I enjoy coming to this location. If you didn't buy your tires here, you pay I think 20 or $40 and then they consider the tires theirs and you get free rotations and tread patches and plugs. They have a good stock of wheel and tires in stock. I'll be going soon to get new tires installed.

After picking up medication for my dog in Gilbert, I was on the 60 returning home and the front right tire started losing air rapidly. GPS helped me find this store and I pulled in with only 5 psi left in the tire. Staff was amazing even putting my dog's medicine in the refrigerator bc it needed to be refrigerated. Service was fast, the tire was able to be repaired and there was no charge!! Definitely recommend this place and, hopefully not soon😁, I will be back. Thank you!

Went in recently for some tire related issues with my truck and I was met with the Manager Preston and I have to say his customer service was excellent and exceptional! He is the true meaning of customer service! very kind, courteous and professional! His team was just as good! They were very professional and polite from the moment I walked in, to the moment my vehicle was complete! I will definitely be coming back to this location! Preston the manager went above and beyond!! Truly thankful for this! Two thumbs up guys 👍👍 Way to go! You guys rock!! Thank you!!

This is a great place for any of your tire needs. Always had a great experience here. Connor is super friendly and knowledgeable. He never tries to pressure or upsell things I don't need. I've been to several Discount Tires - this is by far the best I've found!

I’ve been here many times always buy my tires here and get the certificate. This past year, I’ve had some bad luck and had three tires replaced for free and they were about $350 apiece. Always fast and courteous service. I really appreciate what they do for me. I like the location at Main and Recker because it doesn’t seem to get as much traffic and I can always get in and out quicker. I’ll keep coming back Jenny Discount tire location because repairs are free with their certificate. Replacements are free. Rotations are free rebalancing is free. It’s really a great place.

Connor was the customer service rep that took care of me when I had a bent rim on my popup camper. That dude could teach a course on customer service! Greeted me with a smile and excitement, explained all the options I had, checked me in as I pulled my trailer into the correct area, and informed me what my wait time would be.

The service was good BUT the last two tire rotations they have tried very hard to sell me items I don't need. First was windshield wipers when mine were only a month old and the latest was lug nuts when I didn't need them at all. I don't like the sales tactics at all. What concerns me most is doing this to elderly people who might not know better. I will be looking for a different tire store.

Preston and Connor get a BIG shout-out for the professional, and compassionate handling of what was a minor situation on my part, they treated me very well, even though it was practically standing room only there. Tire light came on.. there was a bolt in my tire….stopped in and they took my Pilot in very quickly to repair.. Excellent, very prompt and professional service. Highly recommend!
