Had a slow leak, difficult to find. Got right in and had it fixed quickly and back on the road. Somehow picked up a tiny screw, but they found it! Very competent and helpful staff!

Recently purchased 4 new Goodyear WeatherReady tires for my 2018 Toyota Highlander. Discount Tires had these tires in stock and excellent price. They were ready for my installation appointment, work completed within one hour. Staff was friendly and professional. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Very pleasant overall experience. I highly recommend the Cass Street Discount Tires Store.

Tried to tell me my new tires they couldn't fix because the date code was too old and we just got the tires from the one in Bellevue stay away from this place they try to scam you

Be careful taking your car in here, they'll try to tell you a day old tire is bad and needs to be replaced when the receipt for said tire is still in the car. Just trying to sell sell sell instead of actually take care of their customers.

What a great group of gentlemen! Everyone was so helpful, polite and kind. They didn’t make me feel ignorant when I didn’t know the answer to a question, they explained it to me. I dread having to take my vehicle in to have work done without my husband but these guys made me feel like I was at a family member’s shop. To top it off, the tires for my vehicle were less than Costco’s (who is always the cheapest). They had them in the shop the next morning when everywhere else said it would take at least a week.

I needed four tires put on an extra set of rims and swapped with the wheels I had on my truck. I walked in at 1pm with no appointment. They were fully booked online. They got me in and were done with the work by 6pm. I appreciate them being able to get my truck setup by the end of the day with short notice. They did a great job with the instal, and customer service was top teir.

My spouse got 4 tires installed at discount tire on Cass Street in Omaha Nebraska on September 30th 2024. Upon pickup the tire installation technicians were fiddling with the driver door. He did not think anything of it as this *should* be a reputable business. However upon arriving home after the appointment we noticed major body damage, and the driver door not closing properly. We immediately called (the same day) and left a voicemail. The manager got involved and filed a claim with their company which was ultimately declined due to the shop not having cameras and not being able to determine the damage was done at discount tire, although the driver door closed just fine and no major body damage was present on the driver door before the appointment. After the claim was denied, discount tire offered $200 for the damages, which we declined. That is not a proper or appropriate resolution for this matter. It cost $980 to get the vehicle inspected at a reputable dealership and the module replaced, this did not fix the wiring issue. It turns out they damaged the door so severely it ripped the wires out and bent the door hinge, the vehicle locks and unlocks randomly due to this which is going to cost an additional $700 to repair. These figures do NOT include getting the body damage fixed. I have done all I can, spoke to a manager, they created a claim, and it was denied. Very unfortunate what financial distress Discount Tire on Cass Street has caused to us.

They were so fast when replacing a tire, priced matched a tire I could afford, and didn't pressure me to buy more than 1 tire. Not to mention, it was LIT in the garage...lol. The guys were having fun with energetic attitudes, smiling with eachother, praising eachother--like a typical gym locker room. (In a good way). Great energy, fast service, and honest employees. Thank you!

Edited to update: the manager reached out to me to resolve the problem, and I was able to bring my car back in last weekend. Turns out it was not the right rear tire itself that was leaking, but the valve stem instead. I'll be honest, I'm still not sure how that was missed on the first visit, and I'm still not sure if I would go back for future tire needs - but I do appreciate their efforts to improve my experience. ~~~ Original review: I just bought a used car and my right rear tire was losing air. My husband said Discount Tire is a great option for a free tire check and repair. I like free. I normally pay for tire repair at another shop, but I thought it was worth a try. When I looked up the hours it said making an appointment reduces your wait time, so I booked well in advance for a Saturday afternoon. When I arrived for the appointment, I wanted to like the place. The mechanics were singing along to the radio in the open garage - seemed fun! The lobby area was a different story though, no smiling faces in there. I waited between 5-10 minutes before being helped, which is no big deal (I'm sure Saturdays are always busy). No one acknowledged my presence or even looked my way until it was my turn at the desk though, which is a slightly bigger deal. A quick, "I'll be with you in a moment" as I walked in could have been a game changer. Once it was my turn, they offered to sell me new windshield wipers, and then said it would be 45-60 minutes to check all four tires. This was longer than I expected since I booked an appt ahead of time like they suggested, but I was able to walk to Hy-Vee while I waited. Luckily I got a text after about 30 minutes saying my car was ready. When I walked back in, again there was no acknowledgement from anyone. Employees were busy with a couple customers at the front so I stood near the desk, off to the side, to wait my turn. This was my mistake - several more customers came in and a line formed, and I realized no one at the desk was going to help me even though I was standing by it. So I went to the back of the line and waited for about ten more minutes to talk to someone. Once I made it to the front again and told them which car was mine, the guy just said "you're good to go." I had to ask whether they found any issues or repaired anything on the right rear tire. "Oh yeah, we repaired it. You're good to go." I expected a little more info about why it was leaking or where, but whatever. As long as it's fixed, right? The whole ordeal took a little over an hour. At this point, I would have left a four star review. Fast forward to the next day, when I realize that my tire pressure light is still on. I go to check and all four of my tires are 5-7 lbs lower than what's recommended on the vehicle itself. I also found I was missing the tire valve cap on one of my tires, and I know I had all four caps when I took it in. Hmm. Oh well. I bought a new pack of valve caps and refilled the tires, and planned to leave a three star review. About five days later, the light came back on again, and it's still the right rear tire losing air. I've refilled it twice in the past week and a half, so I guess if it was repaired it didn't stick. But at this point I'm not sure if they repaired it in the first place? So... here I am leaving a two star review. Not upset, just genuinely confused about what they actually did with my tires. I think I will go back to my usual place to figure it out from here.

