2018 Tesla Model X - Had a flat tire from breaking the valve stem on my TPMS sensor. I arrived about 15 mins early with the tire in-hand and was promptly checked in. There was a 50/50 chance I could have damaged the sensor, so they took it back, and luckily it was just the stem. Removed and replaced it within 5-10 mins, and I was back on the road free of charge! Thank you guys so much for the great service! Definitely recommend!

Bought 4 new top of the line tires for my Camaro. Back right tire always stays at 20 lbs of air but never goes flat. I’ve taken it back 2 times now and they never replace it and I’m back in the same boat. Manager needs to contact me asap to get this fixed. I didn’t pay for 1 tire that goes flat.

My last review for a discount tire wasn't good. However I loved this one and this discount tire saved my opinion on all discount tire. The people alone were enough but the way the fixed my car pushed it over the limit. Amazing job and great staff and the teens actually did a really good fixing my flat tire. I did get a name after he was done and his name was Austin. He had curly hair and lowkey kinda hot no gay stuff. Whenever I get a flat or need my windowwipers replace I'm going to this location for now on. Thanks Austin and the manager that helped me

You can get your flat fixed here for free, and the amazing service will bring you back when you need to be replaced. There's always something on sale. Be sure to schedule an appointment, because they stay busy.

I just had one of the best retail experiences in recent memory at the Discount Tire w Memorial location - made so by two very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly gentlemen, Al and Justin. I had an appt which was honored promptly, getting my vehicle in a bay quickly. There was an unexpected issue encountered that was explained thoroughly and a solution clearly presented. Leaving now, a very happy customer feeling my history of consumer loyalty was acknowledged and appreciated!

I stopped by yesterday morning to get air in my tires before heading to a funeral an hour & a half away. The guy man that helped me was very nice & took very good care of me. He even made sure my spare tire was good when i told him where i was headed. I didn’t get his name but his customer service was a 10/10. Thank you!

Truly my only choice when I need help with my tires. I’ve used them for years. Just recently I called right after closing because I had a flat tire and they saw me anyways, staying late to help! I appreciate them immensely and will always use Discount Tire!

Had a flat last night, put the spare on with holiday weekend needed my truck for our trip. Showed up at 8am they had two tires and another store had two. They were on it got the two from the other store and had me back up and running by 10. Once again outstanding customer service that’s why I keep going back.

Update from 7/23. No response so proves they don't care...nuff said. All good things come to an end. After 7 years, yesterday was the last visit. Was a walk-in just to ask a question. The technician was with a customer and said, "Be right with you. Of course, no issue... then went to another customer but was just a key handover... again, no issue. As I was the only one waiting... phone rang... took the call and left me standing there.. then heard him give the managers name and knew the phone call was not going to end soon. Standing in the lobby and a phone call took priority, total foul. They lost a $1500 tire purchase for that phone call.

Not the best experience 😕 I came in (6/12) for tire warranty work on a single tire that was causing problems on my wifes car. They didn't have it in stock and said to come back the next day (6/13) so they could get the tire, and then they would do the check and potential repair or swap. I came back the next day (6/13) in the moring, they got the wrong tire but decided to check to see if a repair could be made anyway. There was a metal shard in the inside tire wall, meaning it needed to be replaced. So I left my wheel and tire there as they put on the spare donut. No problems. They said they would get the tire brought up to this location and call when it was swapped out and ready to be put on. Never got a call or text update. Called 4 hours later, they said it was ready. So, I headed over, checked in, and they swaped the tire out. It was supposed to be this simple. For some reason, without communicating (again), they decided to just leave the spare out in my tiny trunk (Chevy Spark). Maybe there is a policy not to touch customers' belongings, but that wasn't a problem when they had to get the spare out and put on previously this morning. (Just ask) So I had to do it myself and put it back in the wheel well area. Conclusion, pure stupidity. Some simple communication could have gone a long way. I could have easily been directed to the other location (15 mins away) that had the tire on hand and been done with all of this in 30-45 minutes this morning. Instead, I got the pleasure of experiencing 5 hours of stupidity.

Lies about the time frames, needed a patch in a tire. Even an appointment time. Waited over an hour just to hear they prefer to do a new tire instead of patching (was in a patchable area) but instead just put air in tire and called it a day.

Usually have an excellent experience here until today. Called about ordering four new tires (Yokohama Geolandar) that I had price matched through their website. Was sent an email about the price match being good for 30 days. Guy told me over the phone that the tire was midrange and if I must have that brand he recommended one that was 40 plus more per tire. I stated the one I wanted had great reviews and a 65k rating. My son was loud so I had to get off the phone. Did not seem like he wanted to honor the price match. NW expressway location stated that price match was killing them but he ordered them for me to be here this week. Honor your policy and do right by your customers. I’ll only be going to the NW Expressway location from now on! Gave two stars instead of one for them previously being great.

They were all good 👍 we were having a flat on the way to the doctor and noticed the tire shop down the road we only had to wait a few minutes and they helped us found a nail in the tire and it was fixed in just 30mins. Everyone was very helpful and professional the shop was nice and clean. After the work was done they handed me the keys and said no charge. I was surprised but they didn't change to repair a flat. Nice place will be back.

A few days ago I realized there was a nail in my tire, of course it had to be a holiday weekend, so we put off bringing my car in anywhere until today (Monday). I happened to tell a friend about my tire and she suggested Discount Tire because she got a great deal here on tires and I figured that was what I needed. I scheduled an appt online last night, super simple, came in this morning, and to my surprise it was just a patch job! All the employees were very friendly! I was in and out in 30 mins of my appt time too! Highly recommend this location for anyone needing tire service!
