I'm extremely frustrated at this location because I've had nothing but issues. I brought my vehicle to get 2 new tires on my fronts. They forgot to give me my wheel lock back, no bigge, people make mistakes, and I drove back to pick it up. Then I noticed that any time I drove 70+mph I was getting vibrations in my steering wheel. My wheels had to get re-balanced because I noticed the wheel weights fell off. Now, I am filling my tires with air and noticed they did not tighten my wheel lock on one of my wheels. Even though they have a system to double check the tourqe spec and tighten them on twice. My wheel lock has fallen off. This is seriously disappointing.

Had a low tire pressure warning. Was checked out in less than 15 minutes! Also notified on how low my tred was starting to wear. Very friendly. No pushy sales pitch for new tires. Will be using again.

I had a flat tire on my rear passenger side. I was in rush hour and the tire got to a point of -17 PSI. For Discount Tire, they were just about 10 minutes until closing but took me in PASSED closing. Dustin and Jose helped me SIGNIFICANTLY. I REALLY APPRECIATE THIS TEAM! They were ready, professional, and exceptional.

You Think At First They Are Trying To Up Sell You. But They Really Know What They Are Talking About. Safety Is Definitely A Priority On The Road And They Will Never Stear You Wrong On Your Tires! I Can Recommended Any Of The Employees, They Contribute Their Part As A Team!

I don't want to feel like a shill but every time these guys help us out It's an amazing experience. Yeah sometimes they've got to order in tires or whatever but they stick to what they say they're going to do. They don't try nickel and dime and they finish the job within minutes of when they say they will. Huge shout out to Brett for taking care of me!