I came to have my tires changed from one set of wheels to my other set. I specifically said to keep the front tires on the front, and the rear tires on the rear. I also stated to not change the center caps. Not only did I get told that they were changing to center caps to see if they fit, but they also didn't listen to my request to keep the tires in the same spots. I asked repeatedly and I was assured this would be done. Upon leaving the store my car was immediately pulling to the right when going down the road. I knew this meant they didn't leave the tires where I asked. I then called the store and was hung up on three separate times. Finally I got a hold of someone and was told to bring it back to have them attempt the job again. I was told they would "make it right". After about 2.5 hours after my initial appointment my tires were finally installed correctly. I told the gentleman who worked on my car what happened and he said "yeah communication is not our strong suit here". Not only did I never get an apology, but no one ever "made it right". I will never be returning to discount tire again as this is the 4th time in a row I have had an issue with this company and separate locations.

Always bring myvehicle here when I have an issue with my tires. Recently I was having a problem with one of my tires. So I went to discount tire told them the issue. They went and checked it out I had a nail in tire 🤦🏻‍♀️ they right away took my vehicle fixed the tire 20 mins later I'm was leaving. Oh reason so fast I got there right when the opened. They also check your air pressure for free.

I have gotten tires from them on a few of my vehicles. Their prices are very reasonable and they match other tire places on prices for the same tire. The service is awesome. If you buy your tires online and schedule your appointment beforehand, you will show up at your scheduled time and be in and out of there within usually 30 minutes. The staff is always very friendly and always helpful.

I was in and out. Tire was punctured by construction debris on 72nd and I was able to make it around the corner and to the shop. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable and explained all fees. Would definitely use again.

Line of cars waiting 15+ minutes for an air check. Apparently only 1 employee is qualified to put air in a tire while it takes 4 to stare at a tesla. Poor business practice

This location is either understaffed or over booked. I called about getting my tire patched. The phone rang and rang until someone finally picked up and said I would be placed on a brief hold. I waited over 10 minutes. They must've forgotten about me, so I called back. It rang and rang with no one answering. I called back again. Finally someone picked up and said they could squeeze me in to patch my tire if I came right now. I rushed there and was told my car wouldn't be ready for 3.5 hours. That would have been nice to know before I drove across town. This location has always been awful.

Excellent shop. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Replaced my windshield wipers and changed my tires in less than half an hour. Granted, it wasn't very busy that day, but I was impressed!

Great guys… very smooth, hard working and professional. They replaced all 4 tires in about 15-20mins… which is great. The downside is that I was travelling through town and experienced a single tire blowout… I called at 8am, they said they would be able to get the tire in and get me out the door in the morning. They called me at 9:20am and said the tires arrived and to come down to get them installed. I rushed down and got there at 9:30… where they made me sit for 3hrs before they finally brought the car into the bay for work to be done. Someone needs to fix the system where you’re not waiting for hours, there’s other things I could have done in that time if they knew they wouldn’t even look at the car for 3hours. It’s poor practice, inefficient, and bad service. The final reason for getting 3 stars was they just dumped my spare and the tools back into the trunk rather than putting them away in the spare holder and assemble the locking assembly and tools as they should be.

Terrible place. Got a nail in the center of my tire and brought it in to be patched. Guy tried to tell me they couldn’t patch it because my tires are bald(when they very clearly are not) but they could sell me new tires. Took it over to Jensen where they got it patched up quick and even joked that guy must’ve been blind

I went in for new tires and was probably the sixth in line. They were understaffed this morning but they still had my car ready an hour before they said it would be done. One of the techs was literally sprinting out to retrieve the cars! They’re killing it!
