which was worse. I ended up going to collierville and purchased new tires and wheels.

Unfortunately getting some new tires after only 23K on the original factory tires since Lexus SUV was brand new. Yes, they were balanced and rotated during regular services via the Lexus Dealership. Going from obviously cheap Michelin Premier LTX Tires (they were not very premier at all) to some Goodyear Eagle Touring Tires. They just don’t make things like they use to and why when buying tires I never ever pay attention to sales information on how many miles tires will get. Plus ouch, the cost, it has been a while since I have bought tires. Updated Post after leaving. Highly recommend Discount Tires on Hwy 64. Great Products, Great Prices, Great Service, very clean reception / sales / waiting area / room, and everyone was very nice and professional. It looked like a pit crew of about five folks changing out my tires and they were super quick. I was in and out of there in less than 25 minutes.
