I was there a few weeks ago everyone was so nice and polite Brandon was blast to talk with and the environment is very pleasant. Mike Sigismonde was very helpful and knowledgeable about my tires, he educated me on what I'll need to have done in the future and I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs their tires done. KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK EVERYONE!!!!!!

I would recommend this place to everyone I know, the staff is AMAZING!!! Mike Sigismonde was very helpful and knowledgeable about my tires. He was very kind and polite and very informative about my tires and when I'll need them to be done in the future. EVERYONE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

A huge thank you to Connor, Owen, and Yariel for being incredibly professional and helpful. The process to order tires was seamless, and having them price match the tires I ordered was the cherry in top! I had to wait 3 days for tires to be ordered and delivered at a previous location and they were able to order and have the tires delivered the very next day.

The guys at this store were so awesome. Especially Blair (I think that was his name). We got a flat 3 hours from home. They had to order the tire and contacted us when it was in. Once we were there, they got the tire on SO QUICKLY and got us back on the road the same day. All employees were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. The store is also very clean.

I came in for a tire rotation. Prior to my visit, I measured the tread depth on my tires. The rear tires were 5/32 - 6/32 on all three grooves, and the front tires were 9/32 on all 3 grooves. During check-in, the gentleman looked at all 4 wheels and told me the tread on the rear tires was below 3/32, and he wouldn't touch the vehicle unless I replaced them. He also didn't make any attempt to show me the measurements he took, just told me the vehicle was unfit to drive. It felt like an obvious lie. I believe this was a deliberate scam to sell me new tires I didn't need. I verified again immediately after my visit the tires are fine, and will be going to a different shop for my rotation.

I hit a curb last week and scuffed my tire. Michael was able to give it a quick look over and assure me that it was just cosmetic damage and not a safety issue, putting my mind at ease and not trying to upsell anything. Thank you Michael!

Actually know how to balance a tire properly, especially big off off road tire, they also torque down the wheels properly with a torque wrench!

I had gone in to get new tires, an alignment and replace the TPMS sensor as I was not able to see my tire pressure. I was not greeted or acknowledged, upon entry. It was a long wait to get my tires on. When I received my car, the tire pressure was not visible! I asked if it was changed, they said “it takes a day to appear after being replaced.” The tire pressure was NEVER visible. This location is not close for me to just come back. So I just keep a tire pressure reader and inflator in my vehicle. 3 months later I needed my brakes changed. I looked all over my car for my special lug nut remover. THEY NEVER GAVE IT BACK. I called they told me to bring it by no problem if they had it, they would give it to me. Upon arrival, again I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged. The associate wanted to know who I spoke to on the phone versus just helping me. Which was annoying, because why does it matter?! After my tires were rotated, I asked about the TPMS sensor. Michael, the associate said there was nothing they could do, as “maybe they fixed it, and another sensor broke.” I asked if they could find out which sensor was notated as replaced to ensure that was the case. That was not an option Michael said. This LOST MY BUSINESS!!! I have SOLEY gone to Discount tire sense I started driving 23 years ago. This company has ALWAYS been a company I could trust. After moving to Florida that has not been the case! Take your business elsewhere!

I'm very disappointed! I went there just for a wheel alignment and they tried to sell (pushing) two new tires saying there's no alignment could be done without the new tires... Very poor experience. I would NOT recommend this store at all for anyone... 😕

Lifesavers. We had a screw in our tire coming home from Disney and we stopped by this location. Within an hour they diagnosed the problem, patched the hole, and sent us on our way free of charge. Thank you for your help and I highly recommend this location.

I had an outstanding experience at Discount Tire located at 8107 S John Young Parkway, Orlando, FL. Alex the manager, and Owen, exemplified professionalism and provided top-notch service throughout my visit. Their attentiveness and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. I especially want to highlight John, the tire alignment expert, whose helpful and informative approach made the entire process clear and straightforward. Terrible service, I was there just right now cause in other location the didn’t set my tires pressure well, I parked by the pressure tire area, I waited for more than 10 minutes losing my time, I said to a worker I needed it to leave and he went to look for another worker, it passed more time and nobody came to my car, I called them, one guy in front desk answered the call, I saw him though the glass and he saw me at the same time, I told him that nobody came to check my tires and he said they were busy, goooodness, He could do it, he also can help, Discount Tires workers DONT LIKE TO CHECK THE TIRES PRESSURE TO NOBODY EVEN TO CUSTOMERS LIKE ME, I lost my time… crazy … what a way to catch customers 😂 LAZY WORKERS

They would not patch my tire because it was a rental. They didn't even inspect it enough to know what the issue was, but they could have easily done this patch and just didn't. 2 star for John who filled my tire with air and stayed polite even though I was complaining to him the whole time, lol. If you come here for a rental repair, remove the paperwork and keychain.

we went because our tire kept losing air and the the guy taking care of us was very disrespectful. They took our wheel off and found the problem but they did not put our wheel lock back so we could not do anything about it.

I absolutely love this location—they are extremely attentive, communicate well, and work efficiently. I've been a fan of Discount Tire for the past 10-15 years. I always buy my tires here because dealerships tend to overcharge. They consistently offer great deals, and your tires come with a warranty. Plus, you get free tire rotations. What more could you ask for? Special shout-out to Mike Sigismonde, the assistant manager. He is amazing and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure an excellent customer experience!

I went there during a business trip for a screw in the middle of passenger rear. Might be a policy change but I have been using discount tire since 2015 for all 4 cars I have and probably been to 3-4 different locations. I got flat tire at least twice of year because of my job, but this is the only location asked if the tire is not repairable even its in the middle of tire, then they will have to put a new tire on and I have to agree on this before they can check the tire. From my past experience, in the middle of tire should be repairable but they didn’t have the same tire but can put a different one with same size as alternative. Didn’t want to take the chance anymore because it just feels like they will try every way to put that new tire on. Booked another appointment with different location at home and let’s see if this is a new policy for all Discount tires or just this store.
