Avoid this discount tire location and go to the yukon or edmond location if youre a discount tire customer. Otherwise if youre a new customer youll get a better customer service experience and the job will get done right across the street at hibdon. This location is a failure in the customer service and quality assurance departments. If you have no choice but to use this location, ask for christian. He will make sure the job is done right and you will leave satisfied. This location is notorious for doing a sloppy half rear-ended job balancing wheels and patching tires. Expect to make multiple trips if you have this location perform services.

Discount tire...over tightened the nuts on both my tie-rods so that I couldn't get them off before twll iij my me they needed to be replaced to do my alignment. Also they over tightened my rear passenger side axle nut so that it would pre-load the bearing and eventually go out while driving. They then handed me an alignment slip that described my rear passenger side wheel as having a negative camber to cover their tracks. Honestly, this was an attempt on my life and I will be getting a lawyer and suing!! They play games with their maintenance Oklahoma City!! And they are not to be trusted. If you feel the slightest bit of negative energy from their staff, I highly advise you to call the police and get your vehicle off their lifts.

I want to make my self clear I will not come back to this location until they get new employees. I go in there on a Friday, and I get that Fridays might be busy but that doesn't accumulate for the fact that you can do a terrible job on my car. Cars can kill multiple people if they aren't fixed right and the tires are maybe the most dangerous things if you don't fix it right. I wait maybe 30 to 40 minutes til they get to me I wasn't busy so I'm not even mad at that long fricking wait. They fixed the nail in my tire and I had to get a new tire bc they couldn't patch it. Bunch of idiots scratch that. There was a teen working on my car. Maybe. Multiple people were working on it. I'm mad because I didn't like the people there

I scheduled an appointment because my front driver’s side tire was losing air. I also asked them to check all tire lug nuts and make sure they were all tightened and that front driver’s side tire the lug nuts weren’t even tightened, and neither were the tone tires. So y’all check and make sure your lug nuts are tightened!

I spoke with Christian at 5:30 (store closes at 6), and he encouraged me to come in the same day. He was patient with all my inquiries, as I have no idea what I am doing with my life. Arrived with just 10 minutes until closing and everyone was friendly and upbeat and jumped right in to get new tires on my Jeep. I was nearly in tears when arriving, and felt like a fish out of water… but Christian and Benjamin took care of my concerns and requests and made the entire process go so smoothly. If I could give 10 stars I would and I will definitely recommend THIS location to everyone! Thank you for taking care of me (and my Jeep). Thank you so much! Sara Smith

I’m disappointed to have to write this as my previous experiences with Discount Tire in other locations have been outstanding. This location, however, did not meet that standard. I understand that car manufacturers set the specs for tires for specific reasons and I know the risks of putting larger than recommended tires on my truck. At any rate, the size tires I wanted had been mounted on my truck at a Discount Tire location when I first bought the truck. I was in OKC for work and went to this location as I needed new tires. Figured it was the best spot because they also did alignments. I asked for the same size I had been running on my truck and they mounted them and “aligned” it. I pulled out and the slightest amount of turn rubbed like crazy, a problem I’ve never had with this size tire. I come back and the dude’s solution was “I can see if someone in the shop has a knife because you’re only rubbing in this small spot and we can cut this fender liner.” Considering I’ve never rubbed with this size tire, this was not acceptable to me. Looking at the alignment sheet, they kept a few numbers in the yellow range and I asked why they didn’t move the caster further forward as that would’ve prevented some of the rubbing. His response “we don’t touch caster because it doesn’t affect tire wear.” Also not acceptable as caster is part of an alignment and they advertise an alignment-not a partial alignment. I had them put my old tires on so I could take it to Toyota and they discovered a faulty part in my frame which was causing the caster bolts to come off center. Not sure if this Discount location broke the part, but if they didn’t, they still “aligned” it with a faulty part and failed to even mention to me that this was broken. I’ve attached a photo of the broken tab that keeps the bolt centered. Christian was the only employee at this location that was friendly and understanding to the situation. The rest seemed incompetent. Leave the alignments to mechanics, not zit faced high school kids working part time mounting tires.

Decent price for a travel trailer tire. The staff was good and quick. We were driving through and they got us done in less than an hour. Tire was $85. They charged $22 "installation fee" for a spare tire. Then some other $16 junk fee. Paid $135 for an $85 tire.

Crosstread a lugnut and when i pick up my car the front counter guy said it was like that, Im a mechanic got a flat tire this weekend and decide to replace all 4 tires, the shop I work for it was closed (sat) so I just install the spare tire my self the night before by hand and a 4 way tool, its impossible to get a lugnut thigh croostread by hand it will brake or it will stop moving. The spare I mount it was put on in the left front and its where this Kids croostread the stud and lugnut, when he give me the lugnut it was a little warm when they try to forced in. Anyways Its a easy fix its just the fact that he lie in my face, I did let him know before, that I work on cars because he try to sell me a spare tire and an alightment I said that he cant do the alightment because I had bad suspensión parts that I need it to replace and for a fact he cant align my car straigt with bad suspensión parts. So Eric please be more honest!! Customer w ill apreciated if you do you job with honesty that also will make you a better person.

