I wish I could rate this location even higher! I worked with Jonathan on my Honda and he took great care of my car and me. I am completely satisfied by my tires and the service was unmatched! It’s amazing to know that there are still places out there with that old fashion attention to great customer service. I will be shopping here for all my tires!

I been to location in Houston just from my experience they know which car pull in first thur 5. If a elderly person pulls up first and don't or can't wait outside in the freezing weather and they came early they or anybody else should b waiting on in that order. Please explain help me understand the process

I went to Discount Tire, 121st Dodge in Omaha at 4:30 on Friday afternoon, packed! But they got my car in the service area in 30 minutes. Found a nail in the middle of my tire. They fixed it and I was out in an hour…for no CHARGE! Carlos E G the salesperson that met me at the door, was very nice and Alex that ran the service area was very informative and nice. They said just bring your business back to us. Yes, I will!

Very Professional!! Sometimes, the waiting is long and that is not because of lack of staffs or work performance. Everyone’s here don’t sit still and constantly moving and moving making sure they are on the top of the schedule. First time here and my experience with them was great. Got one of my tire repaired and ready to go. Keep up

These guys were phenomenal!! From John who answered the phone when I said I was going to be late and please still bring your vehicle in, after I offered to reschedule. To Carlos who took great care of me. Gave me a wait time well beyond what he needed, I understand why though. No fault to him. And Alex, he drove it home for me why I will always be back to this location. I thought I was coming in for a tire fix, left with two brand new tires, but was explained exactly why and I couldn’t be happier with my entire experience!! Will recommend this location to everyone! bought 2 sets of tires this year from them, the one time i come in asking for a fix on a plug they cant do it? not only that they took the tire off the rim and refused to put it back on due to some tire guidelines. anyways went up to tommys tires on 144th and center was in and out in 10-15 mins. would not recommend to anyone.

Amazing people here.. Jonathan helped me this visit and even though I was on a budget and I ended up being a bit of a difficult customer (because I know nothing about tires), he did everything he could to help me and help me understand all the information he needed to give me while also breaking down prices and being flexible with my choices. I'm not sure the name of the employee from the picture but this elderly woman explained to this gentleman that her husband recently passed away and she isn't sure what it is but a light came on in her car. Her husband organized all the maintenance on the car and she didn't know what to do. He stepped out from behind the counter and encouraged her to have a seat while he checked it out. This is him explaining to her something about the car. I really appreciate the genuine kindness shown by all of the employees here. Great team at this location

I've always had a great experience with Discount Tire. This was the first time at this location as I was leaving my office nearby when I noticed my tire was completely flat with a HUGE bolt in it. I called Alex at 530p and asked if it was too late for me to come by since I knew they were soon to close. He said to come in as soon as I could and they'd get me taken care of. I showed up at about 540p and they were busy. I thought for sure they'd send me on my way since it was busy and late. Alex kindly checked me in and reassured me they'd get me fixed up. The waiting area was clean, and comfortable and within 30min they had me patched and on my way home. Thanks Alex and Discount Tire!

I came in thinking I was going to have to replace all 4 tires or at least 1 due to a leak in my tire that couldn’t be repaired. This is what I was told by the first place I went. Steve and LJ were great at Discount Tire off dodge. They went over different pricing options if they couldn’t repair the tire and were very informative. They ended up being able to repair my tire :)

Stopped in this morning with a flat on my Tesla Model Y. No appointment. They fixed my tire and had me back on the road in 90 minutes...and get this...AT NO CHARGE...WHO DOES THAT??? I was impressed with the courtesy, and prompt service. They will get all my tire business moving forward...period! Well done!

I can see why this location is constantly busy, they provide excellent service in, what seems to me, a very fast time. I bought the tire insurance and both times (time coming off rim, nail in tire) they not only had it fixed within an hour but it fully covered. The latter being a brand new tire. I have never once been upsold or felt like I getting dishonest information. Great location. I will definitely be back when I need anything done with my tires.

I just had the best experience at this place! I had a screw in my tire, and they were able to get me in and out in about 30 minutes, which I really appreciate! They also went the extra mile and replaced all of the caps for my tire valves since some of them were missing. They also noticed that my windshield wiper blades needed to be changed and were able to replace those for me very quick. Overall, I’m super happy with my experience! Great customer service and super efficient team.

Steven at Discount Tire West Omaha saved the day and my families 4th of July vacation. He was able to source a winter tire to match others on my vehicle, honored the warranty and replaced the tire after determining the flat could not be patched. The team at discount fully inspected the spare after AAA sent me on my way with far less air pressure than what is considered safe. Overall I will only buy tires from Discount as well as sing their praise to my family and friends. Having access to a Discount Tire locations across the nation is a game changer when traveling…. Place is great. Had an emergency situation after a 2 bedroom pothole on 144th ruined a couple of my tires. They got me right in and replaced all 4 for fairly cheap. Yes I had to wait 2hrs to get done but better than the alternative stranded 5hrs on side of the road somewhere. Will definitely be coming back here. Dude at the counter was awesome.

This is the only location that I don’t like. These guys can’t balance a tire to save their lives. Every other location does just fine. Every time I’ve come here I’ve had to return to another location to get the tire rebalanced. Super frustrating when you get on the interstate and your truck shakes like a leaf

Very impressed. It was raining and the associate met me before I could barely get out of my car. I had so many errands to do today and it was so awesome getting my tires changed out so fast and without an appointment.

Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful (shout out to Alexander and Lester), they were able to fit me in quickly for a new set of tire and and I was back on the road in no time.
