We purchased four tires from the Tirerack online with Discount Tire one of the options to ship and install them. We had specific instructions to remove the current tires and we would take them with us as two were less than 2 years old with few miles. We picked the car up and all four tires were disposed of today. Again 2 tires were in great shape with the person at the desk offering 4 tires for the price of 2. We just bought 4 tires so how is this a good option. Next time we buy tires we will go somewhere else.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Pull in for my 10:45am appointment, park, walking into check in, and an employee who was walking out to a parked car and said hello to me, got into said car and near HIT ME due to not paying attention. I then proceeded to wait in line for 25 minutes while the manager and everyone else took phone calls instead of helping the line of people in store. The sales associate that finally helped me at 11am, was very rude, condescending, and disrespectful. I have came to discount tire for over a decade. I can say that today was my last day EVER stepping foot into a discount tire. And i will tell ANYONE and everyone to avoid this play like a plague now. Service has gone to trash here.

DO NOT TAKE HIGH END VEHICLES HERE!!! Took my Durango Hellcat to have wheels swapped out, I first arrive and they mentioned since the TPMS sensors in the new wheels did not pair they would not be able to complete the job due to the TPMS light being on when it leaves the shop and it would be $22 a wheels to swap the sensors, I call bs on this and quickly the price gets brought down to $10 a wheels to swap the sensors I said sure, upon having the wheels switched the new set did not clear the front brake calipers and they proceeded to back the vehicle out the bay scratching the brake calipers and back side of the Vossen Rims, they then grab me and mention the wheels in the front do not clear, I first question how are these properly installed without checking the clearance before putting the vehicle back down, they proceed to tell me they can give me my $40 back and send me about my way, These are expensive to repair and $40 isn’t going to do that, at this point we have a problem speaking with Mike the “boss of the day” and I ask for the regional managers phone number to witch I get told he does not know it nor can he provide me his mangers phone number then I get handed $100 and a sorry and they claim they will take care of it, this seemed very rushed being that they had a employer party so they were closing at 11:00, felt very kicked out the door with 2 mismatch wheels thrown back on my car since they had to swap the sensors a second time for it to meet federal regulations to leave the shop, This place is a joke when they first pull my vehicle in all the kids in the shop were saying to rev it takes pictures etc.. they can’t even pull the cars into the bays straight. Would 100% Not recommend Doing Business Here

Car problems are never any fun, always taking more time and money than you would expect. Well, what I didn’t expect was how amazing this discount tire is. Angel helped me with my car. I had some valves corroded on that wouldn’t budge, so before anything he ran to get some pliers to try to pull them off before we had to do anything serious. He was able to get my car in, the valves replaced and even found a nail in one of my tires that they repaired completely free. This didn’t take much time at all, as with how clean and comfortable their lobby is time passed by very fast. A big thanks to Angel, as he deserves much recognition for how professional and helpful he is. Discount tire is lucky to have a man like him on their side.

I am using there services for 6 years and never had any major problem. There was a delay once and I was waiting for 2 new branded wheels, but they were 25% less here vs Nissan dealership. If I need a new tires, I only go there.

I stopped in with a screw in my tire this morning. I was en route to the hospital. Both of my folks are hospitalized with life threatening ailments. The shop was extremely busy, but Michael at the front understood the assignment. He was able to expedite service to get me on my way quickly. You cannot teach human kindness. Thank you Michael and the rest of the crew for excellent customer service so I was able to be on my way.

Great place to go ! Had a blowout in the sidewall of a tire stopped in and they were able to get the new tire there and installed same day. Awesome service!

Whoever the front desk guy is apparently gets off on telling people they don’t have a warranty. Even for a simple tire plug which was for a nail located in the middle of the tire (he said he didn’t know where it was but it’s clearly a nail straight in the center of the tire). Tread was fine on the tires but was already setting the scene to try to sell me new tires. Just patch the tire and move on clearly a large business and sales first service second mindset.

