Customers WARNING. Ask the manager to talk to the employees because the advisors don’t like. I went there to install a set of tires on my recently painted wheels, spoke to the advisor everything about take care with the wheels. After spoke to him he just sent the wheels to a two different employees and talk really briefly about what I needed and just acting like someone that really wants the customer away from the shop fast. These two guys started working on the wheels and I saw that one guy took the same time to do the job in one wheel the time the other guy took to do the job in the other 4 wheels and that guy leave that single wheel full of tire mount lubricant around the wheel, no cleaning it at all. I took the wheels and drove to my warehouse and when I cleaned the wheel I find out the wheel lip paint destroyed and the wheel lip mashed ! Yes, mashed! They just put someone that doesn’t have any skills to work on that wheel. If you like your wheels just remember that this guy can destroy your wheels too.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires so I went here to have it fixed. My Tesla died after I parked, but the technicians went the extra mile to still get the job done! Owen assured me that I had nothing to worry about and can leave my vehicle here until I can get it towed for service.

So here’s the deal: I had a pretty rough Friday, and to top it off, I thought I had a nail in my brand new tire. Frustrating, right? Anyway, Connor, one of the employees, gave me a call to discuss the situation. He explained that my tire couldn’t be fixed, which was not what I wanted to hear after the day I’d had. But he promised to take another look and try to sort things out. When I got there, Connor took the time to explain everything. Turns out, it wasn’t a nail—it was a slow leak caused by buildup on the rim that was messing up the seal. (Who knew rims could hold grudges?) He even brought the rim out to show me, which was a lifesaver since I couldn’t get out of the car. He told me it needed a full sandblasting to remove the residue, but he’d clean it as best as he could, reinstall the tire, and get me back on the road. And you know what? He absolutely nailed it—well, not literally (no nails this time, thank goodness). The tire was back on, the leak was gone, and my day got a whole lot better. What started as a one-star experience turned into a full five-star moment, all thanks to Connor’s effort, patience, and willingness to explain things. Huge thanks to him for saving me from having to buy a new tire (at least for now). Connor, you’re a rockstar. Thanks again for turning my day around!

I’ve been going to Discount Tire for 2.5 years since I got my new car, and I’ve always had a great experience. They offer free tire insurance, balancing, and rotation, which has been incredibly helpful. Mike S. has been especially awesome over the past few months. He’s very knowledgeable and took the time to explain why my tire pressure should vary depending on the weather. When I got new tires, Mike made sure the process went smoothly from start to finish. He’s not only skilled but also a genuinely kind and helpful person. Brandon B. was equally fantastic. We had a lot of questions about different tire brands and options, and he patiently walked us through everything, explaining it in an easy-to-understand way. His kindness and friendly attitude made the experience even better. Highly recommend Discount Tire—amazing team and excellent service!

I was there a few weeks ago everyone was so nice and polite Brandon was blast to talk with and the environment is very pleasant. Mike Sigismonde was very helpful and knowledgeable about my tires, he educated me on what I'll need to have done in the future and I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs their tires done. A huge thank you to Connor, Owen, and Yariel for being incredibly professional and helpful. The process to order tires was seamless, and having them price match the tires I ordered was the cherry in top! I had to wait 3 days for tires to be ordered and delivered at a previous location and they were able to order and have the tires delivered the very next day.

I came in for a tire rotation. Prior to my visit, I measured the tread depth on my tires. The rear tires were 5/32 - 6/32 on all three grooves, and the front tires were 9/32 on all 3 grooves. During check-in, the gentleman looked at all 4 wheels and told me the tread on the rear tires was below 3/32, and he wouldn't touch the vehicle unless I replaced them. He also didn't make any attempt to show me the measurements he took, just told me the vehicle was unfit to drive. It felt like an obvious lie. I believe this was a deliberate scam to sell me new tires I didn't need. I verified again immediately after my visit the tires are fine, and will be going to a different shop for my rotation.

The guys at this store were so awesome. Especially Blair (I think that was his name). We got a flat 3 hours from home. They had to order the tire and contacted us when it was in. Once we were there, they got the tire on SO QUICKLY and got us back on the road the same day. All employees were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. The store is also very clean.

I had gone in to get new tires, an alignment and replace the TPMS sensor as I was not able to see my tire pressure. I was not greeted or acknowledged, upon entry. It was a long wait to get my tires on. When I received my car, the tire pressure was not visible! I asked if it was changed, they said “it takes a day to appear after being replaced.” The tire pressure was NEVER visible. This location is not close for me to just come back. So I just keep a tire pressure reader and inflator in my vehicle. 3 months later I needed my brakes changed. I looked all over my car for my special lug nut remover. THEY NEVER GAVE IT BACK. I called they told me to bring it by no problem if they had it, they would give it to me. Upon arrival, again I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged. The associate wanted to know who I spoke to on the phone versus just helping me. Which was annoying, because why does it matter?! After my tires were rotated, I asked about the TPMS sensor. Michael, the associate said there was nothing they could do, as “maybe they fixed it, and another sensor broke.” I asked if they could find out which sensor was notated as replaced to ensure that was the case. That was not an option Michael said. This LOST MY BUSINESS!!! I have SOLEY gone to Discount tire sense I started driving 23 years ago. This company has ALWAYS been a company I could trust. After moving to Florida that has not been the case! Take your business elsewhere!

Lifesavers. We had a screw in our tire coming home from Disney and we stopped by this location. Within an hour they diagnosed the problem, patched the hole, and sent us on our way free of charge. Thank you for your help and I highly recommend this location.
