Had to be 36 degrees (Orlando) when I pulled in to get my tires filled and out come LUIS with this smile and happy to help attitude! He was SO kind. A line had formed and with each car he was happy to help us. THIS is why we buy all of our tires at this Semoran store! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They never rip you off! In the past, when I thought I needed a new tire, they just patched it for me! Just an amazing staff. I've been a customer for many years (Mike, Beau, Curtis, etc.) have come and gone. Thank you for HELPING customers.

I’ve been coming to this place for YEARS my family also comes here as well, we love the quick and RESPECTFUL service we receive constantly. I came in and was helped by a very nice and respectful gentleman with gold glasses, he wasn’t the problem. There was a guy by the name of “NICK” (his name was on his jacket) that I spoke to when I was sitting outside, I asked him “excuse me, will I be getting my keys back even though they took my keys for a tire inspection? (I had a spare on, they had my actual tire)” And Nick proceeded to answer me back “ well, if they’re taking your car under there for inspection, then they’ll need your keys!? Right??” Then proceeded to walk away with an attitude then rolled his eyes at me…..? lol It was a really rude and weird way to speak to a lady. I was super polite with my question, I just wanted to leave and come back. I’ve never experienced anything like this at this establishment, all the men and women here are so nice!! Please Dont respond to someone like a “know it all” and just help others and move on.

There's stores and then there's stores. This team working here are 100% the best in Orlando. Above and beyond customer service, attentive and caring for the customer. If you want a great customer service, job done well with a professional quality go here. The warranty is very good especially.

Been using discount tire on my last 3 cars and I'd never go to another place to get tires. Reasonable prices, knowledgeable, helpful, and the best warranty of any tire shop. For the extra road warranty in the past I got a tire put on at another shop as I couldn't get to a discount tire. They reimbursed me and checked out the work. They do 1 thing very well, tires. Sebastian helped me today. I came in yesterday for a leak and came back 1st thing in the morning to get 4 new tires. They were done in an hour. I was going to need a new set this year anyways so figured might as well get all 4. He greeted me, remembered my name, and why I came in the day before. Great customer service.

Friendly and fast service. I took my wife's jeep in for four new tires and expected to waste 2 to 3 hours of my day sitting and waiting. Instead, I was in and out in under an hour.

Got a free rotation even though I didn’t buy tires from here and it literally only took 30 minutes from dropoff to pickup, I thought I was in Korea (where I’m from)! Definitely will be buying tires from here next time. Kudos to the team, very professional and friendly!

I had a new tire and rim installed at this shop, and it’s my third set of tires purchased here. They consistently offer the best prices and top-notch service. The mechanic, Ian, took great care during the installation, ensuring my new tires and rims were handled perfectly. Highly recommend this place!

I don’t typically write reviews, but the team at Discount Tire absolutely deserves one. After having my tires replaced at Tires Plus ($1400 worth of tires), I started experiencing vibrations at high speeds. Tires Plus tried rebalancing the tires 3 times at 2 different locations, but the problem persisted. They then claimed my wheel bearings and suspension needed $3k in repairs — all for a car with only 30k miles on it. Needless to say, I was very frustrated. A friend recommended Discount Tire, so I decided to give them a try. I arrived on 11/19/24, just 20 minutes before closing, but the staff kindly agreed to stay past their closing time to help me. From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly, professional, and efficient. My car was on the lift within 5 minutes, and they quickly performed a Road Force balancing, which is known to be one of the best in the industry. It didn’t take long for them to pinpoint that my tires were out of balance — a problem Tires Plus had failed to diagnose, probably because due to their outdated equipment and lack of attention. Discount Tire had the issue resolved in no time, and my car is now driving as smoothly as it should. Huge thanks to William and the team at Discount Tire on Semoran for their excellent service. I’ll never go anywhere else for my tire needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

This was my second time visiting Discount Tire. Will was incredibly helpful in diagnosing my problem (a nail in the tire) and explaining how it could be easily fixed at no cost. In just 20 minutes, my car was repaired, and the tire was balanced. I will definitely return to this location if I ever need anything. Great staff and an all-around excellent experience!

While everyone at this location today was great, Keith stood out. I’ve made multiple purchases at discount and at many other tire shops. Today, Keith secured that I always consider Discount before making a decision. The phone conversation was smooth and to the point. He had answers to my questions and addressed my concerns when I was price shopping. Once at the location, I was in and out in record time. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Keith didn’t hesitate to consider my budget and did whatever he could to make it work. I’ve never met Keith, never dealt with him in the past, but I will make sure to call him in the future. It’s staff like this that make businesses a success.

I called on Monday 7th, so that the store would have my tires in stock, since i knew at least one of my tires are unrepairable due to finding the nail near the sidewall. The problem is that they will not look at the tire unless they have one if it needs replacing. I have 3 tires that are leaking and cannot find any nails? They said on Monday morning that it would take until Tues around 3pm for them to arrive at the store. They only had one. Today is Saturday & they still do not have the 3 tires in the shop & who wants to go in for 1 tire when you have 3 leaks? They were rushing me off the phone and could care less that i have been waiting for an entire week. I wasnt even asking for today, i wad trying to get them in for Monday, but he said it wasnt enough time… I had to call back because he hung up so fast the first time & when told a week wasnt enough time, i had to ask for which stores carried my tire. He did tell me; but i had to ask him to repeat himself bexause when he answered he was talking over me. To his credit, he did repeat the two stores. I’ve been going to this particular Discount tires for at least 25 years, and many many cars. I know that they are busy; but when you are too busy to not talk over a customer, either hire more people or you will lose 25+ yr customers like me. For my next vehicle, i will look to upgrade & buy my tires and warrantees from another source (not discount tires, where customers dont matter)

I've been coming here for the past 5 years and I've always had a good experience here. It is always way faster with an appointment and always a good idea to get insurance on the tires, especially when you live in an area where there's always construction.

This discount tire is great! We got a giant screw in our tire the day before the hurricane was supposed to hit. We brought the truck in and they were able to patch the tire same day. They were even able to get the tire we needed delivered to their storefront in the same day so that if a patch wasn’t possible, they could have replaced the tire. Great, fast service!

Been to discount tire before and had a great first experience. 2nd time I came in I was frustrated. Mainly because I had to replace 2 front tires after having them for less than 2 years. Was told it was an alignment issue. So they referred me to a place across the street. The new place had no availability over the weekend and didn’t want my new tires to wear down, so I took work off on Monday to get this issue fixed. I waited 2 hours before they even looked at my tires (mind you this is the other place, not discount tire) just for them to tell me my alignment was perfect. So I had wasted almost 3 hrs at this new place. So I called discount tire thinking I had been scammed since I don’t know much about cars. They told me my tires wore bc I hadn’t got my wheels rotated. Fair. But tell me that the first time. I had took work off and wasted 3 hours of my time trying to fix that issue. I do not get paid days off. They refunded me 50 bucks from the 250-275 I spent. Does not make up for the loss of a days work and for 3 hours of my time. Won’t be returning to this location.
