Good service but they upsell both product and time estimates. Was told my tire change would take 30 minutes so I decided to wait in store. It then proceeded to take 2 hours until it was done. It wouldn’t have been a big deal but they told me otherwise. Unfortunate experience with this location and a complete waste of my time.

Great experience. I was a difficult customer. Will handled my problem perfectly. The other employees I talked to were great as well. The store is well managed, the folks in the bays were working at a fast pace but doing everything right, no sloppy work. They take extra care not to damage your wheels. They fixed my wheel alignment for $50 less than the Toyota dealership quoted. The steering is perfect now. I highly recommend this location.

I know it’s free but I bought my tires here but I’ve been sitting in line 1st in line for over 20 minutes to get air. They don’t come out that’s the part that sucks now there’s five cars behind me. Maybe they’ll come out soon before I have to go to work.

Was overwhelmed with the cost of tires, thought I would have to wait but the manager was very helpful and assisted me with finding something within my budget. Would recommend and will return again with any tire related business.

Great customer service, was able to get my vehicle in for a nail in my tire. They torque down all of my tires and overall had an amazing experience. Will always go with Discount Tire.

I called Discount Tire and asked if they were busy and they said they been slow all morning. I arrived at 12:17 checked in and was given an estimate time of 1:15. 1:15 came around and I went to check on my truck and it was still sitting outside. So I went in to get a refund and they said ther getting ready to pull it in now. I'm complete at 1:45

When pulling up to get air, it takes forever. Workers just walk around looking as if it's not important to put air in a customer tire. I ended up going to Hibdon a block down

I went to so many DiscountTire for nail tire it’s all free but this my first time been here after I left my car for checking and 30 min later call me say my tire need to change can’t be fixable okay I understand and they ask me want to change at their place or no I say no need cuz if change tire I can go my friends shop change then I tell the worker put it back for me and I ask him it’s free right am ready to go he say yup it’s free but one guy come to me ask me go inside pay and I ask why not free but say something else I thought if different from Dallas the one I go to then I pay $20 then I call discount tire they say I rescheduled for change tire fee 🙃I didn’t say nothing about the reschedule any tire change but all good they give me refund after I call service y’all be careful👍

This place is FANTASTIC! I bought two new tires online and made an appointment for the next day. My appointment was at 3:40 and i got the car back at 4:00 and i was expecting it to take at least an hour! Everyone i talked to was very nice as well. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that the waiting chairs are directly infront of the windows making it kind of hot lol but it wasn’t that big of deal. This was by far the best experience i’ve had at any car place, and I seriously couldn’t recommend them more.

Was told it would be ready no more than a 50 minute wait and I wanted 1 hour and 50 minutes to get my car back with the tire pressure light still on. I waited so long that I just left with it on. The employees are nice but that was just ridiculous. If I had known it was going to take that long I would have had someone pick me up instead of waiting in the store the entire time. I would have been fine with that long of a wait if they had told me it was gonna be that long.

This is the best place to go for tile. I got a nail in tire and thought they can help me patch it. And they replaced it for free saying it is still in warranty and I even didn’t know it. I went there kind of near closing but they didn’t decline me and change the tire for me even after 6. Thanks for the hard work you all do. Appreciate your service!

I had a blowout on my birthday weekend. The place I usually go to for tires didn't have my size, so after calling around these guys were the only ones close to me that had them in stock. I really dislike places that are focused on sales, and it was obvious here. I had expressed to the gentleman THREE TIMES that I could only afford the cheapest tire and ONE tire. He proceeds to show me the most expensive tires, and tries to talk me into buying another tire. I did my best to be nice, but damn it was already a bad day and ya'll want more money out of me from an already expensive and unexpected expense?? So far as the building itself - barely any comfortable seating and the building is glass - so on a hot day of already being outside dealing with a blowout, I had to wait around in a building where the sun is burning me as well. I don't mean to sound like a princess, but I was asked for my feedback. This was a terrible experience and I will not be returning. I already felt bad about spending money I did not have on a replacement tire, for them to make me feel bad about not filling their pockets with more tire purchases. I loathe places like this, and I feel bad for the employees if they're expected to make a quota. It's predatorial and greedy.

I ordered a tire here to replace one that could not be fixed. 3 weeks later, I still do not have my tire. I keep calling requesting updates and have spoken to Will twice and Ethan once. Neither of them call me back like they say they will. Frustrated, I walked in to a different location yesterday looking for ANYONE to help me, and they were confused because they have 5 of the tire I needed in their shop and ready to go. Not sure what happened here but will not be returning.

Never again I've always been a sorte of fan of discount tire, used them in 5 different states. This location is making me reconsider. They absolutely do not value customer's time, they insist on you changing stuff after you said "No" two or three times. Imagine having customers waiting but they still have time to gossip. How do I know? They should have stopped talking when opening or closing the door reserved to employee at the back near the restroom. Coming out pretending to go to the restroom because they thought I would not know( but when you hear the words everything connects). Five grown men going to the restroom one after the other. I have the right to keep what ever I want in my car and I still do not understand why someone will be looking through my car when I was only there for a tire change. I'll rather drive longer to another store than to go to this location even if I live nearby.

Avoid this location if you can. Terrible customer service, I was waiting for someone at the counter for 40 minutes just for him to say he would help me after his present phone call only for him to hang up the phone and walk into the garage never to be seen again. This wasn't just him, it was the others too. No sense of urgency, no proper customer service, nothing worth waiting for.
