The only reason I gave 4 stars is the price. Even on Black Friday it was steep, but I’m very grateful for Joshua working with me to get the price lower. He definitely knew his stuff and understood I wanted to save as much $ as possible(which is why I waited until Black Friday for tires) by knocking down the price just under $800. The world needs more pros like Joshua across all industries, the customer experience would be improved greatly by it.

Got 2 new tires and I purchased ahead of time and made an appointment. It was done it 40 mins. Good stuff. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is my tire light is still on a week later. Would have expected them to fix that. Will be back though. Thanks!

I had less than 100 miles on my new tires from Discount picked up a lag bolt in my left front tire. Tried to set up a 430 appointment with Michael. Michael also explained it may not be repairable, which seemed reasonable due to the size of the lag bolt we made arrangements if that were to occur .I dropped it off a little after three as I didn't want the tire to go flat. by the time I got home I received a call a call that the tire could be repaired and it was noted the lug nuts which were two piece with aluminum on the outer shell were expanding. I had them replaced at a very reasonable price with no labor charged. exceptional service They raise the bar Thanks to all who worked there and service the customers .

I often use Discount Tire's free service to get air into my tires, bouncing around Phoenix (I am not loyal to one location), but this will be my new go-to store! Isaac was great, and I cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond for me! He was so positive, which I commend because Arizona has been quite hot, but he wasn't letting the heat stop him! Isaac answered my questions thoughtfully and was very knowledgeable, which was fantastic because I am unfamiliar with tire maintenance. He gets 100 gold stars from me, and I want to thank him again for making a chore worthwhile! We need more people like Issac!

I stopped by the 1929 W Main location today due to a slow tire leak. While it's not my usual store, it was convenient to my workplace, and I was pressed for time. I was prepared to return the next morning, but Matt and his team quickly got me in, diagnosed the issue, made the repair, and had me back on the road in no time.

These guys are great. The people on here saying they had a bad experience didn't have Ben and his squad working that day, sucks for you guys. They attempted to fix my unrepairable flat tire and they saved me money on the new tires. I had a tire sensor malfunction hours later and Ben took care of that as well even though I was 2 hours away near Mexico! This shit should be on a tire commercial the way it all played out, see you guys this weekend to finally deal with the sensor.

Fixed my tire for free, had a screw in the tire. Usually pretty busy and the wait is kinda long but they provide quality service! Couldn't be happier with my tire fix. Came back with a whole different car with screws in front tire and rear tire. They fixed them both for free! Thanks Michael!

All the guys that I have interacted with are super amazing. Max and Jacob are the ones remember the names.There is no way ai am going anywhere else to get tires but this shop or any other Discount Tire locations. I got a piece of metal removed from one the tires for free. The best customer services 👌🏼

Jacob was fantastic!!! I came in with my Toyota 86 to get new tires for my car. They let me know that my lugs were damaged so they couldn’t put my 4th tire on. They loaded the extra tire in my trunk and remember me after I came in two days later after I got the problem fixed. Jacob was ready at the door for me!! Perfect customer service on behalf of Jacob and crew!! Again thank you very much love the hospitality!

Update: had an emergency flat and had to pull in. Way faster and no appointment. Still wasn't given any lube when they screw you on prices. Overpriced and don't trust their time frame given. Beyond slow.

This Discount Tire has friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful staff. I have been a customer of this location for years and they have consistently been thorough, efficient and honest in their interactions. Nick, the branch manager, is always very helpful. And Joshua, who helped me the past two times, took the time to understand my concern and helped me resolve the issue safely and efficiently. My encounters with everyone in this location has always been very positive. Highly recommending them.

This place potentially saved my life! Was going to take my bmw to some common neighborhood tire shop and they were ready to install the tires I had. Well Benjamin and Michael informed me that the tires I had were not up to the proper specifications. They helped me find the proper tires and ordered them promptly. This place truly understands the integral part that quality tires play in enjoying a safe drive.

Michael and Gabriel were great !!! Michael helped explain the Life time of a tire and Gabriel helped change the tire. Although Gabriel over filled my tire pressure it was a decent experience. Great place !!!!!

Recently, I had my tires repaired at their place, they didn't charge me, but they didn't fix my tires. The next day after I left, the tires were still flat. When I went back to negotiate, they said they could try to repair them again, but they weren't sure if they could fix them. It is recommended to change 4 tires for the safety of the body in the case of bad repair. My car is a Tesla, and I drove less than 3,000 miles and got a nail. I don't know if they did it intentionally, but it looks like it is intentional for profit, and eventually I had to change a new tire. I hope Tesla owners or expensive tires still go to the 4S shop for repair, after all, on the basis of spending money, they will not waste too much time and energy for you to toss back and forth, they make a living but waste other people's precious time! Service is good, but technology I dare give too high marks, because the cost of repairing a tire for free is still too expensive...
