These guys are freaking amazing 😍😍 I will always come here!! been having a rough time recently and these guys made life easier! Had a blowout and showed up basically at closing time. I expected to get my car the next day..no, they took me in at 5:50 and got me fixed up literally 20 mins later..I don't know what I would've done without you all!! Much love to Joseph and Thomas! And all the people that helped that I don't know their names!!

All the hype I had heard about Discount Tire proved to be true. They were efficient, friendly, and true to their word as far as how long it would take to finish my car. They also provided some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. They will be handling my tires for years to come.

I will continue to buy my tires at this location as long as I have a car with wheels. I came in several weeks ago, and Tevin was kind, professional, and super helpful, making my otherwise daunting tire shopping experience a walk in the park. Tevin helped guide me toward the tires I needed. I ended up coming back and expressed some concerns I had with the performance of the tires I purchased. This time, Chandler helped me out and showed extreme hospitality. He remembered me from my previous visit, listened to my concerns, and I was able to swap my tires for a better pair and take care of the difference. Thanks, guys!

Much like other "discount" shops, the place if full of kids with no idea what they're doing and managers that are just as confused, they'll strip your lug nuts, snap your wheel studs and try to tell you to tow it somewhere else, they'll also say "good luck proving we were the last to touch it" after they screw things up, so if you're willing to risk your safety as well as others by supporting unqualified businesses like this, then by all means, otherwise, I'd suggest going somewhere more reputable.

Showed up with a flat and broke til payday. These guys could not fix my flat at 10 mins before closing. Oh no! What to do? They found a tire and donated it to me for free to get me home safe. I know where I am coming payday for new tires!! How awesome! Do not see this these days anywhere any more. Please support discount tire on may and express way!!

We arrived today because of a flat on our Kia Sorento. We were on our way home to Texas but figured we would stop by and check to be safe. We were greeted by Seth at the air check section. He was absolutely kind and helpful. He found a nail and luckily said that they could repair it. He also explained about the tread of the other tires. My mom and I sat in the comfortable waiting area. I think it was Bradley who took care of us. Once again, we were helped by someone who was courteous and knowledgeable. Discount Tires have always been the place for us to go to. In Northern California, it's America Tires for us.( Napa location). We would like to acknowledge the professionalism and integrity of all the staff members at this location. We visit OKC quite often. We will definitely get our new tires there.

Although the service was quick, and I did arrive right before closing, (tire spliting). It was a safety concern so they took me right away. I drove away with 4 new tires right into a freak rain/hail storm. Tires did great!

1st They took down all my info and still charged me under someone else’s name and wanted to charge me again under the same info and promised a refund on the first charge. 2nd It seemed that finished vehicles were pulled up by the curb when handing off keys. They didn’t even tell me where they parked it. Done spending money here.

I've been using these guys for a while and they're very fair, always ready to take care of the customer and are very professional. I find that's the case with most of the Discounts Tire locations around the country, so I always make sure my family buys their tires from these guys. Used to love coming here. Had an appointment for new tires took 30 min to just check in cause two guys were helping customers while one guy was busy texting on his phone. Same problem when I went to pick up my truck. The. Had to go to another discount tire 2 days later to fill with air cause they didn’t inflate the tires to 43psi, but to 36psi. Won’t go to the Yukon location again.

Go here and see Tevin!! Trust me. He’s the best and I owe him big time. Quick and easy service. I got 4 new tires and they were so patient while I shopped at other places to make sure I got a deal. They even price-match! Highly recommend!

Pulled in for a patch. Told the guy I had a rope plug patch as a temp fix, he replied "we will pull it out and if it's fixable we will patch it" Ok no problem, guy pulls my tire off, sees the rope patch, doesn't fix it, puts the donut on. "Sorry we don't fix rope patches".... I was told otherwise, called the guy who said it, they are now fixing my tire. This place needs to be on the same page.