To preface, I have been a Discount Tire customer for about 13 tires over the past 4 years. I visited today because 3 of my tires were worn down almost to the wiring. This was an alignment issue, which had been identified when I bought the set of Roadhugger tires 9000 miles ago. I had gotten an alignment done (or so I was told) on the same day the new set of tires was bought. 4,500 miles after buying the new set, I bring my car in for a rotation and balance. No inspection was done on my tires, or they would have caught my alignment issue once again. Today, I received no warranty coverage and had to pay for another alignment that evidently was not done right the first time. To top it all off, I am handed the keys and told I am “all good to go”, so I ask to triple check that they have done my alignment. Surprise! I am there for another 45 minutes while they do the alignment they forgot about. If I had not asked, I would be in Discount Tire once again in 6 months being swindled into another $500 purchase. Could not be more upset. Disgusting what this company does to people.

We have always been big fans of Discount Tire and look forward to continue to be customers. However, one particular location needs addressed. The location in question located 6841 SW 3rd st oklahoma city, ok 73128 - salesperson Aaron R B. 8/14/24: My Wife found a nail in her left rear tire. She set an online appointment for 8/15 to get it patched. We got the protection plan you offer when we bought these tires 6ish months ago. 8/15/24: Wife arrives, is told tire isn't patchable and needs replacing. No problem, good thing we got the protection plan. Tire was replaced. Tires rotated, so the new tire was moved from left rear to right front. TMPS sensor still showed low PSI when she left, but said the tire looked visually good. She proceeded to drive 2 hours with our 2 months old newborn in the car.. luckily you didn't kill my family. That evening, the new tire is flat in our driveway. So we set ANOTHER appt online for 8/16/24 at 9:15am to go BACK and have it mounted PROPERLY, AGAIN. 8/16/24: Wife arrives for her appointment she set online at 9:15am. Spoke with Aaron, who advised she may have to wait until noon.... but would TRY to get her in earlier. We gave them until 10:15am and then I decided to call. I spoke with Travis, who was super nice and understanding. he said he wasn't aware of the situation and said he would get her into the bay right away. I thanked him and ended the call. Keep in mind, the only reason we are here today is because the job wasn't done properly yesterday. And they did get her car in the bay within 15 minutes, which i appreciated. When Travis came to talk to my wife in the lobby to explain, she realized they had dismounted the right rear tire from the wheel when the tire in question, THE BRAND NEW TIRE FROM YESTERDAY, was located on the right front. The tire tech couldn't tell the difference between a 6 months old tire and a brand new 12 hour old tire. That's pretty concerning. Aaron's lack of skill cost us time and money, and almost our safety. Travis was great to work with, once he took over for Aaron. I'm unsure if Aaron was the tire tech, but it would make sense if he was. The est completion time on my invoice is 12:22pm. When we had an appt set for 9:15am. This location needs some retraining. Regardless, we won't be back here. We will continue to be customers of discount tire, but not at this location. We will drive the extra time to go to the location on Penn and Memorial, they have never let us down like this.

Whoa, this location really is not my preferred Discount Tire store but it was closest to me at the time. I decided to get my nail in the tire fixed today around 3:35. I was not greeted when I walked in, the staff clearly was not going my their check in schedule. One guy mentioned he had an appointment and had been waiting 45min. I was a walk in and my car was still waiting in the parking lot( I had been waiting 40min already.) Although, there was a women that came after me(whom did not have an appointment, left way before my car even left the parking lot.) WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

If you are not happy with your tire store go see these guys! Took my 4runner for a tire rotation and balance, I have been dealing with another discount tire store and have had problems with steering wheel shimmy. The gentleman that helped me here (Eric) took care of the balance on my tires! My 4runner drives like a new car now! Silky smooth balance now! Thanks again to these guys for doing great work!! Do not hesitate, go get all your tire work done here!!!

This location does not do walk in in order of arrival. Arrived takes to associate and paid by 8:33 am estimated completion time was 10:03am different customers arrived after I had paid and all 3 were on and out before my car was even pulled into a bay. Car finally pulled into bay at 10:50am. When asked they claimed they have different bays for different things but pulled my car into the bay that someone who arrived after me was just pulled out of. So there was no excuse for that customer to be serviced before me. Did not let me know they were running behind and I had to go to the counter myself to get an update at 10:33 since my estimated completion time had come and gone and I had not been pulled into the bay yet. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and communication at this location. Never had this issue at any other location. Looks like this has become a common thing at this location going by recent reviews.

What a great team and great store. Store Manager Brandon is a great leader and leads his team to take care of the customers. Arron one of the sales man was outstanding and helped me with a tire selection and listen to me and my needs and worked to get a solution for me. Christen the shop manager worked with Arron to help me out and made sure I was taken care of quickly to meet my time line. And Edgar worked hard to help get the tire prepared and on even put the spare back in my wife’s car and made sure it was all Secure and ready to go. I can not say enough about this store. And this is why I do business there. They take care of me and help me when I am in a hurry and I can’t say enough about them. Thank you guys for everything.

I brought my parent's car in for a slow leak, covered under warranty, needs rotatio, and wipers are trash.. that service was free and a great deal on a new pair of wiper blades.. these guys are very nice. Aaro, who helped me, was awesome and made it easy. He's friendly, and professional with everyone he helped.
