If I can leave more than 5+ stars I would, their service was beyond excellent! Kalvin was very attentive of our needs and made sure I got the exact tires I wanted. My car is now in great condition physically and cosmetically:) Kalvins service is exactly the service we need in any work industry. Discount Tire, you have a great employee and Manager in your hands. I came in to get air in one of my tires and Brian let me know my two front tires were not good and that my back tire had a nail in it , let him know I was in a rush and would come back in a couple hours when I arrived this gentleman (kelvin)walked out to greet me before I came inside and took really good care of me and explained more in detail what was going on with my tires super amazed with the service here !

This is a brand new store location but I have been a long time DT customer for decades and in multiple states. Thrilled they are even more convenient now. The staff said officially opened mid-October 2024. I came in for new tires for my Expedition and they had my exact tires in stock. Was in and out in 30 mins. Fastest visit ever! (I assume that’s only until more people discover this new location.) Justin G greeted me before I could even get to the door, very professional, and customer service oriented. Got my treads measured and was inside within minutes of parking. Lobby was very nice and has convenient outlets (USB and 110 plugs) in seating area. Was showed the tread measurements and confirmed the condition that my tires were in on a chart showing it was definitely time. They asked if I needed wipers and about the age of my full size spare tire—which I wholeheartedly appreciate (cuz I hadn’t thought about the spare in a while.) I was also asked about my lug nuts. He confirmed that I was aware that Ford had been having issues with the stock lug nuts swelling and being very difficult to remove. In fact, I was already aware and had previously replaced them all already with Stainless Steel ones last year at the other Discount Tire store a little closer to my work. My former mechanic had absolutely destroyed my stock lug nuts putting them back on in the swollen state so when it came for next tire maintenance, upon discovering this, DT recommended just getting new ones and I agreed. But it was amazing that the staff on this visit cared enough to ask, and about my ability to get them off if I ever need to in a pinch. I’m grateful they were so attentive and thinking ahead for my safety. I only ended up needing two new tires, so I am grateful that I was not over sold things I didn’t need. I love, that as a nationwide brand, Discount Tire has always shown me respect. I did get the road hazard coverage again for my tires since in my experience it’s one of the best investments I can make, and having driven through so many construction zones, I have definitely gotten my money’s worth from it. Highly recommend! I interacted with 3 other staff members who were also professional and courteous, and made me feel welcome and comfortable and I’m sorry I didn’t get their names for this review but they each answered my various questions. Definitely enjoyed the VIP service and will be coming back for tore rotation in the future.

Everyone was super helpful and overall a good experience. Came in for air on my tire. Come to find out it had a nail. Fixed it in less then 10min. Recommend them. They all had a good vibe and knowledgeable. I appreciate their work.

Clean swift friendly and courteous. Brand spanking new and great customer service. Thanks Kalvin! In and out with filling my tire air pressure and then getting a quote as well as repair for a tire. Will come back.

Went in today at 9:00 to get a new tire and rim from an old tire put onto it, got a text at 9:09 it was all done!!!! Ian W helped us out and was super nice and friendly 😊. Even the guy who gave us our old rim back was great. will be back & telling family to come here!!!!