Fantastic service. Need a tire patched, scheduled it all online on Sunday, took it in Monday, in and out in 30 min. No cost to patch a tire either! Absurd value!

First ever visit to a Discount Tire was for mounting and balancing small 13in tires to my trailer wheels. Because of the cargo on the trailer, they had to roll out a floor jack and jack stands in their parking lot to get the job done - just under an hour later, they were done and I was good to go...despite being a Saturday morning during heavy customer traffic in the store. Very impressive! Great service!

Had a screw in my tire and showed up without an appointment to see if they could fit me in. Was told it would be a few hours and I had some errands in the area so agreed to have them take care of it while I walked to a nearby store. I was pleasantly surprised when it was done and wasn't charged anything. They told me they fix flats for free! I'm impressed! Kudos for providing that service. Next time I'm due for tires, I'll be giving them a visit.

Hit a nail on one of my tires. Mine were due for a change anyway so I bought a new set on their website that they had in stock and they changed it relatively fast no appointment or extra hassle whatsoever. They were nice, quick, and overall this wasn't really as big of an inconvenience as a nail in your tire should have been.

I had a gradual leak in my tire. Dropped in with no appointment at 4:27pm, Jay was extremely helpful and informative. I drove out of there without having to pay a dollar and my leak patched within an hour, all the while they were busy as can be. Great service!

I worked with Jay @ this location & I have to say I was fairly impressed with him & all the staff at this location. Price was fair & a total of 1.5 hrs for 4 tires mounted, balanced, Spare inspected & out the door. Would highly recommend !

Spent over $1k on tires and had a leak in the same tire and kept getting it aired up multiple times and they could never find an issue. Took the care to a different repair shop and they literally found a decent size nail in the tire, removed and fixed, and didn’t even charge. Meanwhile discount said if I continue to have issues, I’ll need to schedule a time to have it brought back in again and they would put a new tire on. Do any of you actually know how to do tire repair work or are you guys just in the business to screw people? Either way I’ll be going somewhere else for my future tire needs.

Paid 1200$ for new tires and got the warranty ended up with a flat tire be out it in and paid for them to replace tire 10 days later the tire was losing air again brought car back in and they tell me that the tire had a nail in it next to the repair which I was confused because we never had tire fixed we had a new tire put on so they look at the computer and sure enough it said that the tire was to be replaced so they charged me for a new tire but instead just patched the old tire total rip off buyer beware

Put my tires on backwards and my car drove like garbage for a bit until I noticed. At least they fixed it for me, but a refund or partial refund would’ve been nice so I could get my car re-aligned.

Disappointed. Discount Tire is by far the best tire shop I have ever used. Came in to get the tires rotated and balanced on my Sierra 2500 HD. I purchased and insured these tires from this store about 18 months ago ($2300). The manager checked me in and was clear that I needed all four tires balanced because I had a vibration. The crew was very busy because it was the end of the day. I watched as they pulled the tires off, checked the air and started putting them back on. I stepped out and told them that the tires need balanced and they told me the paperwork said they only need rotated. I called the manager on it and he came up with "it was just a misunderstanding.". I would hate to see my zeal and trust in Discount Tire ruined because of shortcuts at the end of a long day. My family rides on these tires.

This place is a joke, I go in to get a tire changed that should be covered under warranty through nitto tires. I spent over $1300 for a set of tires that had less then 2000 miles on them. We'll some supposedly mechanic here at discount tire tells me, "this definitely looks like a warranty situation to me, just to find out he told nitto it was caused due to a road hazard. The reason Goodyear, Firestone and countless other tire manufacturers come with an 85,000 mile warranty regardless of what happens to the tire is because they know they have a quality product that will withstand normal road conditions. Nitto there is basically no warranty, they cost way more, they say if your at fault, no warranty because their tires are far inferior to much cheaper options. I would like to know how this guy can tell me it's my fault. He can't, it's all a joke, stay away from Nitto tires at all cost as well as discount tire, Your wallet will thank you.
