Everything was good when they rotated my tires except they didn't put one of the hub caps back on good and it came out and got ran over.

Had an 1145 appointment just to get a tire inspected that keeps losing air that I bought from them and got told it would be over an hour to do a 5 minute inspection. Will not go back or buy tires from this store

I had nail in one tire and warning sign from car all four tires pressure low. Representative saw the nail in one tire (patchable). Then without checking the other three tires, recommended to me to change all four tires. I had my car serviced at dealership the day before and they checked my tires and said my treads where ok. So not sure why DT representative recommended to me to replace all four. I said i prefer if they can just patch the nail. I have two other cars i need to bring in to get new tires. The representative said they couldnt patch bc the inside tread was worn. Sounds fishy to me bc dealership checked it the day before. Made me feel not very trustworthy.

I seriously owe these people some sourdough or cookies. Not only did they fix the work Firestone messed up, they made me feel empowered and like I wasn't being taken advantage of ... unlike Firestone. They came in clutch and were very accommodating!

I brought in a tire with a a VERY dodgy puncture (right up against the side wall, which is often unpatchable), and a kind gentleman named Irvin not only helped me IMMEDIATELY, but he managed to masterfully patch the hole, air up and balance the tire, in literally, and I do mean LITERALLY less than 10 minutes. These guys are always polite. People that walk in the door 5 minutes before they close are treated like the first customer of the day. The workers ALWAYS stay late to ensure everyone gets taken care of. None better.

They did an alignment when my front end was loose and needed a new control arm. They know that, but still charged me and gave me an alignment. Complete waste of time for everyone

I've been a Discount Tire customer for years. Always been treated well, fair and very friendly. However I've never had an issue, this time I did. I was shocked! Shocked at how good Manny, the salesman and Scott, the manager handled it. I thought customer service was dead, ITS NOT! Manny with a smile said we'll take care of it and Scott, he took care of it immediately. Thanks guys, I needed a good day!

The team at this Discount Tire are always pleasant and efficient. They usually finish before their estimated time. Despite the fact that flat repairs are free, I appreciate that when I take a flat in, I am treated like a paying customer. Discount Tire gets all of our business. Furthermore, I am not prone to recommend businesses in general, but I find myself repeatedly suggesting this location to friends and family.
