I went here after I received a leak in my tire from a nail. From the start, everyone was super friendly and professional. Nick was extremely helpful. Everyone at this location went above and beyond to help me out. On top of everything, they didn't charge me anything for the services they provided. When I need new tires, I will be returning here and giving them my money.

Terrible Experience. I was very surprised since my last experience was great.Greeted by Kyle, he was only interested in upselling me wiper blades and tried to sell me new lug nuts by saying factory ones are can cause problems. Even though I had an appt and arrived 15 minutes early, they kept me waiting for almost an hour while they put people in front of me that arrived after I did. Also, my vehicle calls for cold tire pressure of 36. When I left they had 40 lbs in both right side tires, 36 in lf and 37 in left rear. I called and spoke with Madison, the asst. Store mgr., He was rude and condescending. I have been in the automotive industry for many years. This was a very poor reflection on Discount Tire. It was a complete 360 from the experience last time. Store manager should take notice.

Uncharacteristically poor service this evening. Simple tire rotation: wrong air pressure, wrong rotation pattern, wrong torque setting. None of these problems would’ve happened if the techs had just looked at what was written on the ticket. I understand it’s the end of a long day and everybody wants to go home, but that’s no excuse for sloppy service.

I am only going for tire checks now. When I purchased my tires, my electronics were messed with, the heater was on, etc. These guys take it to another level of vindictive behavior. If you are single woman beware of this location.

Arrived at this location late evening about 5:15 p.m to have my tire pressures checked. There was a vehicle waiting line to have air pressure checked. Even though it took some time, it was worth it. It's nice to stay in the vehicle to have this done. Kudos to management for ensuring everyone in line was assisted. Thanks Discount Tire for offering this free service to the public.There aren't many services out there offered at no cost anymore.

Can't say more praise about this store and it's employees. Not only was the customer service great but they were able to come out and replace all 5 tires on my 5th wheel at the park I was staying that same day. 100% recommend

Kyle was of great assistance during my visit today. He went above and beyond regarding my concerns and needs. He was very professional, courteous, and made sure to get us back on the road with new tires at a very affordable rate! He definitely deserves a raise! Been a customer of this specific location for 20 years, love the air check. Roll up pump some air in and you're out of there. Recently they have completely changed how they do your air. It took over 45 minutes to air up the 2 cars in front of me. They now want to use the opportunity to sell you wiper blades and check your tread and say that you need to look into ordering new tires when they have 6/32 tread.... put air in people's tires and value their time and send them on their way. Will not return, I will be supporting local tire shops that value customer service.

I've been coming to Discount for years with the last 3 cars I've owned. I've yet to have a bad experience at any of their locations. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They actually care about your safety. Josh and Madison both were exceptionally helpful and the compassion and understanding they showed me today will never be forgotten. Thank you guys.

Over all they have done well, give them 4.5 stars usually but today 1star. I stopped to check a low tire. Line of 5 cars behind the one being serviced, 15 min later have not moved and he is still chatting with driver. If the driver needs that much information, refer them to inside sales reps and not leave the rest of us baking in the noon time heat. Missed lunch and still did not get my tires checked.

Go somewhere else, horrible wait times. Make appointment for 915a, get there at 9am, guy checks you in says "you'll be outta here within an hour." You eat a burrito nextdoor while waiting an hour, go back to discount and they have not yet even moved my car!!!!! Then tell me there are 2 cars in front of me and it'll be another hour!!!! Don't make an appointment, it's all first come 1st serve, just show up at 9am without an appmt and get in front of the folks w appointments Great system discount!!!!!!

I brought my car in with a nail in the rear tire looking to get it repaired or replaced. The staff was helpful and friendly. I waited for about an hour and a half and was told my tire had been repaired. Soon after I took a road trip and after reaching my destination the same tire was flat. I checked and the same nail in the same location was still there. If they weren't going to fix my tire I sure wish they would have said something.

Super quick, friendly, and easy experience. They work extremely fast. Got a quote yesterday, booked an appointment today. I was told about an hour and a half for 4 tires, and price with warranty was definitely affordable. Got there early today, and the process went super fast. The store was busy, but they were super friendly, and a tech came in after just an hour and told me they were done. I definitely won't go anywhere else but this location for any tire needs. 10/10.

This review is strictly for the location at University and Lindsay in Mesa. Every other location is amazing. I’m constantly recommending Discount Tire based on the service I get at every other location. This one though, it’s been awhile since I dealt with them because they were so bad. Turns out, they’re still terrible. They try to get out of honoring warrantees and try to sell you things you don’t need. Very slimy.
